Nakon prošlotjedne pucnjave na Markovu trgu, ispred zgrade Vlade RH, a u kojoj je teško iz vatrenog oružja ozlijeđen policijski službenik, poslije čega se 22-godišnji napadač Daniel Bezuk dao u bijeg i počinio samoubojstvo, postavlja se pitanje sigurnosnih mjera na ulazu u sve državne institucije. Tako nas je zanimalo što bi, primjerice, načelnici općina i službenici Grada Makarske učinili kada bi im u zgradu ušetala osoba s kalašnjikovom u ruci?
Prema pričama naših sugovornika, jednostavno ništa ne bi mogli učiniti osim eventualno pozvati policiju. Naime, nijedna od zgrada općina od Brela do Gradca, ali ni zgrada Grada Makarske, na ulazu nema naoružanog zaštitara, tako da je situacija pomalo zabrinjavajuća, a da stvar bude gora, nijedna od općina nema ni portira, osim Općine Baška Voda.
Prema riječima makarskoga dogradonačelnika Dražena Nemčića, zgrada Grada ima portira, ali ne i zaštitara, a u urede na katovima i ne može ući bilo tko jer su postavljena staklena vrata, dok su po cijeloj zgradi instalirane i kamere.
Neugoda kod građana
– Zaštitare imaju jedino banke i Fina, a kod nas nema sigurnosnih mjera na toj razini. Nemamo takvu vrstu osiguranja da nam sada, primjerice, dođe osoba naoružana kalašnjikovom, a jednostavno nismo imali ni potrebe za unajmiti zaštitara, premda je bilo upada i verbalnih prijetnji. Mislim da se sugrađani ne bi osjećali ugodno kada bi vidjeli naoružanog portira, a, osim toga, ulaz u zgradu Grada kao i sve javnoprometne površine u gradu pokrivene su videonadzorom, za koji je zadužen Gradski centar Osejava Makarska – kazuje nam Nemčić, dodavši da nema potrebe za podizanjem sigurnosti u zgradi Grada jer, kako upozorava, ''oružje uvijek vuče oružje''.
Općina Brela se od eventualnih incidenata može ''braniti'' jedino nadzornim kamerama jer nemaju ni portira ni zaštitara.
– Jedino što sada imamo, i to zbog koronavirusa, jest komunalni redar koji stoji na ulazu u zgradu Općine i upozorava stranke da stave zaštitnu masku. Da nam sada u zgradu Općine uđe naoružana osoba, jednostavno ne bismo mogli ništa učiniti.
Potrebe za podizanjem sigurnosti nismo imali jer nikada nije bilo nezgodnih situacija, a ako već razgovaramo o sigurnosti, onda su ugrožene sve javne ustanove, od škola do vrtića – kazuje nam Ursić.
Ista stvar je i u zgradi Općine Baška Voda, koja barem ima portira, što nam je potvrdio baškovoški načelnik Josko Roščić.
– Portir Općine vodi evidenciju o tome tko ulazi u zgradu Općine, i to je to. Premda smo nakon Domovinskog rata imali slučajeve kada su nam u zgradu ušle osobe s bombom i pištoljem, tragediju sam spriječio ja pa sam im uzeo i bombu i pištolj. Jednostavno, ne može se predvidjeti svaka situacija niti se može znati što je kome u glavi, ali nemamo potrebe za angažiranjem naoružanog zaštitara – govori nam Roščić.
Ne bojimo se mi
Slabe sigurnosne mjere ima i Općina Tučepi, čiji nam je načelnik Ante Čobrnić u šali kazao da bi se kao strastveni ribolovac mogao obraniti jedino podvodnom puškom.
– Mi nemamo ni portira, ni zaštitara, ni videonadzor, a u uredu nam je, ako nije na terenu, jedino komunalni redar. Nismo ni razmišljali o angažiranju portira, a kamoli nešto drugo i mislim da bi se sigurnost državnih institucija trebala propisati zakonom – kaže nam Čobrnić.
Isto stanje je i u zgradi Općine Gradac, koja također nema ni portira, ni zaštitara, ni kamere, a kako navodi načelnik Matko Burić, zaštita im i ne treba.
– Nisam ja štićena osoba, tako da mi zaštita i ne treba. Mi se nikoga ne bojimo i mislim da bi bilo kakve sigurnosne mjere bile suvišne – kazao je Burić.

Nakon prošlotjedne pucnjave na Markovu trgu, ispred zgrade Vlade RH, a u kojoj je teško iz vatrenog oružja ozlijeđen policijski službenik, poslije čega se 22-godišnji napadač Daniel Bezuk dao u bijeg i počinio samoubojstvo, postavlja se pitanje sigurnosnih mjera na ulazu u sve državne institucije. Prema pričama naših sugovornika, jednostavno ništa ne bi mogli učiniti osim eventualno pozvati policiju. Naime, nijedna od zgrada općina od Brela do Gradca, ali ni zgrada Grada Makarske, na ulazu nema naoružanog zaštitara, tako da je situacija pomalo zabrinjavajuća, a da stvar bude gora, nijedna od općina nema ni portira, osim Općine Baška Voda.
Prema riječima makarskoga dogradonačelnika Dražena Nemčića, zgrada Grada ima portira, ali ne i zaštitara, a u urede na katovima i ne može ući bilo tko jer su postavljena staklena vrata, dok su po cijeloj zgradi instalirane i kamere.
Neugoda kod građana
– Zaštitare imaju jedino banke i Fina, a kod nas nema sigurnosnih mjera na toj razini. Nemamo takvu vrstu osiguranja da nam sada, primjerice, dođe osoba naoružana kalašnjikovom, a jednostavno nismo imali ni potrebe za unajmiti zaštitara, premda je bilo upada i verbalnih prijetnji. Mislim da se sugrađani ne bi osjećali ugodno kada bi vidjeli naoružanog portira, a, osim toga, ulaz u zgradu Grada kao i sve javnoprometne površine u gradu pokrivene su videonadzorom, za koji je zadužen Gradski centar Osejava Makarska – kazuje nam Nemčić, dodavši da nema potrebe za podizanjem sigurnosti u zgradi Grada jer, kako upozorava, ''oružje uvijek vuče oružje''.
Općina Brela se od eventualnih incidenata može ''braniti'' jedino nadzornim kamerama jer nemaju ni portira ni zaštitara.
– Jedino što sada imamo, i to zbog koronavirusa, jest komunalni redar koji stoji na ulazu u zgradu Općine i upozorava stranke da stave zaštitnu masku. Da nam sada u zgradu Općine uđe naoružana osoba, jednostavno ne bismo mogli ništa učiniti.
Potrebe za podizanjem sigurnosti nismo imali jer nikada nije bilo nezgodnih situacija, a ako već razgovaramo o sigurnosti, onda su ugrožene sve javne ustanove, od škola do vrtića – kazuje nam Ursić.
Ista stvar je i u zgradi Općine Baška Voda, koja barem ima portira, što nam je potvrdio baškovoški načelnik Josko Roščić.
– Portir Općine vodi evidenciju o tome tko ulazi u zgradu Općine, i to je to. Premda smo nakon Domovinskog rata imali slučajeve kada su nam u zgradu ušle osobe s bombom i pištoljem, tragediju sam spriječio ja pa sam im uzeo i bombu i pištolj. Jednostavno, ne može se predvidjeti svaka situacija niti se može znati što je kome u glavi, ali nemamo potrebe za angažiranjem naoružanog zaštitara – govori nam Roščić.
Ne bojimo se mi
Slabe sigurnosne mjere ima i Općina Tučepi, čiji nam je načelnik Ante Čobrnić u šali kazao da bi se kao strastveni ribolovac mogao obraniti jedino podvodnom puškom.
– Mi nemamo ni portira, ni zaštitara, ni videonadzor, a u uredu nam je, ako nije na terenu, jedino komunalni redar. Nismo ni razmišljali o angažiranju portira, a kamoli nešto drugo i mislim da bi se sigurnost državnih institucija trebala propisati zakonom – kaže nam Čobrnić.
Isto stanje je i u zgradi Općine Gradac, koja također nema ni portira, ni zaštitara, ni kamere, a kako navodi načelnik Matko Burić, zaštita im i ne treba.
– Nisam ja štićena osoba, tako da mi zaštita i ne treba. Mi se nikoga ne bojimo i mislim da bi bilo kakve sigurnosne mjere bile suvišne – kazao je Burić.
