Nakon osam mjeseci, Makarska će napokon dobiti direktora Turističke zajednice, premda predsjednik TZ-a Zoran Paunović, aktualni makarski gradonačelnik iz redova SDP-a, obavlja funkciju i v.d. direktora, i to najkasnije do 30. lipnja, do kada moraju biti izabrani svi direktori turističkih zajednica. Dakle, do kraja lipnja mora biti dovršen čitav postupak – treba provesti natječaj, izabrati novoga direktora i provesti rok za žalbu i, naravno, direktore treba potvrditi Turističko vijeće.

Tako je prošlog petka donesena odluka o raspisivanju natječaja za direktora TZ-a grada Makarske na temelju Zakona o turističkim zajednicama i promicanju hrvatskog turizma iz 2019. i 2020. godine, Statuta TZ-a Makarske iz 2020. godine te odluke Turističkog vijeća TZ-a grada Makarske donesene 15. ožujka ove godine na sjednici Vijeća.

Kandidat za direktora na temelju spomenutog Zakona iz 2019. godine i Pravilnika o posebnim uvjetima koje moraju ispunjavati zaposleni u turističkim zajednicama iz ove godine, mora imati završen preddiplomski i diplomski sveučilišni studij ili specijalistički diplomski stručni studij, imati najmanje šest godina radnog iskustva na poslovima koji odgovaraju stupnju stečene spreme ili najmanje dvije godine radnog iskustva na rukovodećim poslovima u turizmu.

Nadalje, kandidati moraju imati znanje najmanje jednog stranog jezika, znanje rada na osobnom računalu, a uz dokaze o ispunjavanju uvjeta, prilažu svoj četverogodišnji program rada turističke zajednice, izrađen na temelju strateških dokumenata koji se odnose na područje na kojem djeluje turistička zajednica. Kandidati moraju imati položen stručni ispit za rad u turističkom uredu ili izjavu da ga nisu dužni polagati, premda, prema Zakonu, direktorom može biti imenovana osoba koja u trenutku sklapanja ugovora o radu nema položen stručni ispit za rad u turističkom uredu, ali ga mora položiti u roku od jedne godine od dana stupanja na rad.

Položen stručni ispit ne moraju imati osobe koje imaju odgovarajuću stručnu spremu i najmanje pet godina radnog staža na poslovima u turizmu u toj stručnoj spremi. Inače, izabrani direktor zasniva radni odnos na određeno vrijeme, na mandat od četiri godine, što je doneseno još 2019. godine u Zakonu o turističkim zajednicama, u kojem stoji da direktora na vrijeme od četiri godine imenuje turističko vijeće. Te godine je prestao vrijediti Zakon iz 2008. godine, u kojem nije bilo navedeno trajanje mandata direktora.

Stručni ispit

Po starom Zakonu na mjesto direktorice TZ-a grada Makarske došla je Hloverka Novak-Srzić, koja se bila javila na natječaj u kojem su bili drukčiji uvjeti. Naime, u natječaju za direktora makarskoga TZ-a iz srpnja 2017. godine bilo je navedeno da su prijavljeni kandidati morali imati završen fakultet, magisterij, doktorat ili akademiju, pripremljen vlastiti prijedlog TZ-ova godišnjeg programa rada, poznavati najmanje jedan svjetski jezik i imati položen stručni ispit. Ako ga odabrani kandidat nema položenog, u roku od godinu dana od stupanja u radni odnos mora ga položiti, a kandidati su morali imati tri godine iskustva u poslovima s područja turizma.

Na natječaj za direktora TZ-a grada Makarske prijavit će se bivši direktor TZ-a Tonči Lalić, voditelj manifestacija i marketinga u TZ-u, koji iza sebe ima deset godina iskustva na funkciji direktora TZ-a, a koji bi bio savršen kandidat, barem za sebe, jer nakon četiri godine ne bi "letio", već bi i dalje ostao raditi u TZ-u grada Makarske.

Nakon osam mjeseci, Makarska će napokon dobiti direktora Turističke zajednice, premda predsjednik TZ-a Zoran Paunović, aktualni makarski gradonačelnik iz redova SDP-a, obavlja funkciju i v.d. direktora, i to najkasnije do 30. lipnja, do kada moraju biti izabrani svi direktori turističkih zajednica. Dakle, do kraja lipnja mora biti dovršen čitav postupak – treba provesti natječaj, izabrati novoga direktora i provesti rok za žalbu i, naravno, direktore treba potvrditi Turističko vijeće.

Tako je prošlog petka donesena odluka o raspisivanju natječaja za direktora TZ-a grada Makarske na temelju Zakona o turističkim zajednicama i promicanju hrvatskog turizma iz 2019. i 2020. godine, Statuta TZ-a Makarske iz 2020. godine te odluke Turističkog vijeća TZ-a grada Makarske donesene 15. ožujka ove godine na sjednici Vijeća.

Kandidat za direktora na temelju spomenutog Zakona iz 2019. godine i Pravilnika o posebnim uvjetima koje moraju ispunjavati zaposleni u turističkim zajednicama iz ove godine, mora imati završen preddiplomski i diplomski sveučilišni studij ili specijalistički diplomski stručni studij, imati najmanje šest godina radnog iskustva na poslovima koji odgovaraju stupnju stečene spreme ili najmanje dvije godine radnog iskustva na rukovodećim poslovima u turizmu.

Nadalje, kandidati moraju imati znanje najmanje jednog stranog jezika, znanje rada na osobnom računalu, a uz dokaze o ispunjavanju uvjeta, prilažu svoj četverogodišnji program rada turističke zajednice, izrađen na temelju strateških dokumenata koji se odnose na područje na kojem djeluje turistička zajednica. Kandidati moraju imati položen stručni ispit za rad u turističkom uredu ili izjavu da ga nisu dužni polagati, premda, prema Zakonu, direktorom može biti imenovana osoba koja u trenutku sklapanja ugovora o radu nema položen stručni ispit za rad u turističkom uredu, ali ga mora položiti u roku od jedne godine od dana stupanja na rad.

Položen stručni ispit ne moraju imati osobe koje imaju odgovarajuću stručnu spremu i najmanje pet godina radnog staža na poslovima u turizmu u toj stručnoj spremi. Inače, izabrani direktor zasniva radni odnos na određeno vrijeme, na mandat od četiri godine, što je doneseno još 2019. godine u Zakonu o turističkim zajednicama, u kojem stoji da direktora na vrijeme od četiri godine imenuje turističko vijeće. Te godine je prestao vrijediti Zakon iz 2008. godine, u kojem nije bilo navedeno trajanje mandata direktora.

Stručni ispit

Po starom Zakonu na mjesto direktorice TZ-a grada Makarske došla je Hloverka Novak-Srzić, koja se bila javila na natječaj u kojem su bili drukčiji uvjeti. Naime, u natječaju za direktora makarskoga TZ-a iz srpnja 2017. godine bilo je navedeno da su prijavljeni kandidati morali imati završen fakultet, magisterij, doktorat ili akademiju, pripremljen vlastiti prijedlog TZ-ova godišnjeg programa rada, poznavati najmanje jedan svjetski jezik i imati položen stručni ispit. Ako ga odabrani kandidat nema položenog, u roku od godinu dana od stupanja u radni odnos mora ga položiti, a kandidati su morali imati tri godine iskustva u poslovima s područja turizma.

Na natječaj za direktora TZ-a grada Makarske prijavit će se bivši direktor TZ-a Tonči Lalić, voditelj manifestacija i marketinga u TZ-u, koji iza sebe ima deset godina iskustva na funkciji direktora TZ-a, a koji bi bio savršen kandidat, barem za sebe, jer nakon četiri godine ne bi "letio", već bi i dalje ostao raditi u TZ-u grada Makarske.
