Jedan od kultnih dalmatinskih restorana, s tradicijom dugom gotovo pola stoljeća, uskoro bi mogao promijeniti vlasnika, a možda i samu ponudu.

Na internetskom oglasniku Njuškalo.hr upravo se pojavila ponuda za kupnju ugostiteljskog prostora u Skradinu, ukupne površine 135 četvornih metara, po cijeni od 5,8 milijuna kuna ili 770 tisuća eura. Prema priloženim fotografijama, jasno je da je riječ o restoranu "Zlatne školjke" koji desetljećima vodi obitelj Petrović.

Kada se cijena podijeli s ukupnom površinom, od koje na sam ugostiteljski objekt otpada 85 kvadrata, a na dvorište 50, dolazi se do vrtoglavnog traženog iznosa od 5800 eura za četvorni metar.

- Prodaje se poslovni prostor - uhodani ugostiteljski objekt u centru Skradina s dugogodišnjom tradicijom. Nalazi se u samom centru grada, a sastoji se od ulaznog dijela, hodnik, kuhinje, šanka, po jedne velike i manje prostorije. Na katu kuće pripada mu jedna soba.

Stolarija pvc i drvo, podovi keramika, klimatizirano. Restoran se nalazi 30 metara od mora - navodi se u oglasu koji je postavila agencija za posredovanje u prometu nekretninama sa sjedištem u Varaždinu.

Pogled u zemljišne knjige otkriva potencijalni uzrok prodaje "Zlatnih školjaka" koje u srcu Skradina posluju od 1974. godine i bile su jedna od nezaobilaznih točaka na gastronomskoj karti Dalmacije. Naime, vidljivo je da je na restoran još od 2013. godine uknjižena danas pokojna Jadranska banka iz Šibenika, na temelju hipoteke i potraživanja 600 tisuća kuna od Ante Petrovića kao dotadašnjeg vlasnika nekretnine.

Bitno je napomenuti da je objekt u Ulici Grgura Ninskog u statusu spomenika kulture, kao i veći dio skradinske jezgre.

Jedan od kultnih dalmatinskih restorana, s tradicijom dugom gotovo pola stoljeća, uskoro bi mogao promijeniti vlasnika, a možda i samu ponudu.

Na internetskom oglasniku Njuškalo.hr upravo se pojavila ponuda za kupnju ugostiteljskog prostora u Skradinu, ukupne površine 135 četvornih metara, po cijeni od 5,8 milijuna kuna ili 770 tisuća eura. Prema priloženim fotografijama, jasno je da je riječ o restoranu "Zlatne školjke" koji desetljećima vodi obitelj Petrović.

Kada se cijena podijeli s ukupnom površinom, od koje na sam ugostiteljski objekt otpada 85 kvadrata, a na dvorište 50, dolazi se do vrtoglavnog traženog iznosa od 5800 eura za četvorni metar.

- Prodaje se poslovni prostor - uhodani ugostiteljski objekt u centru Skradina s dugogodišnjom tradicijom. Nalazi se u samom centru grada, a sastoji se od ulaznog dijela, hodnik, kuhinje, šanka, po jedne velike i manje prostorije. Na katu kuće pripada mu jedna soba.

Stolarija pvc i drvo, podovi keramika, klimatizirano. Restoran se nalazi 30 metara od mora - navodi se u oglasu koji je postavila agencija za posredovanje u prometu nekretninama sa sjedištem u Varaždinu.

Pogled u zemljišne knjige otkriva potencijalni uzrok prodaje "Zlatnih školjaka" koje u srcu Skradina posluju od 1974. godine i bile su jedna od nezaobilaznih točaka na gastronomskoj karti Dalmacije. Naime, vidljivo je da je na restoran još od 2013. godine uknjižena danas pokojna Jadranska banka iz Šibenika, na temelju hipoteke i potraživanja 600 tisuća kuna od Ante Petrovića kao dotadašnjeg vlasnika nekretnine.

Bitno je napomenuti da je objekt u Ulici Grgura Ninskog u statusu spomenika kulture, kao i veći dio skradinske jezgre.

Jedan od kultnih dalmatinskih restorana, s tradicijom dugom gotovo pola stoljeća, uskoro bi mogao promijeniti vlasnika, a možda i samu ponudu.

Na internetskom oglasniku Njuškalo.hr upravo se pojavila ponuda za kupnju ugostiteljskog prostora u Skradinu, ukupne površine 135 četvornih metara, po cijeni od 5,8 milijuna kuna ili 770 tisuća eura. Prema priloženim fotografijama, jasno je da je riječ o restoranu "Zlatne školjke" koji desetljećima vodi obitelj Petrović.

Kada se cijena podijeli s ukupnom površinom, od koje na sam ugostiteljski objekt otpada 85 kvadrata, a na dvorište 50, dolazi se do vrtoglavnog traženog iznosa od 5800 eura za četvorni metar.
