U novoj Strategiji razvoja održivoga turizma do 2030. godine jasno je navedeno kako se hrvatski turizam mora mijenjati. Naglasak je stavljen na ekološku, ekonomsku, ali svakako i socijalnu održivost. Ova je Strategija detaljno predstavljena na Danima hrvatskoga turizma koji su se ove godine održali u Šibeniku gdje se okupilo niz svjetskih i europskih stručnjaka iz područja turizma.

Ministrica turizma, Nikolina Brnjac, istaknula je kako je središtu ove Strategije upravo – čovjek.

- Kroz sva četiri strateška cilja vrlo je važan segment održivost, kako ona ekonomska, tako i ekološka i socijalna, a u središtu naše Strategije je čovjek, lokalno stanovništvo i zaposlenici u turizmu. Do sada nije bio naglasak na socijalnoj održivosti, no ono što je bilo važno čuti na panelima je da svjetski i europski stručnjaci iz područja turizma smatraju kako smo napravili jako dobar posao s ovom Strategijom – navela je ministrica. 

S obzirom na to da se Hrvatska ove godine suočila s velikim nedostatkom domaće radne snage te su se masovno "uvozili" strani radnici, zanimalo nas je koje su konkretne mjere za očuvanje domaće radne snage.

- Upravo je zato naglasak u Strategiji stavljen na lokalno stanovništvo i radnu snagu. Ministarstvo turizma i sporta je po prvi put do sada povisilo iznos stipendija za naše učenike koje sada iznose 2.000 kuna, a Ministarstvo pokriva oko 70 posto troška. Problem radne snage nije samo hrvatski problem, već je to problem cijeloga svijeta, radnika treba adekvatno platiti, mora imati kvalitetan smještaj i mora biti zadovoljan, samo tako možemo imati kvalitetan turizam. Moramo zajednički ulagati u naše mlade ljude, a mi to u Ministarstvo turizma radimo stipendiranjem. No, također moramo raditi na promociji zanimanja u turizmu jer mislim da su naši djelatnici u turizmu izvrsni – rekla je ministrica.

Što se tiče natječaja za sredstva za turistički sektor u okviru Nacionalnoga plana oporavka i otpornosti, raspisani su jučer (srijeda), i za privatni i za javni infrastrukturni turistički sektor, a kroz višegodišnji financijski okvir izdvojeno je 1,3 milijarde kuna bespovratnih sredstava za sektor turizma. Među domaćim se stanovništvom često potežu rasprave oko toga jesmo li skupa destinacija. Stav lokalnoga stanovništva svakako jest da smo destinacija više prilagođena za one "dubljega džepa", a mišljenje o ovom pitanju na jednom od panela s publikom je podijelio i Karlheinz Jungbeck, predsjednik turističkoga odjeljenja ADAC-a, generalnoga njemačkoga automobilskoga kluba. Čovjek na ovakvoj uglednoj funkciji ipak smatra kako smo skupa destinacija.

- Stvar je takva da na godišnjem odmoru ne želim boraviti u smještaju koji je lošiji od mog vlastitog doma, a imam vrlo lijepu kuću. Proveo sam u Hrvatskoj s obitelji deset dana i potrošio sam deset tisuća eura i ako zaokružimo sve mislim da je to poprilično skupo. Ali također moram istaknuti kako za taj novac dobijete i kvalitetu. Volim doći ovdje zbog toga što iako platite dosta, za taj novac dobijete i vrijednost - pojasnio je svoj stav Jungbeck.

U novoj Strategiji razvoja održivoga turizma do 2030. godine jasno je navedeno kako se hrvatski turizam mora mijenjati. Naglasak je stavljen na ekološku, ekonomsku, ali svakako i socijalnu održivost. Ova je Strategija detaljno predstavljena na Danima hrvatskoga turizma koji su se ove godine održali u Šibeniku gdje se okupilo niz svjetskih i europskih stručnjaka iz područja turizma.

Ministrica turizma, Nikolina Brnjac, istaknula je kako je središtu ove Strategije upravo – čovjek.

- Kroz sva četiri strateška cilja vrlo je važan segment održivost, kako ona ekonomska, tako i ekološka i socijalna, a u središtu naše Strategije je čovjek, lokalno stanovništvo i zaposlenici u turizmu. Do sada nije bio naglasak na socijalnoj održivosti, no ono što je bilo važno čuti na panelima je da svjetski i europski stručnjaci iz područja turizma smatraju kako smo napravili jako dobar posao s ovom Strategijom – navela je ministrica. 

S obzirom na to da se Hrvatska ove godine suočila s velikim nedostatkom domaće radne snage te su se masovno "uvozili" strani radnici, zanimalo nas je koje su konkretne mjere za očuvanje domaće radne snage.

- Upravo je zato naglasak u Strategiji stavljen na lokalno stanovništvo i radnu snagu. Ministarstvo turizma i sporta je po prvi put do sada povisilo iznos stipendija za naše učenike koje sada iznose 2.000 kuna, a Ministarstvo pokriva oko 70 posto troška. Problem radne snage nije samo hrvatski problem, već je to problem cijeloga svijeta, radnika treba adekvatno platiti, mora imati kvalitetan smještaj i mora biti zadovoljan, samo tako možemo imati kvalitetan turizam. Moramo zajednički ulagati u naše mlade ljude, a mi to u Ministarstvo turizma radimo stipendiranjem. No, također moramo raditi na promociji zanimanja u turizmu jer mislim da su naši djelatnici u turizmu izvrsni – rekla je ministrica.

Što se tiče natječaja za sredstva za turistički sektor u okviru Nacionalnoga plana oporavka i otpornosti, raspisani su jučer (srijeda), i za privatni i za javni infrastrukturni turistički sektor, a kroz višegodišnji financijski okvir izdvojeno je 1,3 milijarde kuna bespovratnih sredstava za sektor turizma. Među domaćim se stanovništvom često potežu rasprave oko toga jesmo li skupa destinacija. Stav lokalnoga stanovništva svakako jest da smo destinacija više prilagođena za one "dubljega džepa", a mišljenje o ovom pitanju na jednom od panela s publikom je podijelio i Karlheinz Jungbeck, predsjednik turističkoga odjeljenja ADAC-a, generalnoga njemačkoga automobilskoga kluba. Čovjek na ovakvoj uglednoj funkciji ipak smatra kako smo skupa destinacija.

- Stvar je takva da na godišnjem odmoru ne želim boraviti u smještaju koji je lošiji od mog vlastitog doma, a imam vrlo lijepu kuću. Proveo sam u Hrvatskoj s obitelji deset dana i potrošio sam deset tisuća eura i ako zaokružimo sve mislim da je to poprilično skupo. Ali također moram istaknuti kako za taj novac dobijete i kvalitetu. Volim doći ovdje zbog toga što iako platite dosta, za taj novac dobijete i vrijednost - pojasnio je svoj stav Jungbeck.

U novoj Strategiji razvoja održivoga turizma do 2030. godine jasno je navedeno kako se hrvatski turizam mora mijenjati. Naglasak je stavljen na ekološku, ekonomsku, ali svakako i socijalnu održivost. Ova je Strategija detaljno predstavljena na Danima hrvatskoga turizma koji su se ove godine održali u Šibeniku gdje se okupilo niz svjetskih i europskih stručnjaka iz područja turizma.

Ministrica turizma, Nikolina Brnjac, istaknula je kako je središtu ove Strategije upravo – čovjek.

- Kroz sva četiri strateška cilja vrlo je važan segment održivost, kako ona ekonomska, tako i ekološka i socijalna, a u središtu naše Strategije je čovjek, lokalno stanovništvo i zaposlenici u turizmu. Do sada nije bio naglasak na socijalnoj održivosti, no ono...
