Prodaja 22.355 četvornih metara velikog dijela nekadašnjeg industrijskog postrojenja zadarske tvornice "Bagat", a danas zemljišta u građevinskoj zoni, koje se trebalo naći "na bubnju" Općinskog suda 24. siječnja, odgođeno je nakon što je obustavu javne dražbe tražila tvrtka "Caducaeus medic" iz Islama Latinskog, u vlasništvu Roka Brale, poznatog posedarskog poduzetnika.

Kako nam je potvrdio Davor Dubravica, glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru, dražbena prodaja dijela bivše tvornice odgođena je do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida prodajnog postupka.

- Prvo dražbeno ročište zakazano za 24. siječnja s početkom u 9 sati odgađa se do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje. Stranke će o daljnjem tijeku postupka biti obaviješteni pisanim putem – rekli su na Općinskom sudu.

Poznati poduzetnik koji je 2012. svoj unosni plinski biznis, po kojem je najviše poznat, prodao umirovljenom generalu Ivanu Čermaku u svom poslovanju kupio je i dvije bivše "Bagatove" tvrtke, najprije "Alatnicu", a potom i "Trgovinu", tvrtke-kćeri nekadašnjeg ponosa dalmatinske industrije i jednog od vodećih izvoznika.

Nakon brojnih ponuda za prodaju otkrio je da se na njegovo zemljište uknjižila tvrtka "Euro Ivi" iza koje stoji hercegovački poduzetnik Milan Lučić, nekadašnji Severinin ljubavni partner. Brala zbog toga već godinama vodi sudsku bitku te smatra da je zadarski zemljišnik taj koji je počinio nezakonitost prigodom Lučićeva knjiženja na tuđe parcele.

Nakon oglasa o javnoj prodaji bivše tvornice šivaćih strojeva u kojoj je na vrhuncu poslovanja radilo oko 4000 tisuće radnika, i to po početnoj cijeni od 33,25 milijuna, što u protuvrijednosti predstavlja iznos od oko 4,3 milijuna eura, Bralin odvjetnik Jadranko Črnko tražio je obustavu navodeći kako bi se time prodao i teren koji je u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika, a nije dijelom ovrhe zbog koje se kompleks i prodaje.

Riječ je o 1109 kvadrata smještenih na južnom dijelu prostora u vlasništvu tvrtke "Caducaeus medic", odnosno Roka Brale koji je kupio nekadašnju "Bagat Trgovinu".

Raniju odluku o prodaju velike nekretnine koja je činila dio tvorničkog sklopa donio je Općinski sud u ovršnom postupku splitske tvrtke "Malu Projekt" za poslovanje nekretninama, čiji je vlasnik "Tommy 1992", jedan od vodećih hrvatskih trgovačkih lanaca na čijem je čelu poduzetnik Tomislav Mamić.

Ta je tvrtka zbog nevraćenog kredita od 4,5 milijuna eura, ovršila "Euro Ivi" koji je bio upisan na zemljište na zadarskom predjelu Plovanija. Lučičeva tvrtka završila je u stečaju 2012. godine kojeg je pokrenula tadašnja Hypo Alpe-Adria banka, jer nije vraćala sporni kredit od 4,5 milijuna eura.

Prethodno je "Euro Ivi" kupio cjelokupan prostor tvornice u suradnji sa zadarskom tvrtkom "Lignum", jednom od vodećih po stanogradnji na području grada, a dio zemljišta prodali su "Lidlu" koji je tamo izgradio svoj prodajni centar.

Za početnu cijenu od 33,25 milijuna kuna "na bubnju" su se trebale naći dvije nekadašnje industrijske zgrade, jedna površine 21 285 četvornih metara i druga od 290 kvadrata, te dva industrijska dvorišta, pojedinačne površine 746 i 167 četvornih metara.

Prodaja 22.355 četvornih metara velikog dijela nekadašnjeg industrijskog postrojenja zadarske tvornice "Bagat", a danas zemljišta u građevinskoj zoni, koje se trebalo naći "na bubnju" Općinskog suda 24. siječnja, odgođeno je nakon što je obustavu javne dražbe tražila tvrtka "Caducaeus medic" iz Islama Latinskog, u vlasništvu Roka Brale, poznatog posedarskog poduzetnika.

Kako nam je potvrdio Davor Dubravica, glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru, dražbena prodaja dijela bivše tvornice odgođena je do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida prodajnog postupka.

- Prvo dražbeno ročište zakazano za 24. siječnja s početkom u 9 sati odgađa se do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje. Stranke će o daljnjem tijeku postupka biti obaviješteni pisanim putem – rekli su na Općinskom sudu.

Poznati poduzetnik koji je 2012. svoj unosni plinski biznis, po kojem je najviše poznat, prodao umirovljenom generalu Ivanu Čermaku u svom poslovanju kupio je i dvije bivše "Bagatove" tvrtke, najprije "Alatnicu", a potom i "Trgovinu", tvrtke-kćeri nekadašnjeg ponosa dalmatinske industrije i jednog od vodećih izvoznika.

Nakon brojnih ponuda za prodaju otkrio je da se na njegovo zemljište uknjižila tvrtka "Euro Ivi" iza koje stoji hercegovački poduzetnik Milan Lučić, nekadašnji Severinin ljubavni partner. Brala zbog toga već godinama vodi sudsku bitku te smatra da je zadarski zemljišnik taj koji je počinio nezakonitost prigodom Lučićeva knjiženja na tuđe parcele.

Nakon oglasa o javnoj prodaji bivše tvornice šivaćih strojeva u kojoj je na vrhuncu poslovanja radilo oko 4000 tisuće radnika, i to po početnoj cijeni od 33,25 milijuna, što u protuvrijednosti predstavlja iznos od oko 4,3 milijuna eura, Bralin odvjetnik Jadranko Črnko tražio je obustavu navodeći kako bi se time prodao i teren koji je u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika, a nije dijelom ovrhe zbog koje se kompleks i prodaje.

Riječ je o 1109 kvadrata smještenih na južnom dijelu prostora u vlasništvu tvrtke "Caducaeus medic", odnosno Roka Brale koji je kupio nekadašnju "Bagat Trgovinu".

Raniju odluku o prodaju velike nekretnine koja je činila dio tvorničkog sklopa donio je Općinski sud u ovršnom postupku splitske tvrtke "Malu Projekt" za poslovanje nekretninama, čiji je vlasnik "Tommy 1992", jedan od vodećih hrvatskih trgovačkih lanaca na čijem je čelu poduzetnik Tomislav Mamić.

Ta je tvrtka zbog nevraćenog kredita od 4,5 milijuna eura, ovršila "Euro Ivi" koji je bio upisan na zemljište na zadarskom predjelu Plovanija. Lučičeva tvrtka završila je u stečaju 2012. godine kojeg je pokrenula tadašnja Hypo Alpe-Adria banka, jer nije vraćala sporni kredit od 4,5 milijuna eura.

Prethodno je "Euro Ivi" kupio cjelokupan prostor tvornice u suradnji sa zadarskom tvrtkom "Lignum", jednom od vodećih po stanogradnji na području grada, a dio zemljišta prodali su "Lidlu" koji je tamo izgradio svoj prodajni centar.

Za početnu cijenu od 33,25 milijuna kuna "na bubnju" su se trebale naći dvije nekadašnje industrijske zgrade, jedna površine 21 285 četvornih metara i druga od 290 kvadrata, te dva industrijska dvorišta, pojedinačne površine 746 i 167 četvornih metara.
