Od, u utorak, 466 testiranih na Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ), njih 32, odnosno 6,86 posto, pozitivno je na COVID-19.

I ne bi to bilo ništa alarmantno, pogotovo kada je postotak u pitanju, da brojka od njih 32 pozitivnih nije najveća još od 2. lipnja, kada je tog dana u SDŽ bilo novooboljelih njih 34.

Zbog čega je to tako i što nas očekuje, pitali smo prim. dr. sc. Željku Karin, ravnateljicu NZJZ-a SDŽ.

Ljuta sam i žalosna

- A, što dam vam kažem. Ljuta sam i žalosna i zaista više ne znam što da napravimo, kako bismo ljude uvjerili da se moraju i trebaju cijepiti. U cijeloj ovoj priči o 32 jučer pozitivnih, važno je istaknuti da su među tim oboljelima i članovi dviju obitelji, kojima su COVID "u kuću" donijeli njihovi mlađi članovi, koji izlaze vani, druže se, nisu cijepljeni i ne čuvaju se zaraze. Ne čuvaju se zaraze, jer oni ne obolijevaju teže. Zaraženi su svi članovi tih obitelji, od roditelja pa nadalje. S obzirom na to da svuda u Europi i svijetu sada prevladava delta-soj, mišljenja smo da su i ovi slučajevi svi delta-soj, kazuje dr. Karin.

I što sada, tko će biti kriv, ako netko od starijih članova tih obitelji umre ili završi na respiratoru, gdje mu život visi o koncu. Bit će kriva ljudska glupost, tvrdoglavost i nerazumnost koja ljude sprječava da se cijepe i da na taj način olakšaju život sebi i drugima.

- Ako se brojke nastave ovako povećavati, moramo biti spremni da će nam zatvaranje Hrvatske doći prije negoli prošle godine. A tada ćemo ostati bez tako prijeko potrebne turističke sezone i deviza, koje su mnogima potrebne da prežive. Ako se ljudi pod hitno ne odluče na cijepljenje, pandemija će se ponovno razbuktati. Vidite što se događa u Portugalu i Španjolskoj. Uistinu je potrebno da ljudi napokon shvate kako je cijepljenje potrebno i da je ono najpouzdaniji i najsigurniji način da pobijedimo koronavirus - govori dr. Karin.

Osim domaćih, i furešti su ponovno počeli obolijevati.

- Svaki dan imamo po nekoliko pozitivnih stranaca. Njih smještamo u karantenu, u hotel "Sveti Mihovil" u Trilju. I ne brine mene to što imamo po nekoliko pozitivnih stranaca svaki dan. Mene više brine koliko mi u županiji u ovom trenutku imamo stranaca turista pozitivnih na COVID-19 a da to i ne znamo - pita se prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin.

U skupinu onih koji se ne žele cijepiti i to odbijaju nalaze se i mlađe ženske osobe, negdje od 20. do 27. godine života. Mnoge od njih kao mantru ponavljaju da se cijepiti ne žele, jer će od cijepiva postati neplodne, odnosno neće moći imati djece.

Da bismo doznali jesu li njihove sumnje i strahovi opravdani, nazvali smo ginekologa endokrinologa, prof. dr. sc. Marka Mimicu, novog predstojnika Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split, koji se u svom radu bavi i problemom neplodnosti, odnosno humane reprodukcije.

Strah za trudnoću

- To apsolutno nije točno. Za sada nema apsolutno nikakve poveznice između COVID-a i trudnoće, odnosno između cijepljenja i trudnoće, odnosno neplodnosti. To su rekla-kazala strahovi, jer još uvijek ne postoje podaci o tome kako cjepivo loše utječe na plodnost. U medicini se podaci prate godinama, odnosno desetke godina i tada se mogu donositi zaključci o nečemu. Ponavljam, za sada nemamo nikakve podatke da cjepivo šteti plodnosti kaže dr. Mimica.

Upitali smo ga što bi on preporučio onim ženama koje su sada trudne kada bi ga upitale hoće li se cijepiti...

- Iako ni tu nemamo dovoljno podataka koji bi ukazivali da cjepivo šteti plodu, tu se ograđujemo. Mi kao ginekolozi ne branimo cijepljenje trudnicama, ali ga ne preporučujemo. Jednostavno, neutralni smo i to trudnice moraju same odlučiti - zaključuje prof. dr. sc. Marko Mimica.

Od, u utorak, 466 testiranih na Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ), njih 32, odnosno 6,86 posto, pozitivno je na COVID-19.

I ne bi to bilo ništa alarmantno, pogotovo kada je postotak u pitanju, da brojka od njih 32 pozitivnih nije najveća još od 2. lipnja, kada je tog dana u SDŽ bilo novooboljelih njih 34.

Zbog čega je to tako i što nas očekuje, pitali smo prim. dr. sc. Željku Karin, ravnateljicu NZJZ-a SDŽ.

Ljuta sam i žalosna

- A, što dam vam kažem. Ljuta sam i žalosna i zaista više ne znam što da napravimo, kako bismo ljude uvjerili da se moraju i trebaju cijepiti. U cijeloj ovoj priči o 32 jučer pozitivnih, važno je istaknuti da su među tim oboljelima i članovi dviju obitelji, kojima su COVID "u kuću" donijeli njihovi mlađi članovi, koji izlaze vani, druže se, nisu cijepljeni i ne čuvaju se zaraze. Ne čuvaju se zaraze, jer oni ne obolijevaju teže. Zaraženi su svi članovi tih obitelji, od roditelja pa nadalje. S obzirom na to da svuda u Europi i svijetu sada prevladava delta-soj, mišljenja smo da su i ovi slučajevi svi delta-soj, kazuje dr. Karin.

I što sada, tko će biti kriv, ako netko od starijih članova tih obitelji umre ili završi na respiratoru, gdje mu život visi o koncu. Bit će kriva ljudska glupost, tvrdoglavost i nerazumnost koja ljude sprječava da se cijepe i da na taj način olakšaju život sebi i drugima.

- Ako se brojke nastave ovako povećavati, moramo biti spremni da će nam zatvaranje Hrvatske doći prije negoli prošle godine. A tada ćemo ostati bez tako prijeko potrebne turističke sezone i deviza, koje su mnogima potrebne da prežive. Ako se ljudi pod hitno ne odluče na cijepljenje, pandemija će se ponovno razbuktati. Vidite što se događa u Portugalu i Španjolskoj. Uistinu je potrebno da ljudi napokon shvate kako je cijepljenje potrebno i da je ono najpouzdaniji i najsigurniji način da pobijedimo koronavirus - govori dr. Karin.

Osim domaćih, i furešti su ponovno počeli obolijevati.

- Svaki dan imamo po nekoliko pozitivnih stranaca. Njih smještamo u karantenu, u hotel "Sveti Mihovil" u Trilju. I ne brine mene to što imamo po nekoliko pozitivnih stranaca svaki dan. Mene više brine koliko mi u županiji u ovom trenutku imamo stranaca turista pozitivnih na COVID-19 a da to i ne znamo - pita se prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin.

U skupinu onih koji se ne žele cijepiti i to odbijaju nalaze se i mlađe ženske osobe, negdje od 20. do 27. godine života. Mnoge od njih kao mantru ponavljaju da se cijepiti ne žele, jer će od cijepiva postati neplodne, odnosno neće moći imati djece.

Da bismo doznali jesu li njihove sumnje i strahovi opravdani, nazvali smo ginekologa endokrinologa, prof. dr. sc. Marka Mimicu, novog predstojnika Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split, koji se u svom radu bavi i problemom neplodnosti, odnosno humane reprodukcije.

Strah za trudnoću

- To apsolutno nije točno. Za sada nema apsolutno nikakve poveznice između COVID-a i trudnoće, odnosno između cijepljenja i trudnoće, odnosno neplodnosti. To su rekla-kazala strahovi, jer još uvijek ne postoje podaci o tome kako cjepivo loše utječe na plodnost. U medicini se podaci prate godinama, odnosno desetke godina i tada se mogu donositi zaključci o nečemu. Ponavljam, za sada nemamo nikakve podatke da cjepivo šteti plodnosti kaže dr. Mimica.

Upitali smo ga što bi on preporučio onim ženama koje su sada trudne kada bi ga upitale hoće li se cijepiti...

- Iako ni tu nemamo dovoljno podataka koji bi ukazivali da cjepivo šteti plodu, tu se ograđujemo. Mi kao ginekolozi ne branimo cijepljenje trudnicama, ali ga ne preporučujemo. Jednostavno, neutralni smo i to trudnice moraju same odlučiti - zaključuje prof. dr. sc. Marko Mimica.
