Na drugom krugu javne dražbe prodan je stan na četvrtom katu tzv. "Kerumove zgrade" na zadarskoj Relji, piše www.057info.hr

- S kupcem Anitom Orlović je 27. ožujka sastavljen ugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine te je kupac dana 30. ožujka uplatio cjelokupnu cijenu stana u iznosu od 217.265 eura umanjenu za već uplaćenu jamčevinu u iznosu od 22.735 eura - izvijestila je Natalija Mladineo, stečajna upraviteljica nekoć stožerne tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma.

Za stan površine 114,39 četvornih metara pristigla je još jedna ponuda, koju je dostavio Ronald Šuran. Iskazi interesa u pisanom obliku otvoreni su 7. ožujka u uredu javnog bilježnika Emila Brkića koji je sastavio zapisnik iz kojeg proizlazi da je Anita Orlović dostavila najbolju ponudu i to u iznosu od 240.001 eura, odnosno oko 1,8 milijuna kuna.

S tom ponudom, koja je za oko 12 tisuća eura viša od početne cijene nekretnine, Orlović je postala nova vlasnica stambenog prostora koji se sastoji od ulaznog hodnika, dvije spavaće sobe, kupatila, WC-a, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, te dvije lođe.

Podsjetimo, na prvoj dražbi u listopadu prošle godine pristigla je tek jedna ponuda i to od strane malog zagrebačkog poduzetnika koji je, očekivajući veću konkurenciju, ponudio 2,1 milijuna kuna, da bi kasnije povukao svoju ponudu.

Na drugom krugu javne dražbe prodan je stan na četvrtom katu tzv. "Kerumove zgrade" na zadarskoj Relji, piše www.057info.hr

- S kupcem Anitom Orlović je 27. ožujka sastavljen ugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine te je kupac dana 30. ožujka uplatio cjelokupnu cijenu stana u iznosu od 217.265 eura umanjenu za već uplaćenu jamčevinu u iznosu od 22.735 eura - izvijestila je Natalija Mladineo, stečajna upraviteljica nekoć stožerne tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma.

Za stan površine 114,39 četvornih metara pristigla je još jedna ponuda, koju je dostavio Ronald Šuran. Iskazi interesa u pisanom obliku otvoreni su 7. ožujka u uredu javnog bilježnika Emila Brkića koji je sastavio zapisnik iz kojeg proizlazi da je Anita Orlović dostavila najbolju ponudu i to u iznosu od 240.001 eura, odnosno oko 1,8 milijuna kuna.

S tom ponudom, koja je za oko 12 tisuća eura viša od početne cijene nekretnine, Orlović je postala nova vlasnica stambenog prostora koji se sastoji od ulaznog hodnika, dvije spavaće sobe, kupatila, WC-a, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, te dvije lođe.

Podsjetimo, na prvoj dražbi u listopadu prošle godine pristigla je tek jedna ponuda i to od strane malog zagrebačkog poduzetnika koji je, očekivajući veću konkurenciju, ponudio 2,1 milijuna kuna, da bi kasnije povukao svoju ponudu.

Na drugom krugu javne dražbe prodan je stan na četvrtom katu tzv. "Kerumove zgrade" na zadarskoj Relji, piše www.057info.hr

- S kupcem Anitom Orlović je 27. ožujka sastavljen ugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine te je kupac dana 30. ožujka uplatio cjelokupnu cijenu stana u iznosu od 217.265 eura umanjenu za već uplaćenu jamčevinu u iznosu od 22.735 eura - izvijestila je Natalija Mladineo, stečajna upraviteljica nekoć stožerne tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma.

Za stan površine 114,39 četvornih metara pristigla je još jedna ponuda, koju je dostavio Ronald Šuran.
