Drveno-metalna konstrukcija koja je iskrsnula na dubrovačkim stijenama, na lokaciji ispod Stare bolnice, mora biti uklonjena.

Odlučila je tako Lučka kapetanija Dubrovnik nakon obavljenog očevida. Službenici Kapetanije na teren su izišli na poziv gradskog Odsjeka za komunalno redarstvo, a na temelju rješenja o nadzoru bespravne gradnje.

- Provedenim nadzorom utvrđena je bespravna gradnja u vidu postavljenoga drvenog podesta dimenzija oko šest puta pet metara, učvršćenog na metalnoj konstrukciji.

Temeljem utvrđenih nepravilnosti nadležne gradske službe pokrenut će prekršajni postupak protiv prekršitelja te mu naložiti uklanjanje bespravno postavljenog objekta s predmetnog dijela parcele - izvijestili su iz Ministarstva mora, te su dodali:

- Budući da je nadzorom obuhvaćena zemljišna čestica unutar granica pomorskog dobra, Lučka kapetanija provest će postupak utvrđivanja činjeničnog stanja na predmetnom dijelu pomorskog dobra.

Podsjetimo, bespravni objekt nalazi se na stjenovitom dijelu nad morem, na lokaciji s koje se pruža vrhunski pogled prema zapadnom dijelu grada.

Pogledom u katastarske knjige, vidljivo je da cijeli priobalni stjenoviti potez ispod Gradca predstavlja jednu katastarsku parcelu, ukupne površine gotovo 13 tisuća četvornih metara, a kao posjednik je upisana već skoro 30 godina nepostojeća Općina Dubrovnik.

No, u zemljišnim knjigama, isti taj prostor podijeljen je u više manjih čestica, a za sve su upisani vlasnici Biskupija dubrovačka i Družba sestara franjevki od bezgrešnog začeća.

Drveno-metalna konstrukcija koja je iskrsnula na dubrovačkim stijenama, na lokaciji ispod Stare bolnice, mora biti uklonjena.

Odlučila je tako Lučka kapetanija Dubrovnik nakon obavljenog očevida. Službenici Kapetanije na teren su izišli na poziv gradskog Odsjeka za komunalno redarstvo, a na temelju rješenja o nadzoru bespravne gradnje.

- Provedenim nadzorom utvrđena je bespravna gradnja u vidu postavljenoga drvenog podesta dimenzija oko šest puta pet metara, učvršćenog na metalnoj konstrukciji.

Temeljem utvrđenih nepravilnosti nadležne gradske službe pokrenut će prekršajni postupak protiv prekršitelja te mu naložiti uklanjanje bespravno postavljenog objekta s predmetnog dijela parcele - izvijestili su iz Ministarstva mora, te su dodali:

- Budući da je nadzorom obuhvaćena zemljišna čestica unutar granica pomorskog dobra, Lučka kapetanija provest će postupak utvrđivanja činjeničnog stanja na predmetnom dijelu pomorskog dobra.

Podsjetimo, bespravni objekt nalazi se na stjenovitom dijelu nad morem, na lokaciji s koje se pruža vrhunski pogled prema zapadnom dijelu grada.

Pogledom u katastarske knjige, vidljivo je da cijeli priobalni stjenoviti potez ispod Gradca predstavlja jednu katastarsku parcelu, ukupne površine gotovo 13 tisuća četvornih metara, a kao posjednik je upisana već skoro 30 godina nepostojeća Općina Dubrovnik.

No, u zemljišnim knjigama, isti taj prostor podijeljen je u više manjih čestica, a za sve su upisani vlasnici Biskupija dubrovačka i Družba sestara franjevki od bezgrešnog začeća.

Drveno-metalna konstrukcija koja je iskrsnula na dubrovačkim stijenama, na lokaciji ispod Stare bolnice, mora biti uklonjena.

Odlučila je tako Lučka kapetanija Dubrovnik nakon obavljenog očevida. Službenici Kapetanije na teren su izišli na poziv gradskog Odsjeka za komunalno redarstvo, a na temelju rješenja o nadzoru bespravne gradnje.

- Provedenim nadzorom utvrđena je bespravna gradnja u vidu postavljenoga drvenog podesta dimenzija oko šest puta pet metara, učvršćenog na metalnoj konstrukciji.

Temeljem utvrđenih nepravilnosti nadležne gradske službe pokrenut će prekršajni postupak protiv prekršitelja te mu naložiti uklanjanje bespravno postavljenog objekta s predmetnog dijela parcele - izvijestili su iz Ministarstva mora, te su dodali:
