Nakon što smo pisali kako je Grad Makarska u godinu i pol dana za pravna zastupanja angažirao četiri odvjetnička društva od kojih jedno iz Splita, a tri iz Zagreba, dok su Grad zastupala i dva odvjetnička društva iz Makarske na što je isplaćeno više od pola milijuna kuna, točnije 544.611,98 kuna bez PDV-a, kontaktirali smo i Juru Brkana, bivšega gradonačelnika i sadašnjeg vijećnika HDZ-a i saborskog zastupnika na kojeg je Grad u pojašnjenjima svakog slučaja kojeg su zastupali i još zastupaju odvjetnici, svalio krivnju vezano za nadstrešnicu na tržnici i nasipanje plaže Osejava.

Kako kazuje Brkan, ne tako davno SDP-ovi vijećnici su opravdavali troškove odvjetničkih usluga koje je platio SDP-ov gradonačelnik Tonći Bilić.

- Ne baš mali iznos od 5 milijuna kuna, na osnovi usmenog odobrenja bivšega gradonačelnika Bilića preselio se iz gradskog proračuna u blagajnu jednog odvjetničkog društva iz Zadra. Laž je da temeljni akti nisu bili usklađeni sa zakonom i da su provedeni inspekcijski nadzori u više navrata pokazali brojne nezakonitosti u radu. Koji akti nisu usklađeni sa zakonom, koje inspekcije su to utvrdile i tko je za to odgovoran? Prozirno laganje kojim ne može opravdati Paunovićevu rastrošnost. Nadalje se navodi da je bivša vlast, valjda misle na mene i HDZ, mislim da su Bilića već zaboravili, preferirala isključivo jedan odvjetnički ured. Opet laž. Preferirali nismo nikoga, radili smo s više odvjetničkih ureda, a samo je s odvjetničkim uredom Marinović prekinuta suradnja.

Što se tiče slavnog odvjetničkog društva Mihočević i Bajs, koje je nedavno dobilo grafit na zgradi Grada, a koji je možda kao besplatnu reklamu gradonačelnik Paunović držao 12 dana, Grad kaže da su ga zastupali u dva osjetljiva spora koja mogu zahvaliti meni. Kažu da se radi o slučaju bespravne gradnje na gradskoj tržnici i nasipavanju plaže Osejava. Javnost ovo već zna, mediji su o ovome pisali pa, evo da ponovimo. Nema sudskog spora o bespravnoj gradnji na tržnici, Grad je bio kažnjen od inspekcije jer tržnica nije imala minimalne tehničke uvjete, to jest sanitarni čvor nije bio napravljen sukladno naređenju te se Grad sudskim putem žalio. Nadstrešnica nikad nije bila predmet tog nadzora ni spora - navodi Brkan.

Što se tiče izgradnje plaže Osejava iz njegova mandata, Brkan kazuje da su Grad kao investitor i on kao odgovorna osoba u pravnoj osobi, bili optuženi da su onečistili okoliš. Grad je u njegovu mandatu zastupao gradski zaposlenik Bojan Mileta.

- Dolaskom Paunovića i SDP-a, Grad je počeo zastupati Mihočević. Prvostupanjska presuda je takva da je Grad kao investitor oslobođen, a ja kao odgovorna osoba u pravnoj osobi osuđen. Na tu sam se presudu žalio, nisam zagadio okoliš, deseci tisuća kupača koji se kupaju na toj plaži su dokaz. Smatram da sud nije uvažio puno materijalnih dokaza od granulometrije, nalaza građevinske inspekcije i inspekcije zaštite okoliša i da ću u konačnici uspjeti u žalbi. Apsurd svega toga je taj ako sam ja onečistio okoliš, zašto Sud nije donio presudu o uklanjanju onečišćenja - ističe Brkan, dodavši da Grad u obrazloženju troškova odvjetnika Ramadanovića zbraja kruške i jabuke.

Naslijeđeni sporovi

- Grad navodi da Ramadanović vodi četiri spora za što mu je do sada isplaćeno 124.736,03 kune i to vezuje sa sporom između Grada i Abacusa. Prešutili su da su sva četiri spora stara, ja sam tri naslijedio iz Bilićeva mandata, a jedan spor je i stariji od njega. Sadašnje troškove uspoređuje s nagodbom s Abacusom, a prešućuje da je u sporu s Abacusom odvjetnik Marinović naplatio više od 2 milijuna kuna, a da spor nije bio ni blizu kraja. Prešućuje da bez nagodbe s Abacusom dan danas ne bi bilo uređeno križanje D8 i Starog velikobrdskog puta, ne bi bila izgrađena pristupna cesta do vrtića i u konačnici, bez te ceste ne bi bilo ni vrtića na Zelenki - ističe Brkan, dodavši da Grad opravdava Paunovićevu suradnju s tvrtkom predsjednika Gradskog vijeća Grada Siska na način da lažu da prethodne vlasti nisu znale što učiniti s portalom Makarsko primorje, pa su se eto oni dosjetili da angažiraju odvjetnika iz Siska da dvjema zaposlenicama da otkaz. Eto, sad su oni svi sretni, a odvjetnik je za tu mudrost dobio 59.700 kuna - kaže Brkan.

Nadalje, Brkan konstatira da Grad priznaje kako gradonačelnik i zamjenica sa svim svojim pročelnicima nisu znali napraviti sistematizaciju gradske uprave nego da su za to angažirali odvjetnički ured Borisa Ivančića iz Splita. Kako je ta sistematizacija prošla, svima je poznato.

- Šest osoba stručnih i sposobnih je dobilo otkaz, gradonačelnik je uveo parlafon i do sada u gradsku upravu zaposlio sedam novih samo njemu i partiji odanih zaposlenika. A kad smo već na temi suda, presuda i nagodbi ima još jedna stvar koju je Grad zaboravio spomenuti, a to je da je gradonačelnik Paunović prošle godine platio po sudskoj nagodbi poduzeću Romana d.o.o., 2 milijuna i 235 tisuća kuna koje je Romana potraživala od Grada na osnovi obećanja SDP-ova gradonačelnika Tonća Bilića za rekonstrukciju ulice Ivana Gorana Kovačića, a koje je on odbio platiti, ali su svjedoci, uključujući Lori Veličković, potvrdili da je obećao platiti. Bojim se da ovome svemu još nije kraj - kazao je Brkan.

Nakon što smo pisali kako je Grad Makarska u godinu i pol dana za pravna zastupanja angažirao četiri odvjetnička društva od kojih jedno iz Splita, a tri iz Zagreba, dok su Grad zastupala i dva odvjetnička društva iz Makarske na što je isplaćeno više od pola milijuna kuna, točnije 544.611,98 kuna bez PDV-a, kontaktirali smo i Juru Brkana, bivšega gradonačelnika i sadašnjeg vijećnika HDZ-a i saborskog zastupnika na kojeg je Grad u pojašnjenjima svakog slučaja kojeg su zastupali i još zastupaju odvjetnici, svalio krivnju vezano za nadstrešnicu na tržnici i nasipanje plaže Osejava.

Kako kazuje Brkan, ne tako davno SDP-ovi vijećnici su opravdavali troškove odvjetničkih usluga koje je platio SDP-ov gradonačelnik Tonći Bilić.

- Ne baš mali iznos od 5 milijuna kuna, na osnovi usmenog odobrenja bivšega gradonačelnika Bilića preselio se iz gradskog proračuna u blagajnu jednog odvjetničkog društva iz Zadra. Laž je da temeljni akti nisu bili usklađeni sa zakonom i da su provedeni inspekcijski nadzori u više navrata pokazali brojne nezakonitosti u radu. Koji akti nisu usklađeni sa zakonom, koje inspekcije su to utvrdile i tko je za to odgovoran? Prozirno laganje kojim ne može opravdati Paunovićevu rastrošnost. Nadalje se navodi da je bivša vlast, valjda misle na mene i HDZ, mislim da su Bilića već zaboravili, preferirala isključivo jedan odvjetnički ured. Opet laž. Preferirali nismo nikoga, radili smo s više odvjetničkih ureda, a samo je s odvjetničkim uredom Marinović prekinuta suradnja.

Što se tiče slavnog odvjetničkog društva Mihočević i Bajs, koje je nedavno dobilo grafit na zgradi Grada, a koji je možda kao besplatnu reklamu gradonačelnik Paunović držao 12 dana, Grad kaže da su ga zastupali u dva osjetljiva spora koja mogu zahvaliti meni. Kažu da se radi o slučaju bespravne gradnje na gradskoj tržnici i nasipavanju plaže Osejava. Javnost ovo već zna, mediji su o ovome pisali pa, evo da ponovimo. Nema sudskog spora o bespravnoj gradnji na tržnici, Grad je bio kažnjen od inspekcije jer tržnica nije imala minimalne tehničke uvjete, to jest sanitarni čvor nije bio napravljen sukladno naređenju te se Grad sudskim putem žalio. Nadstrešnica nikad nije bila predmet tog nadzora ni spora - navodi Brkan.

Što se tiče izgradnje plaže Osejava iz njegova mandata, Brkan kazuje da su Grad kao investitor i on kao odgovorna osoba u pravnoj osobi, bili optuženi da su onečistili okoliš. Grad je u njegovu mandatu zastupao gradski zaposlenik Bojan Mileta.

- Dolaskom Paunovića i SDP-a, Grad je počeo zastupati Mihočević. Prvostupanjska presuda je takva da je Grad kao investitor oslobođen, a ja kao odgovorna osoba u pravnoj osobi osuđen. Na tu sam se presudu žalio, nisam zagadio okoliš, deseci tisuća kupača koji se kupaju na toj plaži su dokaz. Smatram da sud nije uvažio puno materijalnih dokaza od granulometrije, nalaza građevinske inspekcije i inspekcije zaštite okoliša i da ću u konačnici uspjeti u žalbi. Apsurd svega toga je taj ako sam ja onečistio okoliš, zašto Sud nije donio presudu o uklanjanju onečišćenja - ističe Brkan, dodavši da Grad u obrazloženju troškova odvjetnika Ramadanovića zbraja kruške i jabuke.

Naslijeđeni sporovi

- Grad navodi da Ramadanović vodi četiri spora za što mu je do sada isplaćeno 124.736,03 kune i to vezuje sa sporom između Grada i Abacusa. Prešutili su da su sva četiri spora stara, ja sam tri naslijedio iz Bilićeva mandata, a jedan spor je i stariji od njega. Sadašnje troškove uspoređuje s nagodbom s Abacusom, a prešućuje da je u sporu s Abacusom odvjetnik Marinović naplatio više od 2 milijuna kuna, a da spor nije bio ni blizu kraja. Prešućuje da bez nagodbe s Abacusom dan danas ne bi bilo uređeno križanje D8 i Starog velikobrdskog puta, ne bi bila izgrađena pristupna cesta do vrtića i u konačnici, bez te ceste ne bi bilo ni vrtića na Zelenki - ističe Brkan, dodavši da Grad opravdava Paunovićevu suradnju s tvrtkom predsjednika Gradskog vijeća Grada Siska na način da lažu da prethodne vlasti nisu znale što učiniti s portalom Makarsko primorje, pa su se eto oni dosjetili da angažiraju odvjetnika iz Siska da dvjema zaposlenicama da otkaz. Eto, sad su oni svi sretni, a odvjetnik je za tu mudrost dobio 59.700 kuna - kaže Brkan.

Nadalje, Brkan konstatira da Grad priznaje kako gradonačelnik i zamjenica sa svim svojim pročelnicima nisu znali napraviti sistematizaciju gradske uprave nego da su za to angažirali odvjetnički ured Borisa Ivančića iz Splita. Kako je ta sistematizacija prošla, svima je poznato.

- Šest osoba stručnih i sposobnih je dobilo otkaz, gradonačelnik je uveo parlafon i do sada u gradsku upravu zaposlio sedam novih samo njemu i partiji odanih zaposlenika. A kad smo već na temi suda, presuda i nagodbi ima još jedna stvar koju je Grad zaboravio spomenuti, a to je da je gradonačelnik Paunović prošle godine platio po sudskoj nagodbi poduzeću Romana d.o.o., 2 milijuna i 235 tisuća kuna koje je Romana potraživala od Grada na osnovi obećanja SDP-ova gradonačelnika Tonća Bilića za rekonstrukciju ulice Ivana Gorana Kovačića, a koje je on odbio platiti, ali su svjedoci, uključujući Lori Veličković, potvrdili da je obećao platiti. Bojim se da ovome svemu još nije kraj - kazao je Brkan.
