Nakon današnje eksplozije, kada je evidentirano 63 novooboljela, u Općoj bolnici Zadar očekuju daljnji rast broja zaraženih korona virusom, ali su uvjereni da će biti spremni i za takav razvoj situacije. Ravnatelj Željko Čulina, uz sve druge nedaće, ističe kako problem nabavke lijekova postaje sve izraženiji.

-Rast novooboljelih je realno očekivati. Smanjili smo broj kreveta na nekim bolničkim odjelima, pa sada na COVID odjelu na raspolaganju imamo 40 kreveta i deset kreveta u Specijalnoj bolnici za ortopediju u Biogradu. Osim toga, u Zadru imamo i dva šatora s po deset kreveta. U ovoj fazi namjeravamo aktivirati još 10 kreveta u Biogradu, a ako se situacija dramatično pogorša i dodatnih 30, izjavio nam je Željko Čulina, ravnatelj Opće bolnice Zadar nadajući se da neće doći do pretvaranje cijele ustanove u COVID bolnicu.

-Kakva je situacija s respiratorima?

-Moram naglasiti da mi cijelo ovo vrijeme nastojimo obavljati sve naše redovne zadaće, brinemo i pružamo usluge i svim drugim pacijentima. Jednako je tako i u Specijalnoj bolnici u Biogradu. Međutim, moramo biti spremni i na situacije koje su najvjerojatnije pred nama. Operativno radimo sa šest respiratora za oboljele od korona virusa, ali taj broj respiratora u slučaju potrebe možemo povećati na dvadeset. S aktualnim povećanjem broja kreveta, procjenjujemo da bi to trenutno bilo dostatno, kaže Čulina i dodaje kako su, nakon reduciranja posjeta na samo pet minuta za najteže pacijente, od danas zabranjene posjete na svim bolničkim odjelima.

Ravnatelj Opće bolnice skreće pažnju na sve veće i značajnije teškoće u nabavci lijekova zbog duga veledrogerijama.

-To je stari problem koji je sada zaista zabrinjavajući jer naša bolnica jednostavno financijski ne može pratiti plaćanje lijekova. Imamo limit od 18,1 milijun kuna, a samo na plaće nam odlazi 19 milijuna kuna. I pritom smo jedina bolnica u Hrvatskoj koja nije dužna HZZO-u nego su oni dužni nama! Što se lijekova tiče, sada plaćamo račune starije od godinu dana i hitno nam treba pet milijuna kuna. Ta se sredstva vuku iz sredstava namijenjenih sanaciji, a treba podsjetiti da smo za sanaciju dobili svega 330.000 kuna. U tijeku je nova sanacija bolnica u kojoj će biti raspodijeljeno 1,3 milijardu kuna i zaista se nadam da ovog puta nećemo biti mimoiđeni, kaže Čulina dodajući da su brojne hrvatske bolnice dobile desetke milijuna kuna što je neusporedivo sa „zadarskih” 330.000 kuna.

Oboljelo je 20 zaposlenika, radi 15 umirovljenih liječnika

-Trenutno imamo 20 oboljelih zaposlenika Opće bolnice, uglavnom se radi o medicinskim sestrama i tehničarima, ali je zaraženo i nekoliko liječnika. Što se umirovljenih liječnika tiče, na četiri sata u OB Zadar sada ih radi 15, izjavio nam je ravnatelj Željko Čulina.

Nakon današnje eksplozije, kada je evidentirano 63 novooboljela, u Općoj bolnici Zadar očekuju daljnji rast broja zaraženih korona virusom, ali su uvjereni da će biti spremni i za takav razvoj situacije. Ravnatelj Željko Čulina, uz sve druge nedaće, ističe kako problem nabavke lijekova postaje sve izraženiji.

-Rast novooboljelih je realno očekivati. Smanjili smo broj kreveta na nekim bolničkim odjelima, pa sada na COVID odjelu na raspolaganju imamo 40 kreveta i deset kreveta u Specijalnoj bolnici za ortopediju u Biogradu. Osim toga, u Zadru imamo i dva šatora s po deset kreveta. U ovoj fazi namjeravamo aktivirati još 10 kreveta u Biogradu, a ako se situacija dramatično pogorša i dodatnih 30, izjavio nam je Željko Čulina, ravnatelj Opće bolnice Zadar nadajući se da neće doći do pretvaranje cijele ustanove u COVID bolnicu.

-Kakva je situacija s respiratorima?

-Moram naglasiti da mi cijelo ovo vrijeme nastojimo obavljati sve naše redovne zadaće, brinemo i pružamo usluge i svim drugim pacijentima. Jednako je tako i u Specijalnoj bolnici u Biogradu. Međutim, moramo biti spremni i na situacije koje su najvjerojatnije pred nama. Operativno radimo sa šest respiratora za oboljele od korona virusa, ali taj broj respiratora u slučaju potrebe možemo povećati na dvadeset. S aktualnim povećanjem broja kreveta, procjenjujemo da bi to trenutno bilo dostatno, kaže Čulina i dodaje kako su, nakon reduciranja posjeta na samo pet minuta za najteže pacijente, od danas zabranjene posjete na svim bolničkim odjelima.

Ravnatelj Opće bolnice skreće pažnju na sve veće i značajnije teškoće u nabavci lijekova zbog duga veledrogerijama.

-To je stari problem koji je sada zaista zabrinjavajući jer naša bolnica jednostavno financijski ne može pratiti plaćanje lijekova. Imamo limit od 18,1 milijun kuna, a samo na plaće nam odlazi 19 milijuna kuna. I pritom smo jedina bolnica u Hrvatskoj koja nije dužna HZZO-u nego su oni dužni nama! Što se lijekova tiče, sada plaćamo račune starije od godinu dana i hitno nam treba pet milijuna kuna. Ta se sredstva vuku iz sredstava namijenjenih sanaciji, a treba podsjetiti da smo za sanaciju dobili svega 330.000 kuna. U tijeku je nova sanacija bolnica u kojoj će biti raspodijeljeno 1,3 milijardu kuna i zaista se nadam da ovog puta nećemo biti mimoiđeni, kaže Čulina dodajući da su brojne hrvatske bolnice dobile desetke milijuna kuna što je neusporedivo sa „zadarskih” 330.000 kuna.

Oboljelo je 20 zaposlenika, radi 15 umirovljenih liječnika

-Trenutno imamo 20 oboljelih zaposlenika Opće bolnice, uglavnom se radi o medicinskim sestrama i tehničarima, ali je zaraženo i nekoliko liječnika. Što se umirovljenih liječnika tiče, na četiri sata u OB Zadar sada ih radi 15, izjavio nam je ravnatelj Željko Čulina.

Povećan broj COVID kreveta, zabranjene posjete pacijentima. Ravnatelj OB Željko Čulina: "Za plaćanje lijekova hitno nam treba pet milijuna kuna"

Nakon današnje eksplozije, kada je evidentirano 63 novooboljela, u Općoj bolnici Zadar očekuju daljnji rast broja zaraženih korona virusom, ali su uvjereni da će biti spremni i za takav razvoj situacije. Ravnatelj Željko Čulina, uz sve druge nedaće, ističe kako problem nabavke lijekova postaje sve izraženiji.

-Rast novooboljelih je realno očekivati. Smanjili smo broj kreveta na nekim bolničkim odjelima, pa sada na COVID odjelu na raspolaganju imamo 40 kreveta i deset kreveta u Specijalnoj bolnici za ortopediju u Biogradu. Osim toga, u Zadru imamo i dva šatora s po deset kreveta. U ovoj fazi namjeravamo aktivirati još 10 kreveta u Biogradu, a ako se situacija dramatično pogorša i dodatnih 30, izjavio nam je Željko Čulina, ravnatelj Opće bolnice Zadar nadajući se da neće doći do pretvaranje cijele ustanove u COVID bolnicu.

-Kakva je situacija s respiratorima?

-Moram naglasiti da mi cijelo ovo vrijeme nastojimo obavljati sve naše redovne zadaće, brinemo i pružamo usluge i svim drugim pacijentima. Jednako je tako i u Specijalnoj bolnici u Biogradu. Međutim, moramo biti spremni i na situacije koje su najvjerojatnije pred nama. Operativno radimo sa šest respiratora za oboljele od korona virusa, ali taj broj respiratora u slučaju potrebe možemo povećati na dvadeset. S aktualnim povećanjem broja kreveta, procjenjujemo da bi to trenutno bilo dostatno, kaže Čulina i dodaje kako su, nakon reduciranja posjeta na samo pet minuta za najteže pacijente, od danas zabranjene posjete na svim bolničkim odjelima.

Ravnatelj Opće bolnice skreće pažnju na sve veće i značajnije teškoće u nabavci lijekova zbog duga veledrogerijama.

-To je stari problem koji je sada zaista zabrinjavajući jer naša bolnica jednostavno financijski ne može pratiti plaćanje lijekova. Imamo limit od 18,1 milijun kuna, a samo na plaće nam odlazi 19 milijuna kuna. I pritom smo jedina bolnica u Hrvatskoj koja nije dužna HZZO-u nego su oni dužni nama! Što se lijekova tiče, sada plaćamo račune starije od godinu dana i hitno nam treba pet milijuna kuna. Ta se sredstva vuku iz sredstava namijenjenih sanaciji, a treba podsjetiti da smo za sanaciju dobili svega 330.000 kuna. U tijeku je nova sanacija bolnica u kojoj će biti raspodijeljeno 1,3 milijardu kuna i zaista se nadam da ovog puta nećemo biti mimoiđeni, kaže Čulina dodajući da su brojne hrvatske bolnice dobile desetke milijuna kuna što je neusporedivo sa „zadarskih” 330.000 kuna.

Oboljelo je 20 zaposlenika, radi 15 umirovljenih liječnika

-Trenutno imamo 20 oboljelih zaposlenika Opće bolnice, uglavnom se radi o medicinskim sestrama i tehničarima, ali je zaraženo i nekoliko liječnika. Što se umirovljenih liječnika tiče, na četiri sata u OB Zadar sada ih radi 15, izjavio nam je ravnatelj Željko Čulina.
