Vanja Marušić, aktualna ravnateljica USKOK-a, podnijela je u ponedjeljak ostavku, odnosno zatražila vlastito razrješenje s mjesta ravnateljica. Sve se događa niti pola godine nakon što je, kao jedina kandidatkinja za to mjesto, reimenovana na novi četvorogodišnji mandat. Marušić je razrješenje zatražila obrazlažući to "osobnim razlozima".

Nakon što je vijest potvrđena iz DORH-a počelo se otkrivati što stoji iza "osobnih razloga" kojima je objasnila svoj odlazak. Sve se navodno svodi na prešućivanje prometne nesreće koju je vozač Vanje Marušić skrivio još u ožujku prošle godine.Kako je doznao Jutarnji, vozač je službenim automobilom oduzeo prednost drugom vozilu, zbog čega je došlo do sudara.

Kako se neslužbeno može čuti među suradnicima ravnateljice USKOK-a, navodno je prometna nesreća, koju je izazvao njezin vozač u službenoj Škodi Superb, dosegla nemalih 13.000 eura. A s obzirom na to da je nesreću navodno prouzročio izvan radnog vremena dok ju je, iz nepoznatog razloga koristio u privatne svrhe, cijeli teret troška spao je na teret proračuna jer auto navodno nije imalo Kasko osiguranje. Obeštećenje od vozača je, sudeći prema svemu, nekako izostalo.

Navodno je pet mjeseci trebalo da se automobil popravi i da se sve sanira, no glavna državna odvjetnica Zlata Hrvoj-Šipek do prije deset dana o tome nije imala pojma.

Prema izvorima iz Državnog odvjetništva RH, Hrvoj Šipek je prije desetak dana dobila anonimnu prijavu i to joj je bio prvi glas da je vozač Vanje Marušić skrivio prometnu nesreću i da se nakon toga izvukao. Upućeni u cijelu situaciju tvrde nam kako je Hrvoj-Šipek najprije sve provjerila, a kada se uvjerila da su informacije iz anonimne prijave točne, u petak je pozvala Vanju Marušić i zatražila objašnjenje.

- Nije problem u tome što se dogodila nesreća, niti što ju je vozač skrivio. Može se svakome dogoditi. Hrvoj Šipek je bila zgranuta što joj je Vanja to zatajila - kaže osoba iz DORH-a koja za priču zna iz prve ruke i prepričava da se Marušić pravdala kako je zaboravila prijaviti prometnu nesreću. Glavna državna odvjetnica to nije prihvatila pa je šefici USKOK-a ponudila da sama podnese prijedlog za prestanak s radom na mjestu ravnateljice USKOK-a.

Vanja Marušić na to je rekla kako će razmisliti tijekom vikenda i odgovor dati u ponedjeljak. Kada je u ponedjeljak došla na posao obavijestila je glavnu državnu odvjetnicu da se povlači s mjesta ravnateljice USKOK-a, a nakon toga je Hrvoj-Šipek o svemu obavijestila ministra pravosuđa i uprave Ivana Malenicu koji je najavio da će dati suglasnost za razrješenje.

Vanja Marušić, aktualna ravnateljica USKOK-a, podnijela je u ponedjeljak ostavku, odnosno zatražila vlastito razrješenje s mjesta ravnateljica. Sve se događa niti pola godine nakon što je, kao jedina kandidatkinja za to mjesto, reimenovana na novi četvorogodišnji mandat. Marušić je razrješenje zatražila obrazlažući to "osobnim razlozima".

Nakon što je vijest potvrđena iz DORH-a počelo se otkrivati što stoji iza "osobnih razloga" kojima je objasnila svoj odlazak. Sve se navodno svodi na prešućivanje prometne nesreće koju je vozač Vanje Marušić skrivio još u ožujku prošle godine.Kako je doznao Jutarnji, vozač je službenim automobilom oduzeo prednost drugom vozilu, zbog čega je došlo do sudara.

Kako se neslužbeno može čuti među suradnicima ravnateljice USKOK-a, navodno je prometna nesreća, koju je izazvao njezin vozač u službenoj Škodi Superb, dosegla nemalih 13.000 eura. A s obzirom na to da je nesreću navodno prouzročio izvan radnog vremena dok ju je, iz nepoznatog razloga koristio u privatne svrhe, cijeli teret troška spao je na teret proračuna jer auto navodno nije imalo Kasko osiguranje. Obeštećenje od vozača je, sudeći prema svemu, nekako izostalo.

Navodno je pet mjeseci trebalo da se automobil popravi i da se sve sanira, no glavna državna odvjetnica Zlata Hrvoj-Šipek do prije deset dana o tome nije imala pojma.

Prema izvorima iz Državnog odvjetništva RH, Hrvoj Šipek je prije desetak dana dobila anonimnu prijavu i to joj je bio prvi glas da je vozač Vanje Marušić skrivio prometnu nesreću i da se nakon toga izvukao. Upućeni u cijelu situaciju tvrde nam kako je Hrvoj-Šipek najprije sve provjerila, a kada se uvjerila da su informacije iz anonimne prijave točne, u petak je pozvala Vanju Marušić i zatražila objašnjenje.

- Nije problem u tome što se dogodila nesreća, niti što ju je vozač skrivio. Može se svakome dogoditi. Hrvoj Šipek je bila zgranuta što joj je Vanja to zatajila - kaže osoba iz DORH-a koja za priču zna iz prve ruke i prepričava da se Marušić pravdala kako je zaboravila prijaviti prometnu nesreću. Glavna državna odvjetnica to nije prihvatila pa je šefici USKOK-a ponudila da sama podnese prijedlog za prestanak s radom na mjestu ravnateljice USKOK-a.

Vanja Marušić na to je rekla kako će razmisliti tijekom vikenda i odgovor dati u ponedjeljak. Kada je u ponedjeljak došla na posao obavijestila je glavnu državnu odvjetnicu da se povlači s mjesta ravnateljice USKOK-a, a nakon toga je Hrvoj-Šipek o svemu obavijestila ministra pravosuđa i uprave Ivana Malenicu koji je najavio da će dati suglasnost za razrješenje.

Vozač šefice USKOK-a službeni auto slupao izvan radnog vremena? Spominje se i ozbiljna cifra, koju su platili građani

Vanja Marušić, aktualna ravnateljica USKOK-a, podnijela je u ponedjeljak ostavku, odnosno zatražila vlastito razrješenje s mjesta ravnateljica. Sve se događa niti pola godine nakon što je, kao jedina kandidatkinja za to mjesto, reimenovana na novi četvorogodišnji mandat. Marušić je razrješenje zatražila obrazlažući to "osobnim razlozima".

Nakon što je vijest potvrđena iz DORH-a počelo se otkrivati što stoji iza "osobnih razloga" kojima je objasnila svoj odlazak. Sve se navodno svodi na prešućivanje prometne nesreće koju je vozač Vanje Marušić skrivio još u ožujku prošle godine.Kako je doznao Jutarnji, vozač je službenim automobilom oduzeo prednost drugom vozilu, zbog čega je došlo do sudara.

Kako se neslužbeno može čuti među suradnicima ravnateljice USKOK-a, navodno je prometna nesreća, koju je izazvao njezin vozač u službenoj Škodi Superb, dosegla nemalih 13.000 eura. A s obzirom na to da je nesreću navodno prouzročio izvan radnog vremena dok ju je, iz nepoznatog razloga koristio u privatne svrhe, cijeli teret troška spao je na teret proračuna jer auto navodno nije imalo Kasko osiguranje. Obeštećenje od vozača je, sudeći prema svemu, nekako izostalo.

Navodno je pet mjeseci trebalo da se automobil popravi i da se sve sanira, no glavna državna odvjetnica Zlata Hrvoj-Šipek do prije deset dana o tome nije imala pojma.

Prema izvorima iz Državnog odvjetništva RH, Hrvoj Šipek je prije desetak dana dobila anonimnu prijavu i to joj je bio prvi glas da je vozač Vanje Marušić skrivio prometnu nesreću i da se nakon toga izvukao. Upućeni u cijelu situaciju tvrde nam kako je Hrvoj-Šipek najprije sve provjerila, a kada se uvjerila da su informacije iz anonimne prijave točne, u petak je pozvala Vanju Marušić i zatražila objašnjenje.

- Nije problem u tome što se dogodila nesreća, niti što ju je vozač skrivio. Može se svakome dogoditi. Hrvoj Šipek je bila zgranuta što joj je Vanja to zatajila - kaže osoba iz DORH-a koja za priču zna iz prve ruke i prepričava da se Marušić pravdala kako je zaboravila prijaviti prometnu nesreću. Glavna državna odvjetnica to nije prihvatila pa je šefici USKOK-a ponudila da sama podnese prijedlog za prestanak s radom na mjestu ravnateljice USKOK-a.

Vanja Marušić na to je rekla kako će razmisliti tijekom vikenda i odgovor dati u ponedjeljak. Kada je u ponedjeljak došla na posao obavijestila je glavnu državnu odvjetnicu da se povlači s mjesta ravnateljice USKOK-a, a nakon toga je Hrvoj-Šipek o svemu obavijestila ministra pravosuđa i uprave Ivana Malenicu koji je najavio da će dati suglasnost za razrješenje.
