Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za danas je sazvao sastanak s pet krovnih liječničkih udruga koje su prije dva tjedna organizirale prosvjed u Zagrebu tražeći da ih primi premijer.

Hoće li današnji sastanak biti prijelomni i hoće li se sve zainteresirane strane uspjeti dogovoriti i tako primiriti "zdravstvenu agoniju", kako bi svi mogli dalje nastaviti mirno živjeti, znat ćemo u poslijepodnevnim satima, budući da je sastanak u ministarstvu zdravstva (MIZ) najavljen za 12 sati.

Što liječnici očekuju od još jednog "povijesnog sastanka" upitali smo dr. Renatu Čulinović Čaić, predsjednicu Hrvatskog liječničkog sindikata.

- Prije svega očekujemo da nam ministar Beroš napokon kaže kada će u Narodnim novinama biti objavljena uredba o koeficijentima koja je trebala biti objavljena do 31. prosinca prošle godine, a koja još uvijek, više od tri mjeseca nakon tog roka nije objavljena, kazuje dr. Čulinović Čaić.

Osim toga liječnici imaju još očekivanja koja i nisu tako nemoguća.

- Još očekujemo da nam ministar kaže i datum kada će nas na sastanak primiti i premijer Andrej Plenković, rekla nam je dr. Renata Čulinović Čaić.

Kakve će koeficijente ponuditi ministar zdravstva odnosno MIZ nitko u ovom trenutku ne zna. Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznajemo "trošak" povećanja koeficijenata u zdravstvu mogao bi MIZ, odnosno Vladu RH godišnje koštati oko 72 milijuna eura.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, radi izjednačavanja užih specijalizacija i specijalizacija, kao i izjednačavanja koeficijenata specijalista u bolničkom i izvanbolničkom sustavu predlaže se povećanje koeficijenata u rasponu od 3 do 20 posto, što bi iznosilo oko 40 milijuna eura godišnje.

Specijalizantima bi se, prema našim neslužbenim informacijama koeficijent povećao za 10 posto, što je "opterećenje" za državni proračun od oko šest milijuna eura.

Također se, doznajemo, predlaže povećanje doktorima medicine, dentalne medicine, mr. pharm., mag. biokemije koji nemaju specijalizaciju s 1,659 na 1,825, što je povećanje od 10 posto.

Izmjenama bi bili obuhvaćeni i medicinski fizičari, psiholozi i ostali koji sada imaju koeficijent 1,571, a u budućnosti bi imali, ako predstavnici liječnika prihvate, koeficijent 1,659, odnosno dobili bi povećanje od 5,6 posto, što bi bio za Vladu RH godišnji trošak od 1,35 milijuna eura.

I na kraju prijedlog je da se prvostupnicama sestrinstva i zdravstvenim radnicima srednje stručne spreme da povećanje od tri posto, što bi godišnje iznosilo oko 24 milijuna eura.

Hoće li "ples milijuna" u zdravstvu biti dogovoren i završen danas i hoće li se sve zainteresirane strane rastati "u ljubavi" ili će se i dalje gledati preko nišana, znat ćemo uskoro.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za danas je sazvao sastanak s pet krovnih liječničkih udruga koje su prije dva tjedna organizirale prosvjed u Zagrebu tražeći da ih primi premijer.

Hoće li današnji sastanak biti prijelomni i hoće li se sve zainteresirane strane uspjeti dogovoriti i tako primiriti "zdravstvenu agoniju", kako bi svi mogli dalje nastaviti mirno živjeti, znat ćemo u poslijepodnevnim satima, budući da je sastanak u ministarstvu zdravstva (MIZ) najavljen za 12 sati.

Što liječnici očekuju od još jednog "povijesnog sastanka" upitali smo dr. Renatu Čulinović Čaić, predsjednicu Hrvatskog liječničkog sindikata.

- Prije svega očekujemo da nam ministar Beroš napokon kaže kada će u Narodnim novinama biti objavljena uredba o koeficijentima koja je trebala biti objavljena do 31. prosinca prošle godine, a koja još uvijek, više od tri mjeseca nakon tog roka nije objavljena, kazuje dr. Čulinović Čaić.

Osim toga liječnici imaju još očekivanja koja i nisu tako nemoguća.

- Još očekujemo da nam ministar kaže i datum kada će nas na sastanak primiti i premijer Andrej Plenković, rekla nam je dr. Renata Čulinović Čaić.

Kakve će koeficijente ponuditi ministar zdravstva odnosno MIZ nitko u ovom trenutku ne zna. Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznajemo "trošak" povećanja koeficijenata u zdravstvu mogao bi MIZ, odnosno Vladu RH godišnje koštati oko 72 milijuna eura.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, radi izjednačavanja užih specijalizacija i specijalizacija, kao i izjednačavanja koeficijenata specijalista u bolničkom i izvanbolničkom sustavu predlaže se povećanje koeficijenata u rasponu od 3 do 20 posto, što bi iznosilo oko 40 milijuna eura godišnje.

Specijalizantima bi se, prema našim neslužbenim informacijama koeficijent povećao za 10 posto, što je "opterećenje" za državni proračun od oko šest milijuna eura.

Također se, doznajemo, predlaže povećanje doktorima medicine, dentalne medicine, mr. pharm., mag. biokemije koji nemaju specijalizaciju s 1,659 na 1,825, što je povećanje od 10 posto.

Izmjenama bi bili obuhvaćeni i medicinski fizičari, psiholozi i ostali koji sada imaju koeficijent 1,571, a u budućnosti bi imali, ako predstavnici liječnika prihvate, koeficijent 1,659, odnosno dobili bi povećanje od 5,6 posto, što bi bio za Vladu RH godišnji trošak od 1,35 milijuna eura.

I na kraju prijedlog je da se prvostupnicama sestrinstva i zdravstvenim radnicima srednje stručne spreme da povećanje od tri posto, što bi godišnje iznosilo oko 24 milijuna eura.

Hoće li "ples milijuna" u zdravstvu biti dogovoren i završen danas i hoće li se sve zainteresirane strane rastati "u ljubavi" ili će se i dalje gledati preko nišana, znat ćemo uskoro.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za danas je sazvao sastanak s pet krovnih liječničkih udruga koje su prije dva tjedna organizirale prosvjed u Zagrebu tražeći da ih primi premijer.
