Zadarska odvjetnica (o kojoj je portal Zadarski.hr već pisao) svoj luksuzni terenac i dalje ostavlja na neobilježenom dijelu parkinga i tako prkosi i parking službi i policiji. S njima igra igru koju je nazvala križić-kružić.

Zadarska odvjetnica zainatila se u namjeri da dokaže kako su joj svi ispisani prekršaji protuzakoniti. Policija je naknadno poništila prijave, a poruka koju im je odvjetnica ostavila postala je viralni hit, navodi RTL.

Zadnje „slobodne“ kvadrate na dijelu Liburnske obale, neobilježene kao parkirno mjesto ili mjesto zabranjeno za parkiranje, odvjetnica iz Zadra odlučila je obraniti tako što stalno parkira svoj stari ili novi automobil.

"U trenutku kad niste tu, iscrta vam X, ja se pomaknem naprijed, tako isto neko vrijeme opet X, pa treći put X. Dođem tu, iscrtaju ovaj tu x, pa onda onaj iza. Valjda iscrtavaju grad onako kako njima odgovara, ali bez nekih zakonskih osnova", kaže Ivana Raspović.

Nakon niza ispisanih prekršaja, policajcima je na automobilu ostavila poruku koja je postala viralni hit. Poručila im je da će novcem dobivenim od tužbi moći kupiti novi luksuzni automobil. Tjera inat, kaže, ne zato što je bahata, nego zato što ima zakonsko uporište

"Ovdje se radi o principu. Ja tu stanem i ako to nije prekršaj, i nije zona parkirališta, meni tu zapravo nitko ništa ne može.. Ljudi najčešće sve prepuštaju slučaju, a za svako pravo se treba izboriti", kaže.

Šest kazni po 500 kuna u mjesec dana, neće biti plaćeno.

Crni terenac „usidren“ uz parking kraj tržnice i ribarnice u međuvremenu je postao atrakcija.

Prolaznici su redom upoznati s pričom odvjetnice koja je na sudu uspjela dokazati i da je izdavanje dnevnih karata za parking nelegalno

"Gospođa je u pravu. Lipe poruke napiše, vidio sam i to. Prođete ovdje svaki dan?) Svaki dan. I auto je uvijek tu", kaže Branko Kunštek.

"Ako postoji ta jedna caka koja nije pokrivena, zašto ne", pita se Ilir Joza.

"Da nije u pravu i da ga ne smije tu parkirati, pauk bi ga odnija i ne bi ga tu bilo. Stvar bi bila riješena. Znači da je vjerojatno u pravu", jasno će Mate Biloglav.

Iz „Obale i lučica“, zadarske parking službe, poručuju da odvjetnica trenutno nije na njihovoj površini, pa nisu u postupanju. A policija, koja je prijavama "štitila komunikacijski prostor na parkingu", u međuvremenu je povukla prijave jer se ipak ne radi o prometnom prekršaju.

Tako 6 kazni po 500 kuna prikupljenih u mjesec dana, neće biti plaćeno. Ukupno - 3 tisuće kuna.

Zadarska odvjetnica (o kojoj je portal Zadarski.hr već pisao) svoj luksuzni terenac i dalje ostavlja na neobilježenom dijelu parkinga i tako prkosi i parking službi i policiji. S njima igra igru koju je nazvala križić-kružić.

Zadarska odvjetnica zainatila se u namjeri da dokaže kako su joj svi ispisani prekršaji protuzakoniti. Policija je naknadno poništila prijave, a poruka koju im je odvjetnica ostavila postala je viralni hit, navodi RTL.

Zadnje „slobodne“ kvadrate na dijelu Liburnske obale, neobilježene kao parkirno mjesto ili mjesto zabranjeno za parkiranje, odvjetnica iz Zadra odlučila je obraniti tako što stalno parkira svoj stari ili novi automobil.

"Da nije u pravu i da ga ne smije tu parkirati, pauk bi ga odnija i ne bi ga tu bilo. Stvar bi bila riješena. Znači da je vjerojatno u pravu", jasno će Mate Biloglav.

Iz „Obale i lučica“, zadarske parking službe, poručuju da odvjetnica trenutno nije na njihovoj površini, pa nisu u postupanju. A policija, koja je prijavama "štitila komunikacijski prostor na parkingu", u međuvremenu je povukla prijave jer se ipak ne radi o prometnom prekršaju.

Tako 6 kazni po 500 kuna prikupljenih u mjesec dana, neće biti plaćeno. Ukupno - 3 tisuće kuna.

Zadarska odvjetnica (o kojoj je portal Zadarski.hr već pisao) svoj luksuzni terenac i dalje ostavlja na neobilježenom dijelu parkinga i tako prkosi i parking službi i policiji. S njima igra igru koju je nazvala križić-kružić.

Zadarska odvjetnica zainatila se u namjeri da dokaže kako su joj svi ispisani prekršaji protuzakoniti. Policija je naknadno poništila prijave, a poruka koju im je odvjetnica ostavila postala je viralni hit, navodi RTL.

Zadnje „slobodne“ kvadrate na dijelu Liburnske obale, neobilježene kao parkirno mjesto ili mjesto zabranjeno za parkiranje, odvjetnica iz Zadra odlučila je obraniti tako što stalno parkira svoj stari ili novi automobil.

"U trenutku kad niste tu, iscrta vam X, ja se pomaknem naprijed, tako isto neko vrijeme opet X, pa treći put X. Dođem tu, iscrtaju ovaj tu x, pa onda onaj iza. Valjda iscrtavaju grad onako kako njima odgovara, ali bez nekih zakonskih osnova", kaže Ivana Raspović.

Nakon niza ispisanih prekršaja, policajcima je na automobilu ostavila poruku koja je postala viralni hit. Poručila im je da će novcem dobivenim od tužbi moći kupiti novi luksuzni automobil. Tjera inat, kaže, ne zato što je bahata, nego zato što ima zakonsko uporište
