Treći val epidemije se smiruje. Vrlo je otporan i bez obzira što postoje jake i stroge protuepidemijske mjere, relativno sporo se spušta. No zadnji podaci ipak govore da dolazi kraj trećeg vala pa to nosi posljedice što se tiče društvenog života i otvaranja, ugostiteljstva i turizma, rekao je imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača iz Sveučilišta u Rijeci u HTV-ovoj emisiji Studio 4. 

- Vidimo da se u Hrvatskoj zadnjih dana oko 30-ak tisuća ljudi dnevno cijepi. Ako nastavimo tom dinamikom onda ćemo imati oko 2 milijuna ljudi imunih do 1. srpnja. To bi onda garantiralo solidnu turističku sezonu, dodaje imunolog Trobonjača.

Ne iznenađuje ga da netko može oboljeti i nakon što je dvaput cijepljen.

- Ako gledate podatke o ispitivanju cjepiva, onda ćete vidjeti da ono 100% sprječava smrtnost i teže bolesti. No kada cijepite milijune ljudi, onda se neka oboljenja mogu očekivati. Drugačije reagiramo na cjepiva. Osim toga, postoje ljudi sa svojim bolestima poput dijabetesa, hipertenzije i drugih kroničnih bolesti, pa i na terapijama zbog autoimunih bolesti, zbog transplantacije organa ili su na citostaticima jer se liječe od malignih bolesti. Ti ljudi slabije reagiraju na cjepivo, pa mogu završiti i na respiratoru ili čak i umrijeti. Ako pak gledate neki postotak zaštite, od npr. Pfizerovog cjepiva, koje je najaktualnije u Hrvatskoj, onda teže slučajeve kod ljudi iznad 65 godina smanjuje za 95%, kazao je. 

Odgovarajući na pitanje strahuje li od povećanog broja zaraženih zbog obiteljskih okupljanja, kazao je da se virus uvijek širi na okupljanjima, ali "tješi činjenica što je postotak imunih sve veći i veći, zbog cijepljenja, a dio ih je već i prebolio Covid". 

- S druge strane, imamo problem, a to je britanski soj. To je vjerojatno i razlog zašto se ovaj treći val tako sporo rješava, dodaje.

Imunolog Trobonjača komentirao je i slučaj Talijanke koja je greškom primila šest doza Pfizerovog cjepiva. 

- Vjerojatno se neće ništa posebno dogoditi. Imat će vjerojatno jaču imunosnu reakciju, nuspojave, možda dobije visoku temperaturu, bol u mišićima i zglobovima. Vjerojatno će biti dobro zaštićena i stvoriti određenu koncentraciju antitijela. Ali ta će koncentracija, kao i kod normalne doze, nakon nekog vremena početi padati, pa će se za šest mjeseci ili godinu dana opet morati cijepiti, izjavio je.  

Određeni broj ljudi u Hrvatskoj je prvu dozu cjepiva primio od AstraZenece. Imunolog Trobonjača smatra da je to kvalitetno i cjenovno pristupačno cjepivo. 

- Na nesreću, postoji kampanja protiv tog cjepiva zbog vrlo rijetkih neželjenih slučajeva, pa su ga ljudi počeli odbijati. Onda su ga vlasti maknule u stranu, a pobijedilo je ono cjepivo, kojega građani žele. Postoji mogućnost da ljudi drugu dozu dobiju od drugog proizvođača, ali to se još ispituje. 

Iako je primio Pfizerovo cjepivo, Trobonjača kaže da bi vrlo rado primio AstraZenecino cjepivo, bude li se trebalo cijepiti treći put. 

- Znam da nešto drugačiju imunost stvara AstraZenecino cjepivo u odnosu na Pfizerovo. Npr. Pfizerovo cjepivo jako potiče proizvodnju protutijela, a s AstraZenecinim cjepivom možda bi mogao čak i bolje stimulirati ovaj drugi kraj imunosti nego s Pfizerovim, kazao je.

- Formirat će se multivalentno cjepivo budući da se šire razni sojevi. Pitanje je kako će se to u našoj populaciji širiti, koliko će se novih sojeva stvoriti i kako će se oni ponašati, izjavio je. 

Naravno, oni u Njemačkoj, koji su umjesto cjepiva primili fiziološku otopinu, neće razviti antitijela, izjavio je imunolog Trobonjača.

Upozorava građane da u svijetu postoje i oni koji šire lažna cjepiva i na tome zarađuje te u vezi s tim treba biti jako oprezan.

Smatra da je potrebno cijepiti se s bilo kojim cjepivom što prije. 

- Najgora je opcija čekati neko drugo cjepivo ili pak neko drugo vrijeme za cijepljenje. Tada se može dogoditi da se zarazite onim sojevima koji ne samo da su zarazniji nego su i virulentniji, a to znači da uzrokuju teže bolesti, dodao je. 

Broj hospitaliziranih i mortalitet ne prate broj novozaraženih u Hrvatskoj. Trobonjača kaže da je to očekivano i da bi broj hospitaliziranih počeo padati za 10-ak dana, a broj preminulih za 2, 3 ili  4 tjedna nakon početka pada novozaraženih.

Treći val epidemije se smiruje. Vrlo je otporan i bez obzira što postoje jake i stroge protuepidemijske mjere, relativno sporo se spušta. No zadnji podaci ipak govore da dolazi kraj trećeg vala pa to nosi posljedice što se tiče društvenog života i otvaranja, ugostiteljstva i turizma, rekao je imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača iz Sveučilišta u Rijeci u HTV-ovoj emisiji Studio 4. 

- Vidimo da se u Hrvatskoj zadnjih dana oko 30-ak tisuća ljudi dnevno cijepi. Ako nastavimo tom dinamikom onda ćemo imati oko 2 milijuna ljudi imunih do 1. srpnja. To bi onda garantiralo solidnu turističku sezonu, dodaje imunolog Trobonjača.

Ne iznenađuje ga da netko može oboljeti i nakon što je dvaput cijepljen.

- Ako gledate podatke o ispitivanju cjepiva, onda ćete vidjeti da ono 100% sprječava smrtnost i teže bolesti. No kada cijepite milijune ljudi, onda se neka oboljenja mogu očekivati. Drugačije reagiramo na cjepiva. Osim toga, postoje ljudi sa svojim bolestima poput dijabetesa, hipertenzije i drugih kroničnih bolesti, pa i na terapijama zbog autoimunih bolesti, zbog transplantacije organa ili su na citostaticima jer se liječe od malignih bolesti. Ti ljudi slabije reagiraju na cjepivo, pa mogu završiti i na respiratoru ili čak i umrijeti. Ako pak gledate neki postotak zaštite, od npr. Pfizerovog cjepiva, koje je najaktualnije u Hrvatskoj, onda teže slučajeve kod ljudi iznad 65 godina smanjuje za 95%, kazao je. 

Odgovarajući na pitanje strahuje li od povećanog broja zaraženih zbog obiteljskih okupljanja, kazao je da se virus uvijek širi na okupljanjima, ali "tješi činjenica što je postotak imunih sve veći i veći, zbog cijepljenja, a dio ih je već i prebolio Covid". 

- S druge strane, imamo problem, a to je britanski soj. To je vjerojatno i razlog zašto se ovaj treći val tako sporo rješava, dodaje.

Imunolog Trobonjača komentirao je i slučaj Talijanke koja je greškom primila šest doza Pfizerovog cjepiva. 

- Vjerojatno se neće ništa posebno dogoditi. Imat će vjerojatno jaču imunosnu reakciju, nuspojave, možda dobije visoku temperaturu, bol u mišićima i zglobovima. Vjerojatno će biti dobro zaštićena i stvoriti određenu koncentraciju antitijela. Ali ta će koncentracija, kao i kod normalne doze, nakon nekog vremena početi padati, pa će se za šest mjeseci ili godinu dana opet morati cijepiti, izjavio je.  

Određeni broj ljudi u Hrvatskoj je prvu dozu cjepiva primio od AstraZenece. Imunolog Trobonjača smatra da je to kvalitetno i cjenovno pristupačno cjepivo. 

- Na nesreću, postoji kampanja protiv tog cjepiva zbog vrlo rijetkih neželjenih slučajeva, pa su ga ljudi počeli odbijati. Onda su ga vlasti maknule u stranu, a pobijedilo je ono cjepivo, kojega građani žele. Postoji mogućnost da ljudi drugu dozu dobiju od drugog proizvođača, ali to se još ispituje. 

Iako je primio Pfizerovo cjepivo, Trobonjača kaže da bi vrlo rado primio AstraZenecino cjepivo, bude li se trebalo cijepiti treći put. 

- Znam da nešto drugačiju imunost stvara AstraZenecino cjepivo u odnosu na Pfizerovo. Npr. Pfizerovo cjepivo jako potiče proizvodnju protutijela, a s AstraZenecinim cjepivom možda bi mogao čak i bolje stimulirati ovaj drugi kraj imunosti nego s Pfizerovim, kazao je.

- Formirat će se multivalentno cjepivo budući da se šire razni sojevi. Pitanje je kako će se to u našoj populaciji širiti, koliko će se novih sojeva stvoriti i kako će se oni ponašati, izjavio je. 

Naravno, oni u Njemačkoj, koji su umjesto cjepiva primili fiziološku otopinu, neće razviti antitijela, izjavio je imunolog Trobonjača.

Upozorava građane da u svijetu postoje i oni koji šire lažna cjepiva i na tome zarađuje te u vezi s tim treba biti jako oprezan.

Smatra da je potrebno cijepiti se s bilo kojim cjepivom što prije. 

- Najgora je opcija čekati neko drugo cjepivo ili pak neko drugo vrijeme za cijepljenje. Tada se može dogoditi da se zarazite onim sojevima koji ne samo da su zarazniji nego su i virulentniji, a to znači da uzrokuju teže bolesti, dodao je. 

Broj hospitaliziranih i mortalitet ne prate broj novozaraženih u Hrvatskoj. Trobonjača kaže da je to očekivano i da bi broj hospitaliziranih počeo padati za 10-ak dana, a broj preminulih za 2, 3 ili  4 tjedna nakon početka pada novozaraženih.

Imunolog Trobonjača: Ne treba nas čuditi ako netko oboli i nakon što je dvaput cijepljen. Ali, cjepivo 100 posto sprječava smrtnost i teže bolesti

Treći val epidemije se smiruje. Vrlo je otporan i bez obzira što postoje jake i stroge protuepidemijske mjere, relativno sporo se spušta. No zadnji podaci ipak govore da dolazi kraj trećeg vala pa to nosi posljedice što se tiče društvenog života i otvaranja, ugostiteljstva i turizma, rekao je imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača iz Sveučilišta u Rijeci u HTV-ovoj emisiji Studio 4. 

- Vidimo da se u Hrvatskoj zadnjih dana oko 30-ak tisuća ljudi dnevno cijepi. Ako nastavimo tom dinamikom onda ćemo imati oko 2 milijuna ljudi imunih do 1. srpnja. To bi onda garantiralo solidnu turističku sezonu, dodaje imunolog Trobonjača.

Ne iznenađuje ga da netko može oboljeti i nakon što je dvaput cijepljen.
