Rimac Automobili nalaze se pred preuzimanjem Bugattija, tvrde izvori bliski upravi Volkswagen grupe. Vijest je to koju je objavio njemački Manager Magazin, potom Reuters i portal Car Magazine. VW je u procesu konsolidacije portfelja svojih automobilskih brendova. Među njima su Bugatti, Porsche i Rimac Automobili, javlja novac.hr.

Tim Bravo, voditelj komunikacija Bugattija nije želio komentirati ovu informaciju, ali je istaknuo da je Bugatti protekle dvije godine poslovao pozitivno i da je na putu da mu prodaja ide kao i lani, unatoč pandemiji.

Izvori bliski transakciji navode da VW grupa želi Rimcu prebaciti vlasništvo nad Bugattijem preko Porschea, koji je suvlasnik 15,5 posto dionica tvrtke Mate Rimca. Plan je, navodno, da će Porsche povećati udio u Rimac Automobilima, a zauzvrat u miraz donijeti Bugatti.

Uprava VW grupe navodno je prošli tjedan dala zeleno svjetlo za tu transakciju, a sad se čeka da istu potvrdi i Nadzorni odbor.


VW grupa navodno već duže vrijeme pregovara s Matom Rimcem o ovom poslu i ti su pregovori otišli vrlo daleko.

Izvori bliski VW-u tvrde da grupa traži rješenje i za Lamborghini, SEAT, Ital Design, Bentley i Ducati.

Mate Rimac prije tjedan dana u Zagrebu je na konferenciji Poduzetnički mindset 2020 izjavio da priprema jedno novo veliko iznenađenje. Nije želio otkriti detalje. No, tom je prilikom istaknuo da mu tvrtka zapošljava 900 zaposlenika i da planira otvoriti ured za njih još 400.

Rimac Automobili nalaze se pred preuzimanjem Bugattija, tvrde izvori bliski upravi Volkswagen grupe. Vijest je to koju je objavio njemački Manager Magazin, potom Reuters i portal Car Magazine. VW je u procesu konsolidacije portfelja svojih automobilskih brendova. Među njima su Bugatti, Porsche i Rimac Automobili, javlja novac.hr.

Tim Bravo, voditelj komunikacija Bugattija nije želio komentirati ovu informaciju, ali je istaknuo da je Bugatti protekle dvije godine poslovao pozitivno i da je na putu da mu prodaja ide kao i lani, unatoč pandemiji.

Izvori bliski transakciji navode da VW grupa želi Rimcu prebaciti vlasništvo nad Bugattijem preko Porschea, koji je suvlasnik 15,5 posto dionica tvrtke Mate Rimca. Plan je, navodno, da će Porsche povećati udio u Rimac Automobilima, a zauzvrat u miraz donijeti Bugatti.

Uprava VW grupe navodno je prošli tjedan dala zeleno svjetlo za tu transakciju, a sad se čeka da istu potvrdi i Nadzorni odbor.


VW grupa navodno već duže vrijeme pregovara s Matom Rimcem o ovom poslu i ti su pregovori otišli vrlo daleko.

Izvori bliski VW-u tvrde da grupa traži rješenje i za Lamborghini, SEAT, Ital Design, Bentley i Ducati.

Mate Rimac prije tjedan dana u Zagrebu je na konferenciji Poduzetnički mindset 2020 izjavio da priprema jedno novo veliko iznenađenje. Nije želio otkriti detalje. No, tom je prilikom istaknuo da mu tvrtka zapošljava 900 zaposlenika i da planira otvoriti ured za njih još 400.

Rimac Automobili nalaze se pred preuzimanjem Bugattija, tvrde izvori bliski upravi Volkswagen grupe. Vijest je to koju je objavio njemački Manager Magazin, potom Reuters i portal Car Magazine. VW je u procesu konsolidacije portfelja svojih automobilskih brendova. Među njima su Bugatti, Porsche i Rimac Automobili, javlja novac.hr.

Tim Bravo, voditelj komunikacija Bugattija nije želio komentirati ovu informaciju, ali je istaknuo da je Bugatti protekle dvije godine poslovao pozitivno i da je na putu da mu prodaja ide kao i lani, unatoč pandemiji.
