Brod na kojem je bilo 20 članova posade i koji je prevozio rudu nikal te oko 2000 litara dizela u spremnicima nasukao se kraj južne filipinske provincije Surigao del Norte, priopćila je u utorak obalna straža, javlja Marine Link.

Uzrok nasukavanja nije bio poznat odmah, ali to područje zahvatio je tajfun Surigae, koji je donosio vjetrove koji su dosezali brzinu od 195 km (121,17 milja) na sat, a njegovi su se učinci osjećali u mnogim dijelovima istočnih Filipina.

Obalna straža rekla je da posada broda LCT Cebu Great Ocean "nije pronađena i navodno nedostaje" kad je brod u ponedjeljak poslijepodne stao na obali Cantapoya u mjestu Malimonu.

Operacije potrage i spašavanja posade nastavljene su u utorak ujutro nakon privremene obustave zbog loše vidljivosti i uzburkanog mora.

Očekivalo se da jezgra tajfuna Surigae neće pogoditi kopno. Najmanje dvije osobe poginule su, jedna je nestala, a još je jedna ozlijeđena, dok su deseci tisuća osoba u centrima za evakuaciju, rekli su u utorak lokalni dužnosnici.

Filipine godišnje pogodi oko 20 tropskih oluja.

10:21 - Po novijim informacijama, četiri člana posade su poginula u nesreći, sedam ih je spašeno, a za devetoricom se još traga.

PRVA VIJEST

Brod na kojem je bilo 20 članova posade i koji je prevozio rudu nikal te oko 2000 litara dizela u spremnicima nasukao se kraj južne filipinske provincije Surigao del Norte, priopćila je u utorak obalna straža, javlja Marine Link.

Uzrok nasukavanja nije bio poznat odmah, ali to područje zahvatio je tajfun Surigae, koji je donosio vjetrove koji su dosezali brzinu od 195 km (121,17 milja) na sat, a njegovi su se učinci osjećali u mnogim dijelovima istočnih Filipina.

Obalna straža rekla je da posada broda LCT Cebu Great Ocean "nije pronađena i navodno nedostaje" kad je brod u ponedjeljak poslijepodne stao na obali Cantapoya u mjestu Malimonu.

Operacije potrage i spašavanja posade nastavljene su u utorak ujutro nakon privremene obustave zbog loše vidljivosti i uzburkanog mora.

Očekivalo se da jezgra tajfuna Surigae neće pogoditi kopno. Najmanje dvije osobe poginule su, jedna je nestala, a još je jedna ozlijeđena, dok su deseci tisuća osoba u centrima za evakuaciju, rekli su u utorak lokalni dužnosnici.

Filipine godišnje pogodi oko 20 tropskih oluja.

Brod na kojem je bilo 20 članova posade i koji je prevozio rudu nikal te oko 2000 litara dizela u spremnicima nasukao se kraj južne filipinske provincije Surigao del Norte, priopćila je u utorak obalna straža, javlja Marine Link.

Uzrok nasukavanja nije bio poznat odmah, ali to područje zahvatio je tajfun Surigae, koji je donosio vjetrove koji su dosezali brzinu od 195 km (121,17 milja) na sat, a njegovi su se učinci osjećali u mnogim dijelovima istočnih Filipina.

Obalna straža rekla je da posada broda LCT Cebu Great Ocean "nije pronađena i navodno nedostaje" kad je brod u ponedjeljak poslijepodne stao na obali Cantapoya u mjestu Malimonu.

Operacije potrage i spašavanja posade nastavljene su u utorak ujutro nakon privremene obustave zbog loše vidljivosti i uzburkanog mora.

Očekivalo se da jezgra tajfuna Surigae neće pogoditi kopno. Najmanje dvije osobe poginule su, jedna je nestala, a još je jedna ozlijeđena, dok su deseci tisuća osoba u centrima za evakuaciju, rekli su u utorak lokalni dužnosnici.

Filipine godišnje pogodi oko 20 tropskih oluja.
