Ništa od najave riječkih gradskih čelnika da će brod muzej "Galeb" početkom ljeta otvoriti vrata prvim posjetiteljima, piše Novi list.

Po svemu sudeći, brod se neće uspjeti završiti još najmanje sedam mjeseci. I to pod uvjetom da provedba planiranih natječaja i preostalih radova protekne glatko i bez novih nepredviđenih situacija kojih je, ruku na srce, po pitanju ovog broda dosad bilo i previše.

Još 2009. godine Grad Rijeka, u mandatu gradonačelnika Vojka Obersnela, odlučio je kupiti ovaj bivši Titov brod na sudskoj dražbi za 150.000 dolara. Protek vremena ukazao je kasnije da se, vrlo vjerojatno, nisu sagledali svi razmjeri i posljedice koje za sobom povlači vlasništvo nad jednom takvom štićenom pokretninom kao što je "Galeb", koji je 2006. godine proglašen kulturnim dobrom Republike Hrvatske.

Nakon što je natječaj za zakup komercijalnog dijela prostora na brodu prošlo ljeto doživio fijasko, novi poziv potencijalnim zakupcima za oko tisuću četvornih metara budućeg hostela, restorana i kafića na "Galebu" nikako da ugleda svjetlo dana, premda je gradonačelnik Marko Filipović svojevremeno bio najavljivao da će u taj drugi pokušaj pronalaženja zakupca krenuti do kraja prošle godine. 

Na Korzu 16 tvrde da interes kod potencijalnih zakupaca i dalje postoji, ali i da će njihovu odluku olakšati nakon što Grad Rijeka anulira pitanje troškova zbrinjavanja otpadnih voda s broda.

Kako piše Novi list, plan je da se sustav odvodnje otpadnih voda s broda priključi na postojeću mrežu unutar riječkog lukobrana, a potom i na ViK-ovu infrastrukturu. 

Osim natječaja za budućeg zakupca, gradske vlasti još moraju provesti i javnu nabavu za opremanje stalnog muzejskog postava. Iz spomenutog upravnog odjela gradske uprave podsjećaju kako je upravo završeno prethodno savjetovanje sa zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima.

– Treba reći da je rekonstrukcija objekta, u ovom slučaju broda koji je k tome zaštićeno kulturno dobro i brod muzej, vrlo složen zahvat u kojem ulogu u realizaciji imaju projektanti, dizajnerica postava, Hrvatski registar brodova i konzervatori. Minimalne nepredviđene situacije ili odluke struke prilikom izvedbe radova uzrokuju izmjene projektne dokumentacije na koju treba ishodovati odobrenje Hrvatskog registra brodova, Ministarstva kulture – Konzervatorskog odjela što, posljedično, dovodi do prolongiranja rokova.

Rok za dovršetak radova rekonstrukcije i remonta je 31. svibnja 2024. godine, nakon čega je predviđeno da brod još četiri mjeseca bude u brodogradilištu u svrhu opremanja postavom te uređenja interijera od strane zakupca. Dodatno je potrebno izvršiti radove na pripremi broda za privez, rampi za invalide, izvedbi kanalizacije, pripremi za organizaciju kina, zapošljavanju djelatnika i posade te se očekuje da će "Galeb" biti u punoj funkciji krajem 2024. godine, pojašnjavaju iz ovog gradskog odjela.

Ništa od najave riječkih gradskih čelnika da će brod muzej "Galeb" početkom ljeta otvoriti vrata prvim posjetiteljima, piše Novi list.

Po svemu sudeći, brod se neće uspjeti završiti još najmanje sedam mjeseci. I to pod uvjetom da provedba planiranih natječaja i preostalih radova protekne glatko i bez novih nepredviđenih situacija kojih je, ruku na srce, po pitanju ovog broda dosad bilo i previše.

Još 2009. godine Grad Rijeka, u mandatu gradonačelnika Vojka Obersnela, odlučio je kupiti ovaj bivši Titov brod na sudskoj dražbi za 150.000 dolara. Protek vremena ukazao je kasnije da se, vrlo vjerojatno, nisu sagledali svi razmjeri i posljedice koje za sobom povlači vlasništvo nad jednom takvom štićenom pokretninom kao što je "Galeb", koji je 2006. godine proglašen kulturnim dobrom Republike Hrvatske.

Nakon što je natječaj za zakup komercijalnog dijela prostora na brodu prošlo ljeto doživio fijasko, novi poziv potencijalnim zakupcima za oko tisuću četvornih metara budućeg hostela, restorana i kafića na "Galebu" nikako da ugleda svjetlo dana, premda je gradonačelnik Marko Filipović svojevremeno bio najavljivao da će u taj drugi pokušaj pronalaženja zakupca krenuti do kraja prošle godine. 

Na Korzu 16 tvrde da interes kod potencijalnih zakupaca i dalje postoji, ali i da će njihovu odluku olakšati nakon što Grad Rijeka anulira pitanje troškova zbrinjavanja otpadnih voda s broda.

Kako piše Novi list, plan je da se sustav odvodnje otpadnih voda s broda priključi na postojeću mrežu unutar riječkog lukobrana, a potom i na ViK-ovu infrastrukturu. 

Osim natječaja za budućeg zakupca, gradske vlasti još moraju provesti i javnu nabavu za opremanje stalnog muzejskog postava. Iz spomenutog upravnog odjela gradske uprave podsjećaju kako je upravo završeno prethodno savjetovanje sa zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima.

– Treba reći da je rekonstrukcija objekta, u ovom slučaju broda koji je k tome zaštićeno kulturno dobro i brod muzej, vrlo složen zahvat u kojem ulogu u realizaciji imaju projektanti, dizajnerica postava, Hrvatski registar brodova i konzervatori. Minimalne nepredviđene situacije ili odluke struke prilikom izvedbe radova uzrokuju izmjene projektne dokumentacije na koju treba ishodovati odobrenje Hrvatskog registra brodova, Ministarstva kulture – Konzervatorskog odjela što, posljedično, dovodi do prolongiranja rokova.

Rok za dovršetak radova rekonstrukcije i remonta je 31. svibnja 2024. godine, nakon čega je predviđeno da brod još četiri mjeseca bude u brodogradilištu u svrhu opremanja postavom te uređenja interijera od strane zakupca. Dodatno je potrebno izvršiti radove na pripremi broda za privez, rampi za invalide, izvedbi kanalizacije, pripremi za organizaciju kina, zapošljavanju djelatnika i posade te se očekuje da će "Galeb" biti u punoj funkciji krajem 2024. godine, pojašnjavaju iz ovog gradskog odjela.

Ništa od najave riječkih gradskih čelnika da će brod muzej "Galeb" početkom ljeta otvoriti vrata prvim posjetiteljima, piše Novi list.

Po svemu sudeći, brod se neće uspjeti završiti još najmanje sedam mjeseci. I to pod uvjetom da provedba planiranih natječaja i preostalih radova protekne glatko i bez novih nepredviđenih situacija kojih je, ruku na srce, po pitanju ovog broda dosad bilo i previše.
