Evo lijepe vijesti iz Jadroplova: upravo objavljeni godišnji poslovni izvještaji kažu da je splitski brodar lani (2021. godine) zaradio 100 milijuna kuna.

Gotovo isti iznos dobiti zabilježen je i u godini prije (2020.), ali golema je suštinska razlika između ta dva rezultata:

– Za 2020. godinu, Jadroplov je imao veliki operativni gubitak od 49 milijuna kuna, a dobit od 100 milijuna kuna bila je nastala isključivo zbog otpisa kreditnih obaveza njemačke banke Norddeutsche Landesbank, koja je izlazila iz financiranja brodarstva pa je te godine otpisala ukupno oko tri milijarde dolara različitim svjetskim brodarima. Nama je otpisala dug od 25 milijuna dolara, što je rezultiralo financijskom dobiti od spomenutih 100 milijuna kuna – kažu u Jadroplovu.

Bez otpisa duga ostvareni gubitak iznosio bi oko 13 milijuna dolara. Ali što se tiče 2021. godine, dobit od 100 milijuna kuna može se podijeliti na realnu dobit od poslovanja – koja iznosi oko 40 milijuna kuna – te na dio od 60 milijuna kuna, koji se odnosi na otpuštanje prethodnog umanjenja vrijednosti brodova zbog poboljšanja situacije na tržištu i porasta najamnina, koje obično prate vrijednost brodova.

Dobrom poslovnom rezultatu svakako je pridonijelo stanje na globalnom pomorskom tržištu.

– Danas su vozarine približno iste kao na početku prošle godine za tip brodova iz naše flote, odnosno za brodove koji prevoze sipke terete (tri broda nosivosti 52.000 tona i dva od 42.000 tona). Vozarine za ovaj tip brodova su oko 20.000 dolara dnevno, iako su jesenas, u rujnu i listopadu 2021. godine, dosezale 30.000 dolara dnevno. Pretpostavljamo da je razlog bila ekspanzija svjetskoga gospodarstva, dok je s druge strane razlog u prenamjeni jednog dijela brodova za sipke terete u brodove za prijevoz spremnika, budući da su vozarine za kontejnere bile enormno visoke – ističu u kompaniji sa splitske Zapadne obale.

Teško je reći što će se dugoročno događati, ali s obzirom na Jadroplovove financijske obveze i kredite, minimalni dnevni najam brodova kakvi plove u splitskoj floti trebao bi biti između 10.000 i 12.000 dolara.

Tvrtka očekuje da će do kraja godine tržište ostati otprilike kakvo je sada, ali i da će iduće godine ipak nešto pasti. Ipak bi trebalo ostati iznad 15.000 dolara dnevno, sve ovisno o stanju svjetskoga gospodarstva.

– Trendovi nisu dobri. Ako američki FED i ECB, europska središnja banka, povećaju kamatne stope, što bi dovelo do smanjenja inflacije, postoji mogućnost da na taj način dođe do recesije. Posebno uzimajući u obzir agresiju Rusije na Ukrajinu, koja posebno pogađa europsku ekonomiju i njezino najveće gospodarstvo – ono njemačko. Povrh toga, pitanje je i budućih odnosa Zapada prema Kini.

Lanjska dobit Jadroplovu će poslužiti za vraćanje nepovoljnih starih kredita, ali tvrtka razmišlja i o akvizicijama u floti, ali o tomu će konkretnije govoriti "kad za to dođe vrijeme". Nema još novosti ni o planiranoj i najavljivanoj dokapitalizaciji kompanije koja je još u većinskom državnom vlasništvu.

Evo lijepe vijesti iz Jadroplova: upravo objavljeni godišnji poslovni izvještaji kažu da je splitski brodar lani (2021. godine) zaradio 100 milijuna kuna.

Gotovo isti iznos dobiti zabilježen je i u godini prije (2020.), ali golema je suštinska razlika između ta dva rezultata:

– Za 2020. godinu, Jadroplov je imao veliki operativni gubitak od 49 milijuna kuna, a dobit od 100 milijuna kuna bila je nastala isključivo zbog otpisa kreditnih obaveza njemačke banke Norddeutsche Landesbank, koja je izlazila iz financiranja brodarstva pa je te godine otpisala ukupno oko tri milijarde dolara različitim svjetskim brodarima. Nama je otpisala dug od 25 milijuna dolara, što je rezultiralo financijskom dobiti od spomenutih 100 milijuna kuna – kažu u Jadroplovu.

Bez otpisa duga ostvareni gubitak iznosio bi oko 13 milijuna dolara. Ali što se tiče 2021. godine, dobit od 100 milijuna kuna može se podijeliti na realnu dobit od poslovanja – koja iznosi oko 40 milijuna kuna – te na dio od 60 milijuna kuna, koji se odnosi na otpuštanje prethodnog umanjenja vrijednosti brodova zbog poboljšanja situacije na tržištu i porasta najamnina, koje obično prate vrijednost brodova.

Dobrom poslovnom rezultatu svakako je pridonijelo stanje na globalnom pomorskom tržištu.

– Danas su vozarine približno iste kao na početku prošle godine za tip brodova iz naše flote, odnosno za brodove koji prevoze sipke terete (tri broda nosivosti 52.000 tona i dva od 42.000 tona). Vozarine za ovaj tip brodova su oko 20.000 dolara dnevno, iako su jesenas, u rujnu i listopadu 2021. godine, dosezale 30.000 dolara dnevno. Pretpostavljamo da je razlog bila ekspanzija svjetskoga gospodarstva, dok je s druge strane razlog u prenamjeni jednog dijela brodova za sipke terete u brodove za prijevoz spremnika, budući da su vozarine za kontejnere bile enormno visoke – ističu u kompaniji sa splitske Zapadne obale.

Teško je reći što će se dugoročno događati, ali s obzirom na Jadroplovove financijske obveze i kredite, minimalni dnevni najam brodova kakvi plove u splitskoj floti trebao bi biti između 10.000 i 12.000 dolara.

Tvrtka očekuje da će do kraja godine tržište ostati otprilike kakvo je sada, ali i da će iduće godine ipak nešto pasti. Ipak bi trebalo ostati iznad 15.000 dolara dnevno, sve ovisno o stanju svjetskoga gospodarstva.

– Trendovi nisu dobri. Ako američki FED i ECB, europska središnja banka, povećaju kamatne stope, što bi dovelo do smanjenja inflacije, postoji mogućnost da na taj način dođe do recesije. Posebno uzimajući u obzir agresiju Rusije na Ukrajinu, koja posebno pogađa europsku ekonomiju i njezino najveće gospodarstvo – ono njemačko. Povrh toga, pitanje je i budućih odnosa Zapada prema Kini.

Lanjska dobit Jadroplovu će poslužiti za vraćanje nepovoljnih starih kredita, ali tvrtka razmišlja i o akvizicijama u floti, ali o tomu će konkretnije govoriti "kad za to dođe vrijeme". Nema još novosti ni o planiranoj i najavljivanoj dokapitalizaciji kompanije koja je još u većinskom državnom vlasništvu.

Evo lijepe vijesti iz Jadroplova: upravo objavljeni godišnji poslovni izvještaji kažu da je splitski brodar lani (2021. godine) zaradio 100 milijuna kuna.

Gotovo isti iznos dobiti zabilježen je i u godini prije (2020.), ali golema je suštinska razlika između ta dva rezultata:

– Za 2020. godinu, Jadroplov je imao veliki operativni gubitak od 49 milijuna kuna, a dobit od 100 milijuna kuna bila je nastala isključivo zbog otpisa kreditnih obaveza njemačke banke Norddeutsche Landesbank, koja je izlazila iz financiranja brodarstva pa je te godine otpisala ukupno oko tri milijarde dolara različitim svjetskim brodarima. Nama je otpisala dug od 25 milijuna dolara, što je rezultiralo financijskom dobiti od spomenutih 100 milijuna kuna – kažu u Jadroplovu.

Bez otpisa duga ostvareni gubitak iznosio bi oko 13 milijuna dolara. Ali što se tiče 2021. godine, dobit od 100 milijuna kuna može se podijeliti na realnu dobit od poslovanja – koja iznosi oko 40 milijuna kuna – te na dio od 60 milijuna kuna, koji se odnosi na otpuštanje prethodnog umanjenja vrijednosti brodova zbog poboljšanja situacije na tržištu i porasta najamnina, koje obično prate vrijednost brodova.

Dobrom poslovnom rezultatu svakako je pridonijelo stanje na globalnom pomorskom tržištu.

– Danas su vozarine približno iste kao na početku prošle godine za tip brodova iz naše flote, odnosno za brodove koji prevoze sipke terete (tri broda nosivosti 52.000 tona i dva od 42.000 tona). Vozarine za ovaj tip brodova su oko 20.000 dolara dnevno, iako su jesenas, u rujnu i listopadu 2021. godine, dosezale 30.000 dolara dnevno. Pretpostavljamo da je razlog bila ekspanzija svjetskoga gospodarstva, dok je s druge strane razlog u prenamjeni jednog dijela brodova za sipke terete u brodove za prijevoz spremnika, budući da su vozarine za kontejnere bile enormno visoke – ističu u kompaniji sa splitske Zapadne obale.
