Na Premanturi je prije nekoliko dana promovirana monografija "Svjetionički libar mali" pulskog autora Vedrana Trgovčića, kao prvi cjeloviti kronološki prikaz moderne farologije na istočnoj obali Jadrana.

Iako je knjiga izašla prije godinu dana, zanimanje za tematiku lanterni i lanternista, ne prestaje, pa je i ovaj put publici bilo zanimljivo slušati priče o neverama i bonacama na osamljenim hridima, a najavljeno je i novo izdanje – monografija radnog naziva "Porer i premanturski lanternisti".

"Libar mali! nastao je kao rezultat 20 godina istraživanja svjetionika te više od 15 godina duge plovidbe po državnim arhivima Hrvatske, Italije i Austrije. Knjiga se temelji na stotinama tisuća dokumenata, mapa i fotografija, većinom njih nikada prije viđenih, kao i na više od 1.200 intervjua s bivšim svjetioničarima i njihovim potomcima.

Knjiga na 374 stranice donosi više od 600 fotografija i ilustracija i 200- tinjak kartica teksta. Objavljena je na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku, a uskoro se očekuje i prijevod na talijanski.

U njoj je opisano svih 83 svjetionika koliko ih je postojalo na istočnoj obali Jadrana, a obiđeno je i svih 65 koji i danas stoje.

Na nedavnoj promociji, čule su se mnoge priče iz života svjetioničara.

Gostovao je svjetioničarev sin Milorad Budija, a pričalo se o djetinjstvu na Poreru i orkanskim valovima 1966. godine kada je more potopilo lanternu u takvoj mjeri da se posada skrila u gornju etažu i tako tri dana održavala svjetlo.

Josip Mudronja, Ante Žeravica i Ivan Budija popeli su se uslijed jakog nevremena na kulu od 35 metara kako bi sačuvali uređaje. Naredna tri dana vrtjeli su ferale, na kraju i ručno jer su znali da će se bez njihova svjetla mnogi mornari izgubiti u dubinama mora. Za taj podvig godinu kasnije dobili su Plavu vrpcu Vjesnika.

Na Premanturi je prije nekoliko dana promovirana monografija "Svjetionički libar mali" pulskog autora Vedrana Trgovčića, kao prvi cjeloviti kronološki prikaz moderne farologije na istočnoj obali Jadrana.

Iako je knjiga izašla prije godinu dana, zanimanje za tematiku lanterni i lanternista, ne prestaje, pa je i ovaj put publici bilo zanimljivo slušati priče o neverama i bonacama na osamljenim hridima, a najavljeno je i novo izdanje – monografija radnog naziva "Porer i premanturski lanternisti".

"Libar mali! nastao je kao rezultat 20 godina istraživanja svjetionika te više od 15 godina duge plovidbe po državnim arhivima Hrvatske, Italije i Austrije. Knjiga se temelji na stotinama tisuća dokumenata, mapa i fotografija, većinom njih nikada prije viđenih, kao i na više od 1.200 intervjua s bivšim svjetioničarima i njihovim potomcima.

Knjiga na 374 stranice donosi više od 600 fotografija i ilustracija i 200- tinjak kartica teksta. Objavljena je na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku, a uskoro se očekuje i prijevod na talijanski.

U njoj je opisano svih 83 svjetionika koliko ih je postojalo na istočnoj obali Jadrana, a obiđeno je i svih 65 koji i danas stoje.

Na nedavnoj promociji, čule su se mnoge priče iz života svjetioničara.

Gostovao je svjetioničarev sin Milorad Budija, a pričalo se o djetinjstvu na Poreru i orkanskim valovima 1966. godine kada je more potopilo lanternu u takvoj mjeri da se posada skrila u gornju etažu i tako tri dana održavala svjetlo.

Josip Mudronja, Ante Žeravica i Ivan Budija popeli su se uslijed jakog nevremena na kulu od 35 metara kako bi sačuvali uređaje. Naredna tri dana vrtjeli su ferale, na kraju i ručno jer su znali da će se bez njihova svjetla mnogi mornari izgubiti u dubinama mora. Za taj podvig godinu kasnije dobili su Plavu vrpcu Vjesnika.
