Južna Koreja porinula je novi kontejnerski brod koji predstavlja novu prekretnicu u razvoju autonomnog brodarstva.

Južnokorejsko ministarstvo oceana i ribarstva ističe da je ovo plovilo prvi veliki prekooceanski brod dizajniran za autonomnu plovidbu razine 3, a kasnije ove godine planiraju pokrenuti prve demonstracije autonomne plovidbe na velikim udaljenostima, prenosi Pomorac.hr.

Na svečanosti u Ulsanu u Južnoj Koreji, brodograditelj Hyundai Mipo Dockyard obilježio je isplovljavanje i imenovanje broda kao Pos Singapore, izgrađenog za kompaniju Pan Ocean. Naručen 2022. godine, brod je dugačak 172 metra s kapacitetom od 1.800 TEU. Registriran u Liberiji, kontejnerski brod od 22.200 DWT trebao bi biti isporučen krajem ovog mjeseca, kada će započeti opremanje i testiranje autonomnog sustava, navodi The Maritime Executive.

Južnokorejska vlada ističe da su autonomna plovila ključna inicijativa njihove napredne strategije razvoja pomorske mobilnosti objavljene u studenom 2023. godine. Ovaj projekt pokrenut je 2020. godine, s vladom koja je izdvojila više od 120 milijuna dolara za istraživanje i razvoj tehnologija.

Prema ministarstvu, ovaj je sustav dizajniran za postizanje IMO razine 3, što znači da brod upravlja samostalno, bez posade na njemu. Operacijama će se u potpunosti upravljati na daljinu s obale, ističe The Maritime Executive.

Od faze projektiranja kontejnerskog broda, Pan Ocean i Hyundai Mipo dovršili su preliminarne pripreme autonomnog navigacijskog sustava, koji će sada biti instaliran. Sustav integrira autonomnu navigaciju, digitalni nadzor agencija, komunikaciju i sigurnosnu tehnologiju.

Korejska industrija je testirala niz autonomnih sustava tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina. Godine 2022., Hyundai je izveo ono što se naziva prvim svjetskim prekooceanskim putovanjem velikog trgovačkog broda koji koristi tehnologije autonomne navigacije. Sustav su postavili na LNG brod, koji je prešao dug put preko Pacifika.

Južna Koreja porinula je novi kontejnerski brod koji predstavlja novu prekretnicu u razvoju autonomnog brodarstva.

Južnokorejsko ministarstvo oceana i ribarstva ističe da je ovo plovilo prvi veliki prekooceanski brod dizajniran za autonomnu plovidbu razine 3, a kasnije ove godine planiraju pokrenuti prve demonstracije autonomne plovidbe na velikim udaljenostima, prenosi Pomorac.hr.

Na svečanosti u Ulsanu u Južnoj Koreji, brodograditelj Hyundai Mipo Dockyard obilježio je isplovljavanje i imenovanje broda kao Pos Singapore, izgrađenog za kompaniju Pan Ocean. Naručen 2022. godine, brod je dugačak 172 metra s kapacitetom od 1.800 TEU. Registriran u Liberiji, kontejnerski brod od 22.200 DWT trebao bi biti isporučen krajem ovog mjeseca, kada će započeti opremanje i testiranje autonomnog sustava, navodi The Maritime Executive.

Južnokorejska vlada ističe da su autonomna plovila ključna inicijativa njihove napredne strategije razvoja pomorske mobilnosti objavljene u studenom 2023. godine. Ovaj projekt pokrenut je 2020. godine, s vladom koja je izdvojila više od 120 milijuna dolara za istraživanje i razvoj tehnologija.

Prema ministarstvu, ovaj je sustav dizajniran za postizanje IMO razine 3, što znači da brod upravlja samostalno, bez posade na njemu. Operacijama će se u potpunosti upravljati na daljinu s obale, ističe The Maritime Executive.

Južna Koreja porinula je novi kontejnerski brod koji predstavlja novu prekretnicu u razvoju autonomnog brodarstva.

Južnokorejsko ministarstvo oceana i ribarstva ističe da je ovo plovilo prvi veliki prekooceanski brod dizajniran za autonomnu plovidbu razine 3, a kasnije ove godine planiraju pokrenuti prve demonstracije autonomne plovidbe na velikim udaljenostima, prenosi Pomorac.hr.

Na svečanosti u Ulsanu u Južnoj Koreji, brodograditelj Hyundai Mipo Dockyard obilježio je isplovljavanje i imenovanje broda kao Pos Singapore, izgrađenog za kompaniju Pan Ocean. Naručen 2022. godine, brod je dugačak 172 metra s kapacitetom od 1.800 TEU. Registriran u Liberiji, kontejnerski brod od 22.200 DWT trebao bi biti isporučen krajem ovog mjeseca, kada će započeti opremanje i testiranje autonomnog sustava, navodi The Maritime Executive.

Južnokorejska vlada ističe da su autonomna plovila ključna inicijativa njihove napredne strategije razvoja pomorske mobilnosti objavljene u studenom 2023. godine. Ovaj projekt pokrenut je 2020. godine, s vladom koja je izdvojila više od 120 milijuna dolara za istraživanje i razvoj tehnologija.

Prema ministarstvu, ovaj je sustav dizajniran za postizanje IMO razine 3, što znači da brod upravlja samostalno, bez posade na njemu. Operacijama će se u potpunosti upravljati na daljinu s obale, ističe The Maritime Executive.
