Najveća brodarska kompanija na svijetu Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) ponovno posluje s kineskom brodograditelju Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard. Ovaj put riječ je o narudžbi od dodatnih deset kontejnerskih brodova s pogonom na LNG, javlja Pomorac.hr.

Prema dogovoru, Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard izgradit će deset kontejneraša s pogonom na LNG. Svaki će imati kapacitet od 10.300 TEU, priopćilo je brodogradilište.

Ove dual-fuel kontejnerske brodove od 10.000+ TEU neovisno je razvila i dizajnirala CIMC-ova podružnica CIMC Ocean Engineering Design and Research Institute (CIMC ORIC). Sa svojih 300 metara dužine, 45,6 metara širine i gazom od 12,5 metara, ovaj tip plovila ujedno i najveći kontejnerski brod koji može uploviti u Crno more kroz Bospor i Dardaneli, priopćilo je brodogradilište.

Ovi brodovi postizat će brzine od 20 čvorova, a imat će najveći tank LNG goriva kategorije C u svojoj klasifikaciji. Dizajn plovila omogućuje pogon na LNG i konvencionalna goriva, a brodovi su namijenjeni za rute od Kine do Europe te od Kine do SAD-a. Indeks energetske učinkovitosti (EEDI) ovih plovila premašuje referentne vrijednosti koje je postavio IMO, sa značajnim smanjenjem emisija štetnih plinova od 50%.

Ključni aspekt dizajna brodova je njegov dual-fuel glavni stroj i generator, koji su optimizirani za korištenje LNG-a, te prilagodljiva konfiguracija koja također omogućuje potencijalo korištenje amonijaka i metanola kao brodskog goriva.

Brodovi će biti isporučeni između druge polovice 2026. i tijekom 2027. godine. Cijena narudžbe nije objavljena.

U ovoj godini, Changhong International osigurao je narudžbe za ukupno 16+4 brodova, uključujući LR2 product tankere i dual-fuel kontejnerske brodove na LNG. Brodogradilište je dosad izgradilo 48 brodova, a rokovi isporuke pomiču se do 2027. godine. Što se tiče kontejnerskog sektora, brodogradilište radi brodove kapaciteta od 3.000 do 12.000 TEU, dok će strateški naglasak tvrtke biti usmjeren na plovila koja koriste LNG, metanol i druge ekološki prihvatljive alternative brodskim gorivima. Uz to, brodogradilište radi na osiguravanju narudžbi za MR chemical tankere i LR2 tankere.

Najnovija narudžba dio je ugovora potpisanog početkom 2023., kada je MSC naručio deset brodova od 11.500 TEU na LNG. CIMC ORIC također je projektant ovih brodova, a novogradnje će se isporučiti između 2025. i 2026. godine.

Nadalje, brodovi su dizajnirani s maksimalnom učinkovitosti te imaju 5 % nižu potrošnju goriva u usporedbi s brodovima iste veličine. Osim dual-fuel pogona, koji omogućuje rad i na LNG i na konvencionalno gorivo, brodovi će također imati napredan ‘ammonia-ready’, odnosno imat će mogućnost pogona i na amonijak.

Vodeća kompanija kontejnerskog brodarstva snažan je zagovornik LNG-a kao brodskog goriva i nedavno se pridružio koaliciji SEA LNG s ciljem istraživanja mogućnosti bio-LNG-a, posebno obnovljivog sintetičkog LNG-a.

“U skladu s našim obvezama postizanja nultih emisija do 2050., LNG na bazi fosilnih goriva smatramo gorivom u tranziciji i u potpunosti očekujemo da će BIO i obnovljivi sintetički LNG biti ključni dio naše dugoročne strategije”, rekao je Bud Darr iz MSC Grupe.

Ranije ove godine, MSC je postao prvi brodar koji je premašio nevjerojatnih 5 milijuna TEU u kapacitetu flote. U samo 22 mjeseca, MSC je povećao svoju flotu sa 4 milijuna TEU na 5 milijuna TEU.

Alphalinerovi izračuni pokazuju da je MSC od kolovoza 2020. kupio 306 kontejnerskih brodova kapaciteta od 1,2 milijuna TEU, u osnovi kupujući svaki brod kojeg su se mogli domoći.

Švicarski kontejnerski div ima najveću knjigu narudžbi u povijesti industrije, s oko 130 naručenih kontejnerskih brodova, prenosi Pomorac.hr.

Najveća brodarska kompanija na svijetu Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) ponovno posluje s kineskom brodograditelju Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard. Ovaj put riječ je o narudžbi od dodatnih deset kontejnerskih brodova s pogonom na LNG, javlja Pomorac.hr.

Prema dogovoru, Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard izgradit će deset kontejneraša s pogonom na LNG. Svaki će imati kapacitet od 10.300 TEU, priopćilo je brodogradilište.

Ove dual-fuel kontejnerske brodove od 10.000+ TEU neovisno je razvila i dizajnirala CIMC-ova podružnica CIMC Ocean Engineering Design and Research Institute (CIMC ORIC). Sa svojih 300 metara dužine, 45,6 metara širine i gazom od 12,5 metara, ovaj tip plovila ujedno i najveći kontejnerski brod koji može uploviti u Crno more kroz Bospor i Dardaneli, priopćilo je brodogradilište.

Ovi brodovi postizat će brzine od 20 čvorova, a imat će najveći tank LNG goriva kategorije C u svojoj klasifikaciji. Dizajn plovila omogućuje pogon na LNG i konvencionalna goriva, a brodovi su namijenjeni za rute od Kine do Europe te od Kine do SAD-a. Indeks energetske učinkovitosti (EEDI) ovih plovila premašuje referentne vrijednosti koje je postavio IMO, sa značajnim smanjenjem emisija štetnih plinova od 50%.

Ključni aspekt dizajna brodova je njegov dual-fuel glavni stroj i generator, koji su optimizirani za korištenje LNG-a, te prilagodljiva konfiguracija koja također omogućuje potencijalo korištenje amonijaka i metanola kao brodskog goriva.

Brodovi će biti isporučeni između druge polovice 2026. i tijekom 2027. godine. Cijena narudžbe nije objavljena.

U ovoj godini, Changhong International osigurao je narudžbe za ukupno 16+4 brodova, uključujući LR2 product tankere i dual-fuel kontejnerske brodove na LNG. Brodogradilište je dosad izgradilo 48 brodova, a rokovi isporuke pomiču se do 2027. godine. Što se tiče kontejnerskog sektora, brodogradilište radi brodove kapaciteta od 3.000 do 12.000 TEU, dok će strateški naglasak tvrtke biti usmjeren na plovila koja koriste LNG, metanol i druge ekološki prihvatljive alternative brodskim gorivima. Uz to, brodogradilište radi na osiguravanju narudžbi za MR chemical tankere i LR2 tankere.

Najnovija narudžba dio je ugovora potpisanog početkom 2023., kada je MSC naručio deset brodova od 11.500 TEU na LNG. CIMC ORIC također je projektant ovih brodova, a novogradnje će se isporučiti između 2025. i 2026. godine.

Nadalje, brodovi su dizajnirani s maksimalnom učinkovitosti te imaju 5 % nižu potrošnju goriva u usporedbi s brodovima iste veličine. Osim dual-fuel pogona, koji omogućuje rad i na LNG i na konvencionalno gorivo, brodovi će također imati napredan ‘ammonia-ready’, odnosno imat će mogućnost pogona i na amonijak.

Vodeća kompanija kontejnerskog brodarstva snažan je zagovornik LNG-a kao brodskog goriva i nedavno se pridružio koaliciji SEA LNG s ciljem istraživanja mogućnosti bio-LNG-a, posebno obnovljivog sintetičkog LNG-a.

“U skladu s našim obvezama postizanja nultih emisija do 2050., LNG na bazi fosilnih goriva smatramo gorivom u tranziciji i u potpunosti očekujemo da će BIO i obnovljivi sintetički LNG biti ključni dio naše dugoročne strategije”, rekao je Bud Darr iz MSC Grupe.

Ranije ove godine, MSC je postao prvi brodar koji je premašio nevjerojatnih 5 milijuna TEU u kapacitetu flote. U samo 22 mjeseca, MSC je povećao svoju flotu sa 4 milijuna TEU na 5 milijuna TEU.

Alphalinerovi izračuni pokazuju da je MSC od kolovoza 2020. kupio 306 kontejnerskih brodova kapaciteta od 1,2 milijuna TEU, u osnovi kupujući svaki brod kojeg su se mogli domoći.

Švicarski kontejnerski div ima najveću knjigu narudžbi u povijesti industrije, s oko 130 naručenih kontejnerskih brodova, prenosi Pomorac.hr.
