Prehrana bogata povrćem, cjelovitim žitaricama i graškom može smanjiti rizik od razvoja raka crijeva kod muškaraca za više od petine, pokazalo je veliko američko istraživanje.

Novo istraživanje na 79 950 muškaraca u Sjedinjenim Državama pokazalo je da oni koji su jeli najviše zdrave biljne hrane imaju 22 posto manji rizik od raka debelog crijeva u usporedbi s onima koji su jeli najmanje, piše klix.ba.

Rak debelog crijeva treći je najčešći rak u svijetu. Ona pogađa svakog 23. muškarca i svaku 25. ženu na svijetu, rekla je znanstvenica Jihye Kim s južnokorejskog sveučilišta Kyung Hee.

Istraživanja su pokazala da je loša prehrana jedan od glavnih čimbenika rizika za rak debelog crijeva. Srećom, postoji mnogo namirnica koje možemo uvrstiti u svakodnevnu prehranu kako bismo se što lakše izborili s ovom smrtonosnom bolešću. Kako objašnjavaju nutricionisti, unos određenih namirnica može smanjiti rizik od raka debelog crijeva. To su: grah, mahunarke, bobičasto voće, orašasti plodovi, mrkva, špinat i brokula.

Tim znanstvenika zaključuje da je povezanost prehrane i razvoja raka debelog crijeva jasnija u muškoj populaciji, gdje je rizik od ove vrste raka veći.

Za potrebe istraživanja, objavljenog u časopisu BMC Medicine, ispitanici su odgovarali na nekoliko pitanja: koliko često jedu određenu hranu i pića s popisa od više od 180 stavki, kao i o veličini porcija.

Pretpostavljamo da antioksidansi iz hrane kao što su voće, povrće i cjelovite žitarice doprinose smanjenju rizika od razvoja raka debelog crijeva jer suzbijaju razvoj kronične upale koja može rezultirati rakom.

S obzirom da muškarci imaju veći rizik od raka debelog crijeva nego žene, rezultati istraživanja mogli bi pridonijeti razjašnjenju zašto je konzumacija većih količina zdrave biljne hrane povezana sa smanjenim rizikom od raka debelog crijeva kod muškaraca, ali ne i kod žena.

Prehrana bogata povrćem, cjelovitim žitaricama i graškom može smanjiti rizik od razvoja raka crijeva kod muškaraca za više od petine, pokazalo je veliko američko istraživanje.

Novo istraživanje na 79 950 muškaraca u Sjedinjenim Državama pokazalo je da oni koji su jeli najviše zdrave biljne hrane imaju 22 posto manji rizik od raka debelog crijeva u usporedbi s onima koji su jeli najmanje, piše klix.ba.

Rak debelog crijeva treći je najčešći rak u svijetu. Ona pogađa svakog 23. muškarca i svaku 25. ženu na svijetu, rekla je znanstvenica Jihye Kim s južnokorejskog sveučilišta Kyung Hee.

Istraživanja su pokazala da je loša prehrana jedan od glavnih čimbenika rizika za rak debelog crijeva. Srećom, postoji mnogo namirnica koje možemo uvrstiti u svakodnevnu prehranu kako bismo se što lakše izborili s ovom smrtonosnom bolešću. Kako objašnjavaju nutricionisti, unos određenih namirnica može smanjiti rizik od raka debelog crijeva. To su: grah, mahunarke, bobičasto voće, orašasti plodovi, mrkva, špinat i brokula.

Tim znanstvenika zaključuje da je povezanost prehrane i razvoja raka debelog crijeva jasnija u muškoj populaciji, gdje je rizik od ove vrste raka veći.

Za potrebe istraživanja, objavljenog u časopisu BMC Medicine, ispitanici su odgovarali na nekoliko pitanja: koliko često jedu određenu hranu i pića s popisa od više od 180 stavki, kao i o veličini porcija.

Pretpostavljamo da antioksidansi iz hrane kao što su voće, povrće i cjelovite žitarice doprinose smanjenju rizika od razvoja raka debelog crijeva jer suzbijaju razvoj kronične upale koja može rezultirati rakom.

S obzirom da muškarci imaju veći rizik od raka debelog crijeva nego žene, rezultati istraživanja mogli bi pridonijeti razjašnjenju zašto je konzumacija većih količina zdrave biljne hrane povezana sa smanjenim rizikom od raka debelog crijeva kod muškaraca, ali ne i kod žena.

Ove namirnice smanjuju rizik od raka debelog crijeva, a muškarci imaju veći rizik nego žene

Prehrana bogata povrćem, cjelovitim žitaricama i graškom može smanjiti rizik od razvoja raka crijeva kod muškaraca za više od petine, pokazalo je veliko američko istraživanje.

Novo istraživanje na 79 950 muškaraca u Sjedinjenim Državama pokazalo je da oni koji su jeli najviše zdrave biljne hrane imaju 22 posto manji rizik od raka debelog crijeva u usporedbi s onima koji su jeli najmanje, piše klix.ba.

Rak debelog crijeva treći je najčešći rak u svijetu. Ona pogađa svakog 23. muškarca i svaku 25. ženu na svijetu, rekla je znanstvenica Jihye Kim s južnokorejskog sveučilišta Kyung Hee.

Istraživanja su pokazala da je loša prehrana jedan od glavnih čimbenika rizika za rak debelog crijeva. Srećom, postoji mnogo namirnica koje možemo uvrstiti u svakodnevnu prehranu kako bismo se što lakše izborili s ovom smrtonosnom bolešću. Kako objašnjavaju nutricionisti, unos određenih namirnica može smanjiti rizik od raka debelog crijeva. To su: grah, mahunarke, bobičasto voće, orašasti plodovi, mrkva, špinat i brokula.

Tim znanstvenika zaključuje da je povezanost prehrane i razvoja raka debelog crijeva jasnija u muškoj populaciji, gdje je rizik od ove vrste raka veći.

Za potrebe istraživanja, objavljenog u časopisu BMC Medicine, ispitanici su odgovarali na nekoliko pitanja: koliko često jedu određenu hranu i pića s popisa od više od 180 stavki, kao i o veličini porcija.

Pretpostavljamo da antioksidansi iz hrane kao što su voće, povrće i cjelovite žitarice doprinose smanjenju rizika od razvoja raka debelog crijeva jer suzbijaju razvoj kronične upale koja može rezultirati rakom.

S obzirom da muškarci imaju veći rizik od raka debelog crijeva nego žene, rezultati istraživanja mogli bi pridonijeti razjašnjenju zašto je konzumacija većih količina zdrave biljne hrane povezana sa smanjenim rizikom od raka debelog crijeva kod muškaraca, ali ne i kod žena.
