Zimi smo svi skloni pretjerivati s ugljikohidratima, osobito onima niskog glikemijskog indeksta poput krumpira, tjestenine i bijele riže pa je dobro imati koju ideju za zdravije alternative. Pa tako na primjer umjesto uobičajenog krumpira povremeno možete pripremiti jedan puno zdraviji gomolj.

Čičoka je na glasu kao izuzetno korisna za dijabetičare jer ima nizak glikemijski indeks, a prema nekim istraživanjima učinkovita je u prevenciji i liječenju bolesti poput kostobolje, artritisa i reumatoidnog artritisa, u prevenciji i liječenju alergija, podizanju imuniteta te ima snažno antibakterijsko i antioksidativno djelovanje. Pored svega toga, na glasu je kao izuzetan afrodizijak, jer pomaže u jačanju libida, potencije i plodnosti.

Čičoku umjesto krumpira moete dodati u variva, a od nje također možete napraviti vrlo ukusan pire. Pravi ga je užitak jesti jer ima divnu orašastu aromu čičoke. Možete je i kombinirati s krumpirom, kako bi upečatljiv okus čičoke bio nešto blaži te se na taj način bolje uklopio s jelima kojima se ovakav pire poslužuje kao prilog.

Pire od čičoke

Sastojci:

400 g čičoke
1 žlica maslaca ili masloinovog ulja
malo mlijeka
sol

Priprema:

Čičoke očistite, narežite na kockice i stavite kuhati u posoljenu vodu. Kad omekšaju, vodu ocijedite (možete je sačuvati za dodatak varivima i povrtnim juhama), a čičoke zgnječite ili ih ubacite u blender, ako želite finiju teksturu.

Ako je smjesa po usitnjavanju u blenderu previše kašasta, prebacite je natrag u lonac i kuhajte na jako tihoj vatri dok višak tekućine ne ispari.

Dodajte maslac i mlijeko (ako ga ne koristite poslužite se vodom u kojoj se čičoka kuhala), promiješajte te provjerite treba li dodati još malo soli.

Zimi smo svi skloni pretjerivati s ugljikohidratima, osobito onima niskog glikemijskog indeksta poput krumpira, tjestenine i bijele riže pa je dobro imati koju ideju za zdravije alternative. Pa tako na primjer umjesto uobičajenog krumpira povremeno možete pripremiti jedan puno zdraviji gomolj.

Čičoka je na glasu kao izuzetno korisna za dijabetičare jer ima nizak glikemijski indeks, a prema nekim istraživanjima učinkovita je u prevenciji i liječenju bolesti poput kostobolje, artritisa i reumatoidnog artritisa, u prevenciji i liječenju alergija, podizanju imuniteta te ima snažno antibakterijsko i antioksidativno djelovanje. Pored svega toga, na glasu je kao izuzetan afrodizijak, jer pomaže u jačanju libida, potencije i plodnosti.

Čičoku umjesto krumpira moete dodati u variva, a od nje također možete napraviti vrlo ukusan pire. Pravi ga je užitak jesti jer ima divnu orašastu aromu čičoke. Možete je i kombinirati s krumpirom, kako bi upečatljiv okus čičoke bio nešto blaži te se na taj način bolje uklopio s jelima kojima se ovakav pire poslužuje kao prilog.

Čičoke očistite, narežite na kockice i stavite kuhati u posoljenu vodu. Kad omekšaju, vodu ocijedite (možete je sačuvati za dodatak varivima i povrtnim juhama), a čičoke zgnječite ili ih ubacite u blender, ako želite finiju teksturu.

Ako je smjesa po usitnjavanju u blenderu previše kašasta, prebacite je natrag u lonac i kuhajte na jako tihoj vatri dok višak tekućine ne ispari.

Dodajte maslac i mlijeko (ako ga ne koristite poslužite se vodom u kojoj se čičoka kuhala), promiješajte te provjerite treba li dodati još malo soli.

Umjesto od krumpira, napravite pire od ove zdrave i ukusne namirnice: sprječava i liječi mnoge bolesti i podiže libido!

Zimi smo svi skloni pretjerivati s ugljikohidratima, osobito onima niskog glikemijskog indeksta poput krumpira, tjestenine i bijele riže pa je dobro imati koju ideju za zdravije alternative. Pa tako na primjer umjesto uobičajenog krumpira povremeno možete pripremiti jedan puno zdraviji gomolj.

Čičoka je na glasu kao izuzetno korisna za dijabetičare jer ima nizak glikemijski indeks, a prema nekim istraživanjima učinkovita je u prevenciji i liječenju bolesti poput kostobolje, artritisa i reumatoidnog artritisa, u prevenciji i liječenju alergija, podizanju imuniteta te ima snažno antibakterijsko i antioksidativno djelovanje. Pored svega toga, na glasu je kao izuzetan afrodizijak, jer pomaže u jačanju libida, potencije i plodnosti.

Čičoku umjesto krumpira moete dodati u variva, a od nje također možete napraviti vrlo ukusan pire. Pravi ga je užitak jesti jer ima divnu orašastu aromu čičoke. Možete je i kombinirati s krumpirom, kako bi upečatljiv okus čičoke bio nešto blaži te se na taj način bolje uklopio s jelima kojima se ovakav pire poslužuje kao prilog.

Pire od čičoke

Sastojci:

400 g čičoke
1 žlica maslaca ili masloinovog ulja
malo mlijeka
sol

Priprema:
