Ribu bismo trebali jesti što češće, taj smo savjet već sto puta čuli, ali većina ga nekako slabo primjenjuje. Kao mali poticaj nudimo vam jedan jako dobar recept za pripremu ribljih fileta. Savršeno funkcionira s filetima bakalara, mola ili kolje, no poslužit će i škrpina ili neka druga riba čvrstog bijelog mesa.

Fileti s aromatičnim umakom

Sastojci

3 riblja fileta 
2 češnja češnjaka 
1/2 luka 
1 jaje
100 g cherry rajčica
50 g kalamata maslina
60 ml bijelog vina
60 ml ribljeg temeljca
3 žlice ulja za prženje
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 žlice brašna
1 žlica kapara
1 žlica nasjeckanih feferona
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1 žlica nasjeckanog bosiljka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Začinite riblje filete s obje strane solju i paprom te ih pospite brašnom i umočite u razmućeno jaje pa pržite na zagrijanom ulju oko 3-4 minute sa svake strane.

U posebnoj tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje, dodajte mu nasjeckani luk i pirjajte 2-3 minute dok ne postane proziran. Dodajte nasjeckani češnjak i kuhajte još jednu minutu.

Dodajte bijelo vino i deglazirajte tavu, dodajte rajčicu, masline, kapare i feferončiće te kuhajte 2-3 minute. Dodajte pileći temeljac i pustite da se reducira na pola (3-4 minute).

Pospite svježim začinskim biljem i poslužite uz ribu.

Ribu bismo trebali jesti što češće, taj smo savjet već sto puta čuli, ali većina ga nekako slabo primjenjuje. Kao mali poticaj nudimo vam jedan jako dobar recept za pripremu ribljih fileta. Savršeno funkcionira s filetima bakalara, mola ili kolje, no poslužit će i škrpina ili neka druga riba čvrstog bijelog mesa.

Fileti s aromatičnim umakom

Sastojci

3 riblja fileta 
2 češnja češnjaka 
1/2 luka 
1 jaje
100 g cherry rajčica
50 g kalamata maslina
60 ml bijelog vina
60 ml ribljeg temeljca
3 žlice ulja za prženje
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 žlice brašna
1 žlica kapara
1 žlica nasjeckanih feferona
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1 žlica nasjeckanog bosiljka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Začinite riblje filete s obje strane solju i paprom te ih pospite brašnom i umočite u razmućeno jaje pa pržite na zagrijanom ulju oko 3-4 minute sa svake strane.

U posebnoj tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje, dodajte mu nasjeckani luk i pirjajte 2-3 minute dok ne postane proziran. Dodajte nasjeckani češnjak i kuhajte još jednu minutu.

Dodajte bijelo vino i deglazirajte tavu, dodajte rajčicu, masline, kapare i feferončiće te kuhajte 2-3 minute. Dodajte pileći temeljac i pustite da se reducira na pola (3-4 minute).

Pospite svježim začinskim biljem i poslužite uz ribu.

Ribu bismo trebali jesti što češće, taj smo savjet već sto puta čuli, ali većina ga nekako slabo primjenjuje. Kao mali poticaj nudimo vam jedan jako dobar recept za pripremu ribljih fileta. Savršeno funkcionira s filetima bakalara, mola ili kolje, no poslužit će i škrpina ili neka druga riba čvrstog bijelog mesa.

Fileti s aromatičnim umakom

Sastojci

3 riblja fileta 
2 češnja češnjaka 
1/2 luka 
1 jaje
100 g cherry rajčica
50 g kalamata maslina
60 ml bijelog vina
60 ml ribljeg temeljca
3 žlice ulja za prženje
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 žlice brašna
1 žlica kapara
1 žlica nasjeckanih feferona
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1 žlica nasjeckanog bosiljka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Začinite riblje filete s obje strane solju i paprom te ih pospite brašnom i umočite u razmućeno jaje pa pržite na zagrijanom ulju oko 3-4 minute sa svake strane.

U posebnoj tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje, dodajte mu nasjeckani luk i pirjajte 2-3 minute dok ne postane proziran. Dodajte nasjeckani češnjak i kuhajte još jednu minutu.

Dodajte bijelo vino i deglazirajte tavu, dodajte rajčicu, masline, kapare i feferončiće te kuhajte 2-3 minute. Dodajte pileći temeljac i pustite da se reducira na pola (3-4 minute).

Pospite svježim začinskim biljem i poslužite uz ribu.
