U sezoni kestena nedopustivo je ne ispeći bar jednu tortu s tim slatkim plodovima, a ako se slažete s nama, nudimo vam jedan super recept. Rezultat je torta punog okusa, toliko ukusna da joj nadjev uopće ne treba. Ali dobra doza čokoladne glazure ne neizostavna.

Želite li ubrzati proces, umjesto friških maruna koristite gotovi kesten pire, a ako je onaj koji vam je na raspolaganju zaslađen, smanjite navedenu količinu šećera u receptu na 100 grama.

Torta od kestena i čokolade

Sastojci:

500 g kestena
400 g crne čokolade
170 g šećera
125 g maslaca
250 ml slatkog vrhnja
6 jaja
2 žlice ruma
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

Kestene zarežite nožem i stavite kuhati. Kad su mekani, ogulite ih ispasirajte u gnječilici za krumpir. Sačuvajte koji komad za ukras.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kalup za torte premažite maslacem ili obložite papirom za pečenje

Odvojite bjelanjke, dodajte im sol pa ih istucite u snijeg. Odvojeno izmiješajte žumanjke, kesten pire i maslac pa im dodajte 250 grama otopljene čokoladu i rum. Zatim polako, uz miješanje špatulom ili kuhačom u smjesu dodajte dio po dio snijega.

Tijesto prebacite u kalup i pecite 45 minuta, a tajna je u tome da se ne ispeče baš potpuno. Izvadite tortu iz kalupa, ostavite je da se ohladi, pa je prelijte glazurom koju ste dobili tako što ste slatko vrhnje zagrijali do vrenja, a potom mu dodali razlomljenu čokoladu.

U sezoni kestena nedopustivo je ne ispeći bar jednu tortu s tim slatkim plodovima, a ako se slažete s nama, nudimo vam jedan super recept. Rezultat je torta punog okusa, toliko ukusna da joj nadjev uopće ne treba. Ali dobra doza čokoladne glazure ne neizostavna.

Želite li ubrzati proces, umjesto friških maruna koristite gotovi kesten pire, a ako je onaj koji vam je na raspolaganju zaslađen, smanjite navedenu količinu šećera u receptu na 100 grama.

Torta od kestena i čokolade

Sastojci:

500 g kestena
400 g crne čokolade
170 g šećera
125 g maslaca
250 ml slatkog vrhnja
6 jaja
2 žlice ruma
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

Kestene zarežite nožem i stavite kuhati. Kad su mekani, ogulite ih ispasirajte u gnječilici za krumpir. Sačuvajte koji komad za ukras.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kalup za torte premažite maslacem ili obložite papirom za pečenje

Odvojite bjelanjke, dodajte im sol pa ih istucite u snijeg. Odvojeno izmiješajte žumanjke, kesten pire i maslac pa im dodajte 250 grama otopljene čokoladu i rum. Zatim polako, uz miješanje špatulom ili kuhačom u smjesu dodajte dio po dio snijega.

Tijesto prebacite u kalup i pecite 45 minuta, a tajna je u tome da se ne ispeče baš potpuno. Izvadite tortu iz kalupa, ostavite je da se ohladi, pa je prelijte glazurom koju ste dobili tako što ste slatko vrhnje zagrijali do vrenja, a potom mu dodali razlomljenu čokoladu.

U sezoni kestena nedopustivo je ne ispeći bar jednu tortu s tim slatkim plodovima, a ako se slažete s nama, nudimo vam jedan super recept. Rezultat je torta punog okusa, toliko ukusna da joj nadjev uopće ne treba. Ali dobra doza čokoladne glazure ne neizostavna.

Želite li ubrzati proces, umjesto friških maruna koristite gotovi kesten pire, a ako je onaj koji vam je na raspolaganju zaslađen, smanjite navedenu količinu šećera u receptu na 100 grama.

Torta od kestena i čokolade

Sastojci:

500 g kestena
400 g crne čokolade
170 g šećera
125 g maslaca
250 ml slatkog vrhnja
6 jaja
2 žlice ruma
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

Kestene zarežite nožem i stavite kuhati. Kad su mekani, ogulite ih ispasirajte u gnječilici za krumpir. Sačuvajte koji komad za ukras.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kalup za torte premažite maslacem ili obložite papirom za pečenje

Odvojite bjelanjke, dodajte im sol pa ih istucite u snijeg. Odvojeno izmiješajte žumanjke, kesten pire i maslac pa im dodajte 250 grama otopljene čokoladu i rum. Zatim polako, uz miješanje špatulom ili kuhačom u smjesu dodajte dio po dio snijega.

Tijesto prebacite u kalup i pecite 45 minuta, a tajna je u tome da se ne ispeče baš potpuno. Izvadite tortu iz kalupa, ostavite je da se ohladi, pa je prelijte glazurom koju ste dobili tako što ste slatko vrhnje zagrijali do vrenja, a potom mu dodali razlomljenu čokoladu.
