Mali poljoprivrednici u Europskoj uniji uskoro bi mogli dobiti jednokratnu paušalnu potporu u iznosu do 15 tisuća eura, a mala i srednja poljoprivredno prehrambena poduzeća do 100 tisuća eura slijedom inicijative koju je pokrenula Hrvatska.

Hrvatska je na sastanku ministara poljoprivrede prošli mjesec pokrenula inicijativu koju je podržalo 13 država članica da se zbog velikog rasta ulaznih cijena, osobito energenata, gnojiva i hrane za životinje omogući privremena mjera da svaka država isplati do 5 posto svog proračuna u okviru Europskog poljoprivrednog fonda za ruralni razvoj (EPFRR) za 2021. i 2022. godinu poljoprivrednicima i malim i srednjim poduzećima koja  se bave preradom, plasiranjem na tržište ili razvojem poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Tu inicijativu prihvatila je Komisija i prošli tjedan predložila uredbu u tom smjeru o čemu su u utorak raspravljali ministri poljoprivrede država članica.

“Očekujemo da suzakonodavci brzo potvrde ovaj prijedlog i nakon toga ćemo pristupiti izmjenama programa ruralnog razvoja koje će omogućiti izvanrednu pomoć hrvatskim poljoprivrednicima te malim i srednjim poduzećima iz poljoprivredno-prehrambenog sektora”, rekla je nakon sastanka ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković.

Tih pet posto u hrvatskom slučaju iznosi nešto više od 30 milijuna eura dodatnih europskih sredstava kojima će se moći pomoći poljoprivrednicima pogođenima znatnim porastom ulaznih troškova.

Ministri poljoprivrede razgovarali su i o Ukrajini, odnosno posljedicama ruske agresije na tu zemlju, koja je veliki izvoznik poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Ukrajinski izvoz žitarica i drugih poljoprivrednih proizvoda preko njezinih crnomorskih luka nije moguć zbog ruske blokade.

Europska unija nastoji pronaći rješenje kako bi se zaobišla ta blokada na način da se ta roba prebaci željeznicom i kamionima do teritorija EU-a, a onda do najbližih luka odakle se može otpremiti u druge dijelove svijeta.

Europska unija nije ovisna o uvozu iz Ukrajine, ali nastoji spriječiti glad u Africi i na Bliskom istoku, koji su veliki uvoznici ukrajinskih žitarica.

Ministrica Vučković je rekla da Hrvatska priprema svoj prijedlog da se ta roba pored baltičkih luka doprema i do naših luka na Jadranu, odakle bi se mogla izvoziti u sjevernu Afriku.

“Mi mapiramo naše luke, našu željezničku mrežu i silose koji bi mogli pridonijeti izvozu ukrajinskih proizvoda”, rekla je ministrica Vučković.

Europska komisija je prije desetak dana predstavila akcijski plan koji predviđa uspostavu “prometnih traka solidarnosti” kako bi se omogućio izvoz kopnenim putem žitarica i ostalih poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz Ukrajine, čije su luke blokirane nakon ruske invazije.

U normalnim okolnostima, 75 posto ukrajinske proizvodnje žitarica ide u izvoz, što predstavlja petinu ukupnih ukrajinskih izvoznih prihoda.

Prije ruske invazije, 90 posto izvoza žitarica i uljarica išao je preko ukrajinskih crnomorskih luka.

Zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu i blokade njezinih luka, žitarice i ostali poljoprivredni proizvodi ne mogu se izvoziti, što predstavlja globalnu prijetnju u opskrbi hranom.

Trećina ukrajinskog izvoza ide u Afriku, koja bi zbog toga mogla iskusiti glad.

Mali poljoprivrednici u Europskoj uniji uskoro bi mogli dobiti jednokratnu paušalnu potporu u iznosu do 15 tisuća eura, a mala i srednja poljoprivredno prehrambena poduzeća do 100 tisuća eura slijedom inicijative koju je pokrenula Hrvatska.

Hrvatska je na sastanku ministara poljoprivrede prošli mjesec pokrenula inicijativu koju je podržalo 13 država članica da se zbog velikog rasta ulaznih cijena, osobito energenata, gnojiva i hrane za životinje omogući privremena mjera da svaka država isplati do 5 posto svog proračuna u okviru Europskog poljoprivrednog fonda za ruralni razvoj (EPFRR) za 2021. i 2022. godinu poljoprivrednicima i malim i srednjim poduzećima koja  se bave preradom, plasiranjem na tržište ili razvojem poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Tu inicijativu prihvatila je Komisija i prošli tjedan predložila uredbu u tom smjeru o čemu su u utorak raspravljali ministri poljoprivrede država članica.

“Očekujemo da suzakonodavci brzo potvrde ovaj prijedlog i nakon toga ćemo pristupiti izmjenama programa ruralnog razvoja koje će omogućiti izvanrednu pomoć hrvatskim poljoprivrednicima te malim i srednjim poduzećima iz poljoprivredno-prehrambenog sektora”, rekla je nakon sastanka ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković.

Tih pet posto u hrvatskom slučaju iznosi nešto više od 30 milijuna eura dodatnih europskih sredstava kojima će se moći pomoći poljoprivrednicima pogođenima znatnim porastom ulaznih troškova.

Ministri poljoprivrede razgovarali su i o Ukrajini, odnosno posljedicama ruske agresije na tu zemlju, koja je veliki izvoznik poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Ukrajinski izvoz žitarica i drugih poljoprivrednih proizvoda preko njezinih crnomorskih luka nije moguć zbog ruske blokade.

Europska unija nastoji pronaći rješenje kako bi se zaobišla ta blokada na način da se ta roba prebaci željeznicom i kamionima do teritorija EU-a, a onda do najbližih luka odakle se može otpremiti u druge dijelove svijeta.

Europska unija nije ovisna o uvozu iz Ukrajine, ali nastoji spriječiti glad u Africi i na Bliskom istoku, koji su veliki uvoznici ukrajinskih žitarica.

Ministrica Vučković je rekla da Hrvatska priprema svoj prijedlog da se ta roba pored baltičkih luka doprema i do naših luka na Jadranu, odakle bi se mogla izvoziti u sjevernu Afriku.

“Mi mapiramo naše luke, našu željezničku mrežu i silose koji bi mogli pridonijeti izvozu ukrajinskih proizvoda”, rekla je ministrica Vučković.

Europska komisija je prije desetak dana predstavila akcijski plan koji predviđa uspostavu “prometnih traka solidarnosti” kako bi se omogućio izvoz kopnenim putem žitarica i ostalih poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz Ukrajine, čije su luke blokirane nakon ruske invazije.

U normalnim okolnostima, 75 posto ukrajinske proizvodnje žitarica ide u izvoz, što predstavlja petinu ukupnih ukrajinskih izvoznih prihoda.

Prije ruske invazije, 90 posto izvoza žitarica i uljarica išao je preko ukrajinskih crnomorskih luka.

Zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu i blokade njezinih luka, žitarice i ostali poljoprivredni proizvodi ne mogu se izvoziti, što predstavlja globalnu prijetnju u opskrbi hranom.

Trećina ukrajinskog izvoza ide u Afriku, koja bi zbog toga mogla iskusiti glad.

hrvatska inicijativa‘Malim‘ poljoprivrednicima u Europskoj uniji uskoro dodatna pomoć od 15 tisuća eura, ‘velikima‘ i do 100 tisuća eura

Mali poljoprivrednici u Europskoj uniji uskoro bi mogli dobiti jednokratnu paušalnu potporu u iznosu do 15 tisuća eura, a mala i srednja poljoprivredno prehrambena poduzeća do 100 tisuća eura slijedom inicijative koju je pokrenula Hrvatska.

Hrvatska je na sastanku ministara poljoprivrede prošli mjesec pokrenula inicijativu koju je podržalo 13 država članica da se zbog velikog rasta ulaznih cijena, osobito energenata, gnojiva i hrane za životinje omogući privremena mjera da svaka država isplati do 5 posto svog proračuna u okviru Europskog poljoprivrednog fonda za ruralni razvoj (EPFRR) za 2021. i 2022. godinu poljoprivrednicima i malim i srednjim poduzećima koja  se bave preradom, plasiranjem na tržište ili razvojem poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Tu inicijativu prihvatila je Komisija i prošli tjedan predložila uredbu u tom smjeru o čemu su u utorak raspravljali ministri poljoprivrede država članica.

“Očekujemo da suzakonodavci brzo potvrde ovaj prijedlog i nakon toga ćemo pristupiti izmjenama programa ruralnog razvoja koje će omogućiti izvanrednu pomoć hrvatskim poljoprivrednicima te malim i srednjim poduzećima iz poljoprivredno-prehrambenog sektora”, rekla je nakon sastanka ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković.

Tih pet posto u hrvatskom slučaju iznosi nešto više od 30 milijuna eura dodatnih europskih sredstava kojima će se moći pomoći poljoprivrednicima pogođenima znatnim porastom ulaznih troškova.

Ministri poljoprivrede razgovarali su i o Ukrajini, odnosno posljedicama ruske agresije na tu zemlju, koja je veliki izvoznik poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Ukrajinski izvoz žitarica i drugih poljoprivrednih proizvoda preko njezinih crnomorskih luka nije moguć zbog ruske blokade.

Europska unija nastoji pronaći rješenje kako bi se zaobišla ta blokada na način da se ta roba prebaci željeznicom i kamionima do teritorija EU-a, a onda do najbližih luka odakle se može otpremiti u druge dijelove svijeta.

Europska unija nije ovisna o uvozu iz Ukrajine, ali nastoji spriječiti glad u Africi i na Bliskom istoku, koji su veliki uvoznici ukrajinskih žitarica.
