Uvođenjem izvođača u posao krajem prošlog tjedna službeno su započeli radovi na sanaciji I. (zapadnog) tunela u Stablini. Radi se o poslu vrijednom 306.998,45 eura s PDV-om koji izvodi tvrtka Octopus Rijeka d.o.o., uz stručni nadzor tvrtke Geolog savjetovanje d.o.o. Dionica duga 150 metara trebala bi biti sanirana do kraja srpnja.
Trenutno je u tijeku izvođenje pripremnih radova, koji podrazumijevaju izradu geodetskog snimka, detekciju procjednih voda i instalacija. Prema dinamičkom planu, gradilište će se aktivirati u svibnju te će se pristupiti radovima čišćenja stijenske mase, ugradnji procjednica, ugradnji mlaznog betona, ugradnji hidroizolacije, izvedbi završnog mikroarmiranog mlaznog betona, izradi odvodnje te drugim manjim radovima kao što je asfaltiranje, spoj na odvod te ugradnja dva revizijska okna.
Projekt sanacije je izradio Centar građevinskog fakulteta d.o.o. Zagreb, a sanacijom se rješava višedesetljetni prometni i funkcionalni problem područja Ploča.
Radi se o tunelu iz 1935. godine, izgrađenom u ‘živoj‘ stijeni bez obloge, koji se do sada sanirao isključivo površinski. Nedostatak kompletne infrastrukture u godinama ranije rezultirao je time da su se otpadne vode procjeđivale u tunel, a isto je bilo u slučaju većih kiša zbog čega tunel nije bio funkcionalan ni siguran. Ovom investicijom to će postati prošlost.
Radovi na tunelu dolaze nakon završetka radova na Aglomeraciji u ovom predjelu grada.
- Veseli me što krećemo u ovaj projekt i što je on prvi u nizu ovogodišnjeg velikog investicijskog ciklusa. Ako sve bude po planu, za četiri mjeseca imat ćemo obnovljen, funkcionalan i siguran tunel. Korak po korak rješavamo ključne prometne točke. Osim Stabline to je i rotor Gračka, a uskoro će i radovi na uređenju školskog trga. U skoroj budućnosti krenut će i radovi na izgradnji sportskog centra u Kominu te na uređenju šest zelenih zona s tisućama novih sadnica drveća i drugog bilja. Spremamo ili imamo spremljenu dokumentaciju za niz dobrih i potrebnih projekata, slažemo financijsku konstrukciju i gledamo kako dobiti maksimalna sredstva iz vanjskih izvora. Do kraja godine započet će ili završiti projekti vrijedni stotine tisuća eura - istaknuo je gradonačelnik Mišo Krstičević.

Uvođenjem izvođača u posao krajem prošlog tjedna službeno su započeli radovi na sanaciji I. (zapadnog) tunela u Stablini. Radi se o poslu vrijednom 306.998,45 eura s PDV-om koji izvodi tvrtka Octopus Rijeka d.o.o., uz stručni nadzor tvrtke Geolog savjetovanje d.o.o. Dionica duga 150 metara trebala bi biti sanirana do kraja srpnja.
Trenutno je u tijeku izvođenje pripremnih radova, koji podrazumijevaju izradu geodetskog snimka, detekciju procjednih voda i instalacija. Prema dinamičkom planu, gradilište će se aktivirati u svibnju te će se pristupiti radovima čišćenja stijenske mase, ugradnji procjednica, ugradnji mlaznog betona, ugradnji hidroizolacije, izvedbi završnog mikroarmiranog mlaznog betona, izradi odvodnje te drugim manjim radovima kao što je asfaltiranje, spoj na odvod te ugradnja dva revizijska okna.
Projekt sanacije je izradio Centar građevinskog fakulteta d.o.o. Zagreb, a sanacijom se rješava višedesetljetni prometni i funkcionalni problem područja Ploča.
Radi se o tunelu iz 1935. godine, izgrađenom u ‘živoj‘ stijeni bez obloge, koji se do sada sanirao isključivo površinski. Nedostatak kompletne infrastrukture u godinama ranije rezultirao je time da su se otpadne vode procjeđivale u tunel, a isto je bilo u slučaju većih kiša zbog čega tunel nije bio funkcionalan ni siguran. Ovom investicijom to će postati prošlost.
Radovi na tunelu dolaze nakon završetka radova na Aglomeraciji u ovom predjelu grada.
- Veseli me što krećemo u ovaj projekt i što je on prvi u nizu ovogodišnjeg velikog investicijskog ciklusa. Ako sve bude po planu, za četiri mjeseca imat ćemo obnovljen, funkcionalan i siguran tunel. Korak po korak rješavamo ključne prometne točke. Osim Stabline to je i rotor Gračka, a uskoro će i radovi na uređenju školskog trga. U skoroj budućnosti krenut će i radovi na izgradnji sportskog centra u Kominu te na uređenju šest zelenih zona s tisućama novih sadnica drveća i drugog bilja. Spremamo ili imamo spremljenu dokumentaciju za niz dobrih i potrebnih projekata, slažemo financijsku konstrukciju i gledamo kako dobiti maksimalna sredstva iz vanjskih izvora. Do kraja godine započet će ili završiti projekti vrijedni stotine tisuća eura - istaknuo je gradonačelnik Mišo Krstičević.
