Blaga klima koja nas je ‘mazila’ gotovo do sredine prosinca utjecala je na smanjenje potrošnje struje od Prevlake do Lastova, potvrdili su nam iz središnjice Hrvatske elektroprivrede:

- Na distribucijskom području Elektrojuga, potrošnja električne energije u listopadu i studenome 2022. godine iznosila je 62,49 GWh. Za usporedbu, u istom razdoblju prošle godine potrošnja je iznosila 63,89 GWh, točnije 2,2 posto više. Na potrošnju električne energije umjesto cijena, najveći utjecaj imaju vremenske okolnosti, odnosno temperature zraka u određenom razdoblju. Što se tiče utjecaja cijena električne energije na ukupnu potrošnju, treba imati na umu da su paketom mjera Vlade RH, od 1. listopada 2022. za najveći broj kupaca kategorije poduzetništvo cijene snižene. Izuzetak su tek rijetki kupci koji su prije krize sklopili povoljne višegodišnje ugovore te nastavili koristiti električnu energiju po povoljnijim uvjetima i nakon 1. listopada. Za najveći broj kupaca kategorije kućanstvo cijene ostale nepromijenjene – istaknuli su iz HEP-a na temu Vladina paketa pomoći prema kojemu do 31. ožujka, za potrošnju do 2500 kilovatsati struje kućanstva plaćaju 59 eura po megavatsatu, a za potrošnju povrh toga prosječno 88 eura.
Jedni za opskrbu, drugi za naplatu
Pojasnili su i često nedovoljno jasnu razliku između opskrbe potrošača i naplate računa koje obavljaju različita društva unutar najvećeg nacionalnog distributera:

- DP Elektrojug Dubrovnik koji je u sastavu društva HEP Operator distribucijskog sustava (HEP ODS) ne obavlja djelatnost opskrbe kupaca, odnosno prodaje i naplate električne energije. Javnu uslugu opskrbe na čitavom području RH, pa tako i na području koje pokriva Elektrojug obavlja HEP Elektra, a tržišnu uslugu opskrbe HEP Opskrba (u sastavu HEP grupe) te drugi tržišni opskrbljivači izvan HEP grupe – kažu nam iz HEP-a i dodaju kako zbog toga, ali i različitog organizacijsko-teritorijalnog ustroja opskrbljivača u odnosu na HEP ODS, ne mogu dati točne podatke o potraživanjima od kupaca na dubrovačkom području.
- Možemo potvrditi da opskrbljivači unutar HEP grupe aktivno upravljaju potraživanjima od kupaca u čitavoj Hrvatskoj, pa tako i na području koje pokriva Elektrojug. Uz mjere prisilne naplate potraživanja u nužnim slučajevima, HEP Elektra kontinuirano provodi program mjera pomoći kupcima u podmirenju dugovanja poput obročnih otplata ili odgoda plaćanja dugovanja ako za to postoje uvjeti i vodeći računa o jednakom tretmanu svih kupaca – poručuju ‘hepovci’.
Zamjena pomorskih kabela
Na upit kako su regulirani odnosi s Gradom Dubrovnikom o troškovima za javnu rasvjetu, odgovaraju kako je Grad Dubrovnik kupac HEP Opskrbe, a okvirni sporazum o opskrbi obuhvaća i električnu energiju koja se koristi za javnu rasvjetu.

- Višegodišnji okvirni sporazum sklopljen je još 2020. godine pa je ugovorena cijena čak i niža od cijene koju je Vlada Uredbom o otklanjanju poremećaja na domaćem tržištu energije odredila kao maksimalnu za jedinice lokalne samouprave za razdoblje od 1. listopada 2022. do 31. ožujka 2023., što je primjer kvalitetnog i odgovornog planiranja nabave električne energije – naglašavaju iz Hrvatske elektroprivrede i za dogodine najavljuju investicije koje će pridonijeti poboljšanju elektroopskrbe na širem dubrovačkom području:
- S ciljem unapređenja distribucijske mreže, povećanja sigurnosti opskrbe i priključenja novih korisnika na dubrovačkom području, HEP ODS će pripremati i provoditi projekte izgradnje trafostanice Zamošće, dogradnje postrojenja u trafostanici Plat, s pripadajućim kabelskim raspletom te rekonstrukcije trafostanica Orašac, Pločice i Slano. Posebno treba spomenuti projekte zamjene podmorskih kabela Pelješac- Mljet i Korčula-Lastovo – zaključuju iz HEP-a.
Na području Elektrojuga Dubrovnik je, prema podacima iz lanjske evidencije Elektrojuga, evidentiran 51.531 korisnik u kategoriji kućanstva. Iako za apartmane i privatne smještajne objekte nema posebne obračunske kategorije, ove turističke sezone bilježio se ukupan porast potrošnje struje za 25 posto, što su iz HEP-a objasnili oporavkom turizma.

Blaga klima koja nas je ‘mazila’ gotovo do sredine prosinca utjecala je na smanjenje potrošnje struje od Prevlake do Lastova, potvrdili su nam iz središnjice Hrvatske elektroprivrede:

- Na distribucijskom području Elektrojuga, potrošnja električne energije u listopadu i studenome 2022. godine iznosila je 62,49 GWh. Za usporedbu, u istom razdoblju prošle godine potrošnja je iznosila 63,89 GWh, točnije 2,2 posto više. Na potrošnju električne energije umjesto cijena, najveći utjecaj imaju vremenske okolnosti, odnosno temperature zraka u određenom razdoblju. Što se tiče utjecaja cijena električne energije na ukupnu potrošnju, treba imati na umu da su paketom mjera Vlade RH, od 1. listopada 2022. za najveći broj kupaca kategorije poduzetništvo cijene snižene. Izuzetak su tek rijetki kupci koji su prije krize sklopili povoljne višegodišnje ugovore te nastavili koristiti električnu energiju po povoljnijim uvjetima i nakon 1. listopada. Za najveći broj kupaca kategorije kućanstvo cijene ostale nepromijenjene – istaknuli su iz HEP-a na temu Vladina paketa pomoći prema kojemu do 31. ožujka, za potrošnju do 2500 kilovatsati struje kućanstva plaćaju 59 eura po megavatsatu, a za potrošnju povrh toga prosječno 88 eura.
Jedni za opskrbu, drugi za naplatu
Pojasnili su i često nedovoljno jasnu razliku između opskrbe potrošača i naplate računa koje obavljaju različita društva unutar najvećeg nacionalnog distributera:

- DP Elektrojug Dubrovnik koji je u sastavu društva HEP Operator distribucijskog sustava (HEP ODS) ne obavlja djelatnost opskrbe kupaca, odnosno prodaje i naplate električne energije. Javnu uslugu opskrbe na čitavom području RH, pa tako i na području koje pokriva Elektrojug obavlja HEP Elektra, a tržišnu uslugu opskrbe HEP Opskrba (u sastavu HEP grupe) te drugi tržišni opskrbljivači izvan HEP grupe – kažu nam iz HEP-a i dodaju kako zbog toga, ali i različitog organizacijsko-teritorijalnog ustroja opskrbljivača u odnosu na HEP ODS, ne mogu dati točne podatke o potraživanjima od kupaca na dubrovačkom području.
- Možemo potvrditi da opskrbljivači unutar HEP grupe aktivno upravljaju potraživanjima od kupaca u čitavoj Hrvatskoj, pa tako i na području koje pokriva Elektrojug. Uz mjere prisilne naplate potraživanja u nužnim slučajevima, HEP Elektra kontinuirano provodi program mjera pomoći kupcima u podmirenju dugovanja poput obročnih otplata ili odgoda plaćanja dugovanja ako za to postoje uvjeti i vodeći računa o jednakom tretmanu svih kupaca – poručuju ‘hepovci’.
Zamjena pomorskih kabela
Na upit kako su regulirani odnosi s Gradom Dubrovnikom o troškovima za javnu rasvjetu, odgovaraju kako je Grad Dubrovnik kupac HEP Opskrbe, a okvirni sporazum o opskrbi obuhvaća i električnu energiju koja se koristi za javnu rasvjetu.

- Višegodišnji okvirni sporazum sklopljen je još 2020. godine pa je ugovorena cijena čak i niža od cijene koju je Vlada Uredbom o otklanjanju poremećaja na domaćem tržištu energije odredila kao maksimalnu za jedinice lokalne samouprave za razdoblje od 1. listopada 2022. do 31. ožujka 2023., što je primjer kvalitetnog i odgovornog planiranja nabave električne energije – naglašavaju iz Hrvatske elektroprivrede i za dogodine najavljuju investicije koje će pridonijeti poboljšanju elektroopskrbe na širem dubrovačkom području:
- S ciljem unapređenja distribucijske mreže, povećanja sigurnosti opskrbe i priključenja novih korisnika na dubrovačkom području, HEP ODS će pripremati i provoditi projekte izgradnje trafostanice Zamošće, dogradnje postrojenja u trafostanici Plat, s pripadajućim kabelskim raspletom te rekonstrukcije trafostanica Orašac, Pločice i Slano. Posebno treba spomenuti projekte zamjene podmorskih kabela Pelješac- Mljet i Korčula-Lastovo – zaključuju iz HEP-a.
Na području Elektrojuga Dubrovnik je, prema podacima iz lanjske evidencije Elektrojuga, evidentiran 51.531 korisnik u kategoriji kućanstva. Iako za apartmane i privatne smještajne objekte nema posebne obračunske kategorije, ove turističke sezone bilježio se ukupan porast potrošnje struje za 25 posto, što su iz HEP-a objasnili oporavkom turizma.
