Dubrovački ogranak Mosta osvrnuo se na nedavne prijepore oko izgradnje zgrade zbog kojih stanari Karingtonke gube svoja parking-mjesta.

- Recentno događanje u Ulici Andrije Hebranga, kada su stanari zgrade poznate po nazivu "Karingtonka" javno iznijeli svoje protivljenje izgradnji još jedne velike stambene zgrade u njihovom susjedstvu po tko zna koji put je aktualiziralo pitanje nedostajućih parking mjesta, ali i općenito zaostale gradske prometne i komunalne infrastrukture. Izradnja ove zgrade je samo jedan izdvojeni primjer, kakvih ima jako puno, a na kojem, kroz problem u kojem su se našli stanari zbog nedostatka parking mjesta možemo vidjeti katastrofalne posljedice lošeg prostornog planiranja i zanemarivanja ulaganja u javnu infrastrukturu na kvalitetu života ljudi. Ne ulazeći u to tko je u ovom slučaju manje, a tko više u pravu ili u krivu, smatramo kako je ovaj slučaj prekretnica na kojoj moramo odlučiti kakav Grad želimo. Onakav kakvim bi svi htjeli da bude, i kako mu vladajući sami tepaju "po mjeri građana", ili po mjeri onih koji svoj interes vide isključivo kroz cijenu kvadrata i položajnu rentu? I stoga se problem koji imamo svi neće riješiti tako što će netko neuspješno pokušati zaustaviti izdavanje ove građevinske dozvole, jer takvih je još na desetke u planu i pripremi u svim dijelovima Grada. Dakle, smatramo kako rješenje nije u pokušajima sprečavanja izdavanja jedne građevinske dozvole, nego u privremenom moratoriju na gradnju velikih višestambenih zgrada na užem području Grada.

- Ne obiteljskih kuća, nego isključivo na gradnju zgrada sa velikim brojem stanova čija izgradnja ima izrazito negativan utjecaj na kvalitetu života naših sugrađana. Nije Stradun i njegove javne površine jedino mjesto na kojem se mogu i trebaju uvoditi ograničenja, niti je promet oko Grada koji bi se uskoro trebao ograničiti jedina stvar na koju treba žurno utjecati. Grad čine i u njemu žive i stanovnici Gruža, Lapada, Ilijne Glavice, Montovjerne, Babinog Kuka, Mokošice i ostalih gradskih i prigradskih naselja, koji također zaslužuju život dostajan građanina. Kada smo imali snage i smjelosti uvesti moratorij na korištenje javnih površina onda možemo i moramo imati snage i smjelosti uvesti privremeni moratorij i na gradnju višestambenih zgrada na užem području Grada, osim za one investitore i objekte za koje postoje izdane pravomoćne dozvole za gradnju te za gradnju objekata namijenjenih stambenom zbrinjavanju mladih obitelji odnosno poticajnoj stanogradnji. I nije ovo nikakav udar na građevinski lobi, investitore i njihova prava, nego ulaganje u budućnost, jer ako ovako nastavimo nitko neće htjeti njihove kvadrate koji ionako nisu cjenovno dostupni običnim građanima. Moratorij koji predlažemo trajao bi onoliko dugo dok se ne ostvari konsenzus po pitanju prostornih, prometnih i komunalnih projekata koje je nužno realizirati te utvrde obvezujući rokovi i izvori sredstava za njihovo ostvarenje kako bi se gradnja mogla ponovno dozvoliti uz što manje posljedice na kvalitetu života građana. Puno toga se može napraviti za malo vremena i bez milijardi kuna, samo ako su građani i njihovi interesi u fokusu. Kad već obustavom prometa oko Grada za pojedine skupine vozila želimo zaštititi povijesnu baštinu, onda imamo obavezu privremenim moratorijem na gradnju zaštititi već odavno ugroženu kvalitetu života ljudi, bez kojih ta baština gubi vrijednost, ističu dubrovački mostovci.

Dubrovački ogranak Mosta osvrnuo se na nedavne prijepore oko izgradnje zgrade zbog kojih stanari Karingtonke gube svoja parking-mjesta.

- Recentno događanje u Ulici Andrije Hebranga, kada su stanari zgrade poznate po nazivu "Karingtonka" javno iznijeli svoje protivljenje izgradnji još jedne velike stambene zgrade u njihovom susjedstvu po tko zna koji put je aktualiziralo pitanje nedostajućih parking mjesta, ali i općenito zaostale gradske prometne i komunalne infrastrukture. Izradnja ove zgrade je samo jedan izdvojeni primjer, kakvih ima jako puno, a na kojem, kroz problem u kojem su se našli stanari zbog nedostatka parking mjesta možemo vidjeti katastrofalne posljedice lošeg prostornog planiranja i zanemarivanja ulaganja u javnu infrastrukturu na kvalitetu života ljudi. Ne ulazeći u to tko je u ovom slučaju manje, a tko više u pravu ili u krivu, smatramo kako je ovaj slučaj prekretnica na kojoj moramo odlučiti kakav Grad želimo. Onakav kakvim bi svi htjeli da bude, i kako mu vladajući sami tepaju "po mjeri građana", ili po mjeri onih koji svoj interes vide isključivo kroz cijenu kvadrata i položajnu rentu? I stoga se problem koji imamo svi neće riješiti tako što će netko neuspješno pokušati zaustaviti izdavanje ove građevinske dozvole, jer takvih je još na desetke u planu i pripremi u svim dijelovima Grada. Dakle, smatramo kako rješenje nije u pokušajima sprečavanja izdavanja jedne građevinske dozvole, nego u privremenom moratoriju na gradnju velikih višestambenih zgrada na užem području Grada.

- Ne obiteljskih kuća, nego isključivo na gradnju zgrada sa velikim brojem stanova čija izgradnja ima izrazito negativan utjecaj na kvalitetu života naših sugrađana. Nije Stradun i njegove javne površine jedino mjesto na kojem se mogu i trebaju uvoditi ograničenja, niti je promet oko Grada koji bi se uskoro trebao ograničiti jedina stvar na koju treba žurno utjecati. Grad čine i u njemu žive i stanovnici Gruža, Lapada, Ilijne Glavice, Montovjerne, Babinog Kuka, Mokošice i ostalih gradskih i prigradskih naselja, koji također zaslužuju život dostajan građanina. Kada smo imali snage i smjelosti uvesti moratorij na korištenje javnih površina onda možemo i moramo imati snage i smjelosti uvesti privremeni moratorij i na gradnju višestambenih zgrada na užem području Grada, osim za one investitore i objekte za koje postoje izdane pravomoćne dozvole za gradnju te za gradnju objekata namijenjenih stambenom zbrinjavanju mladih obitelji odnosno poticajnoj stanogradnji. I nije ovo nikakav udar na građevinski lobi, investitore i njihova prava, nego ulaganje u budućnost, jer ako ovako nastavimo nitko neće htjeti njihove kvadrate koji ionako nisu cjenovno dostupni običnim građanima. Moratorij koji predlažemo trajao bi onoliko dugo dok se ne ostvari konsenzus po pitanju prostornih, prometnih i komunalnih projekata koje je nužno realizirati te utvrde obvezujući rokovi i izvori sredstava za njihovo ostvarenje kako bi se gradnja mogla ponovno dozvoliti uz što manje posljedice na kvalitetu života građana. Puno toga se može napraviti za malo vremena i bez milijardi kuna, samo ako su građani i njihovi interesi u fokusu. Kad već obustavom prometa oko Grada za pojedine skupine vozila želimo zaštititi povijesnu baštinu, onda imamo obavezu privremenim moratorijem na gradnju zaštititi već odavno ugroženu kvalitetu života ljudi, bez kojih ta baština gubi vrijednost, ističu dubrovački mostovci.

Dubrovački ogranak Mosta osvrnuo se na nedavne prijepore oko izgradnje zgrade zbog kojih stanari Karingtonke gube svoja parking-mjesta.

- Recentno događanje u Ulici Andrije Hebranga, kada su stanari zgrade poznate po nazivu "Karingtonka" javno iznijeli svoje protivljenje izgradnji još jedne velike stambene zgrade u njihovom susjedstvu po tko zna koji put je aktualiziralo pitanje nedostajućih parking mjesta, ali i općenito zaostale gradske prometne i komunalne infrastrukture. Izradnja ove zgrade je samo jedan izdvojeni primjer, kakvih ima jako puno, a na kojem, kroz problem u kojem su se našli stanari zbog nedostatka parking mjesta možemo vidjeti katastrofalne posljedice lošeg prostornog planiranja i zanemarivanja ulaganja u javnu infrastrukturu na kvalitetu života ljudi. Ne ulazeći u to tko je u ovom slučaju manje, a tko više u pravu ili u krivu, smatramo kako je ovaj slučaj prekretnica na kojoj moramo odlučiti kakav Grad želimo. Onakav kakvim bi svi htjeli da bude, i kako mu vladajući sami tepaju "po mjeri građana", ili po mjeri onih koji svoj interes vide isključivo kroz cijenu kvadrata i položajnu rentu? I stoga se problem koji imamo svi neće riješiti tako što će netko neuspješno pokušati zaustaviti izdavanje ove građevinske dozvole, jer takvih je još na desetke u planu i pripremi u svim dijelovima Grada. Dakle, smatramo kako rješenje nije u pokušajima sprečavanja izdavanja jedne građevinske dozvole, nego u privremenom moratoriju na gradnju velikih višestambenih zgrada na užem području Grada.

- Ne obiteljskih kuća, nego isključivo na gradnju zgrada sa velikim brojem stanova čija izgradnja ima izrazito negativan utjecaj na kvalitetu života naših sugrađana. Nije Stradun i njegove javne površine jedino mjesto na kojem se mogu i trebaju uvoditi ograničenja, niti je promet oko Grada koji bi se uskoro trebao ograničiti jedina stvar na koju treba žurno utjecati. Grad čine i u njemu žive i stanovnici Gruža, Lapada, Ilijne Glavice, Montovjerne, Babinog Kuka, Mokošice i ostalih gradskih i prigradskih naselja, koji također zaslužuju život dostajan građanina.
