S danasšnjim datumom 7. prosinca službeno počinje veliki projekt energetske obnove Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, kazao nam je ravnatelj dr. Marijo Bekić i potvrdio kako je Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine dodijelilo 7,3 milijuna eura ili trećinu od ukupno potrebnih 20 milijuna eura bespovratnih sredstava za energetsku obnovu bolničke zgrade izgrađene još 1980-tih.

- Projekt obuhvaća novu fasadu, solarnu elektranu, nove otvore te strojarske radove. Sredstva su osigurana nakon što je u svibnju ove godine Ministarstvo raspisalo natječaj na koji se prijavila i Opća bolnica Dubrovnik sa svojim projektom. Pojedinačno od osiguranih 40 milijuna eura dobila je najveći iznos, a ukupno su 32 javne ustanove dobile novac za energetsku obnovu. - istaknuo je ravnatelj Bekić.

Unatoč stalnim ulaganjima, bolnička zgrada danas je u stanju koje zahtjeva temeljitu energetsku obnovu. Dijelovi bolnice nemaju dostatan sustav hlađenja, stolarija je u lošem stanju, neke prostorije nemaju zaštitu od atmosferilija ili je ona oštećena.

S obzirom na to da mjesečni trošak za struju dubrovačke bolnice prosječno iznosi od 80 do 100 tisuća eura, procjena je da će ukupna ušteda energije nakon završetka energetske obnove biti čak 63 posto! Plan je obnoviti ovojnicu bolnice i zaštiti krov, a to podrazumijeva toplinsku izolaciju pročelja, zamjenu vanjske stolarije, montažu kliznih aluminijskih grilja, toplinsku i hidroizolaciju ravnih krovova i oborinsku odvodnju. Opsežnim projektom predviđena je i rekonstrukcija, sanacija i dogradnja strojarskih instalacija, zamjena unutarnje i vanjske rasvjete, klimatizacija, ozelenjivanje okoliša, kao i instaliranje fotonaponske elektrane na nadstrešnicama parkinga.

Marijo Bekić i potvrdio kako je Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine dodijelilo 7,3 milijuna eura ili trećinu od ukupno potrebnih 20 milijuna eura bespovratnih sredstava za energetsku obnovu bolničke zgrade izgrađene još 1980-tih.

- Projekt obuhvaća novu fasadu, solarnu elektranu, nove otvore te strojarske radove. Sredstva su osigurana nakon što je u svibnju ove godine Ministarstvo raspisalo natječaj na koji se prijavila i Opća bolnica Dubrovnik sa svojim projektom. Pojedinačno od osiguranih 40 milijuna eura dobila je najveći iznos, a ukupno su 32 javne ustanove dobile novac za energetsku obnovu. - istaknuo je ravnatelj Bekić.

Unatoč stalnim ulaganjima, bolnička zgrada danas je u stanju koje zahtjeva temeljitu energetsku obnovu. Dijelovi bolnice nemaju dostatan sustav hlađenja, stolarija je u lošem stanju, neke prostorije nemaju zaštitu od atmosferilija ili je ona oštećena.

S obzirom na to da mjesečni trošak za struju dubrovačke bolnice prosječno iznosi od 80 do 100 tisuća eura, procjena je da će ukupna ušteda energije nakon završetka energetske obnove biti čak 63 posto! Plan je obnoviti ovojnicu bolnice i zaštiti krov, a to podrazumijeva toplinsku izolaciju pročelja, zamjenu vanjske stolarije, montažu kliznih aluminijskih grilja, toplinsku i hidroizolaciju ravnih krovova i oborinsku odvodnju. Opsežnim projektom predviđena je i rekonstrukcija, sanacija i dogradnja strojarskih instalacija, zamjena unutarnje i vanjske rasvjete, klimatizacija, ozelenjivanje okoliša, kao i instaliranje fotonaponske elektrane na nadstrešnicama parkinga.

S danasšnjim datumom 7. prosinca službeno počinje veliki projekt energetske obnove Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, kazao nam je ravnatelj dr.
