"Već puno puta je u javnom prostoru problematizirano pitanje nedostatnog broja vezova za plovila naših sugrađana. Kako je već godinama lista čekanja podjednako duga kao ona za liječničke preglede građani su sami uzeli stvar u svoje ruke i bespravno izgradili vezove gdje god je to moguće. Teško je to pravdati, ali je posve nevjerojatan podatak da za preko 7000 registriranih plovila na području Županije postoji svega nešto više od 1000 legalnih vezova.

Tema je ovo koja se povlači od kampanje do kampanje i da se svako obećanje o novim vezovima realiziralo danas bi ih bilo više nego dovoljno. No, realnost je žalosna. Pomorski grad, ali i cijela Županija koji su izrasli na pomorskoj tradiciji u stanju su ponuditi legalan vez za svakog sedmog vlasnika plovila. Činjenica da nemamo normalnu benzinsku pumpu i da ljudi okolo šetaju s kanistrima i bidonima s gorivom kako bi natankali svoja plovila i tako ugrožavaju svoju i tuđu sigurnost izaziva neugodu i dovoljno govori o odnosu prema svima onima koji imaju plovila, ali i prema gore spomenutoj tradiciji.

Pomorsko dobro se zbog nemara nadležnih sustavno devastira i ne zna se koji dio obale je više nagrđen, jeli to zatonska vala, lijeva i desna obala Rijeke dubrovačke ili obala od Orsana do ronilačkog kluba? I umjesto da se napravi sve da se ti vezovi, premda su izgrađeni nelegalno dovedu u red i kao takvi uvrste u lučka područja i sustav naplate, svih je neugodno iznenadila obavijest Državnog inspektorata koji poziva vlasnike kako bi im izrekao kazne i uručio naloge za uklanjanje. Nikada nisam podržavao devastaciju i bezakonje, ali u ovom slučaju smatram da je odgovornost nadležnih zbog godina nečinjenja dovela do nereda na pomorskom dobru.

Stoga smatram da u ovom slučaju gradska uprava, ali prvenstveno Županija koja je putem svojih lučkih uprava nadležna za lučka područja moraju reagirati i stati u zaštitu vlasnika plovila, bez obzira što su njihova plovila vezana na nelegalnim vezovima. To ne znači da se na taj način štiti nelegalnu gradnju, nego upravo suprotno, možda je ovo prilika da se konstruktivnom suradnjom između institucija i građana uvede red i konačno ubrza realizacija izgradnje novih i legalizacija i uređenje postojećih vezova", stoji u priopćenju gradskog vijećnika, Mara Kristića.

"Već puno puta je u javnom prostoru problematizirano pitanje nedostatnog broja vezova za plovila naših sugrađana. Kako je već godinama lista čekanja podjednako duga kao ona za liječničke preglede građani su sami uzeli stvar u svoje ruke i bespravno izgradili vezove gdje god je to moguće. Teško je to pravdati, ali je posve nevjerojatan podatak da za preko 7000 registriranih plovila na području Županije postoji svega nešto više od 1000 legalnih vezova.

Tema je ovo koja se povlači od kampanje do kampanje i da se svako obećanje o novim vezovima realiziralo danas bi ih bilo više nego dovoljno. No, realnost je žalosna. Pomorski grad, ali i cijela Županija koji su izrasli na pomorskoj tradiciji u stanju su ponuditi legalan vez za svakog sedmog vlasnika plovila. Činjenica da nemamo normalnu benzinsku pumpu i da ljudi okolo šetaju s kanistrima i bidonima s gorivom kako bi natankali svoja plovila i tako ugrožavaju svoju i tuđu sigurnost izaziva neugodu i dovoljno govori o odnosu prema svima onima koji imaju plovila, ali i prema gore spomenutoj tradiciji.

Pomorsko dobro se zbog nemara nadležnih sustavno devastira i ne zna se koji dio obale je više nagrđen, jeli to zatonska vala, lijeva i desna obala Rijeke dubrovačke ili obala od Orsana do ronilačkog kluba? I umjesto da se napravi sve da se ti vezovi, premda su izgrađeni nelegalno dovedu u red i kao takvi uvrste u lučka područja i sustav naplate, svih je neugodno iznenadila obavijest Državnog inspektorata koji poziva vlasnike kako bi im izrekao kazne i uručio naloge za uklanjanje. Nikada nisam podržavao devastaciju i bezakonje, ali u ovom slučaju smatram da je odgovornost nadležnih zbog godina nečinjenja dovela do nereda na pomorskom dobru.

Stoga smatram da u ovom slučaju gradska uprava, ali prvenstveno Županija koja je putem svojih lučkih uprava nadležna za lučka područja moraju reagirati i stati u zaštitu vlasnika plovila, bez obzira što su njihova plovila vezana na nelegalnim vezovima. To ne znači da se na taj način štiti nelegalnu gradnju, nego upravo suprotno, možda je ovo prilika da se konstruktivnom suradnjom između institucija i građana uvede red i konačno ubrza realizacija izgradnje novih i legalizacija i uređenje postojećih vezova", stoji u priopćenju gradskog vijećnika, Mara Kristića.

"Već puno puta je u javnom prostoru problematizirano pitanje nedostatnog broja vezova za plovila naših sugrađana. Kako je već godinama lista čekanja podjednako duga kao ona za liječničke preglede građani su sami uzeli stvar u svoje ruke i bespravno izgradili vezove gdje god je to moguće. Teško je to pravdati, ali je posve nevjerojatan podatak da za preko 7000 registriranih plovila na području Županije postoji svega nešto više od 1000 legalnih vezova.

Tema je ovo koja se povlači od kampanje do kampanje i da se svako obećanje o novim vezovima realiziralo danas bi ih bilo više nego dovoljno. No, realnost je žalosna. Pomorski grad, ali i cijela Županija koji su izrasli na pomorskoj tradiciji u stanju su ponuditi legalan vez za svakog sedmog vlasnika plovila. Činjenica da nemamo normalnu benzinsku pumpu i da ljudi okolo šetaju s kanistrima i bidonima s gorivom kako bi natankali svoja plovila i tako ugrožavaju svoju i tuđu sigurnost izaziva neugodu i dovoljno govori o odnosu prema svima onima koji imaju plovila, ali i prema gore spomenutoj tradiciji.

Pomorsko dobro se zbog nemara nadležnih sustavno devastira i ne zna se koji dio obale je više nagrđen, jeli to zatonska vala, lijeva i desna obala Rijeke dubrovačke ili obala od Orsana do ronilačkog kluba? I umjesto da se napravi sve da se ti vezovi, premda su izgrađeni nelegalno dovedu u red i kao takvi uvrste u lučka područja i sustav naplate, svih je neugodno iznenadila obavijest Državnog inspektorata koji poziva vlasnike kako bi im izrekao kazne i uručio naloge za uklanjanje. Nikada nisam podržavao devastaciju i bezakonje, ali u ovom slučaju smatram da je odgovornost nadležnih zbog godina nečinjenja dovela do nereda na pomorskom dobru.

Stoga smatram da u ovom slučaju gradska uprava, ali prvenstveno Županija koja je putem svojih lučkih uprava nadležna za lučka područja moraju reagirati i stati u zaštitu vlasnika plovila, bez obzira što su njihova plovila vezana na nelegalnim vezovima. To ne znači da se na taj način štiti nelegalnu gradnju, nego upravo suprotno, možda je ovo prilika da se konstruktivnom suradnjom između institucija i građana uvede red i konačno ubrza realizacija izgradnje novih i legalizacija i uređenje postojećih vezova", stoji u priopćenju gradskog vijećnika, Mara Kristića.
