Odgovor na više puta postavljeno pitanje zašto i pod kojim uvjetima se rekonstruiraju poslovni prostori koji su dijelom i u privatnom vlasništvu i na koji način njihovi vlasnici sudjeluju u financiranju radova Sanitat nikad nije dao. Sada je tim poslovnim prostorima čak i značajno povećana vrijednost. Postavljanjem staklene stjenke na vanjske rubove novo izgrađenih nosivih zidova značajno im je povećana površina, uklonjeni su pregradni nosivi zidovi pa je potpuno jasno da se kao što je slučaj s placom i više od 800.000 eura vrijednim krovom i poslovni prostori rekonstruiraju prema potrebama onih koji će prostor place u budućnosti koristiti kao javnu površina za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti.

Proizvođači i prodavači koji s nestrpljenjem čekaju povratak na placu sigurno nisu tražili ovakve preverzije, a iskreno se nadam da iste neće otplaćivati kroz povećanu cijenu zakupa svojih banaka", stoji u priopćenju gradskog vijećnika Mara Kristića.

"Radovi na gruškoj placi bliže se kraju. Ako su najave točne uskoro će se započeti sa završnom fazom izvođenja radova, a to je postavljanje krova nad prostorom tržnice.

Odgovorni tvrde kako su nakon cijelog niza konzultacija došli do rješenja, a to je krov koji se zaokreće i štiti od padalina. Konstrukcije će biti čelične, prekrivene platnom koje propušta svjetlo. Sama konstrukcija će u sebi imati integrirano svjetlo koje će tijekom noći ujednačeno svijetliti na cijeloj tržnici s mogućnošću reguliranja.

Kada pročitate gornje retke, koji predstavljaju izjavu glavnog projektanta, potpuno je jasno da će od rekonstrukcije place najviše koristi imati budući zakupci poslovnih prostora u njenom sklopu.

Nakon cirkusa sa zajednicom ponuditelja i nakon što se procijenjena vrijednost radova nekim čudom gotovo udvostručila, naknadno je utvrđeno da su poslovni prostori u sklopu tržnice u izrazito lošem konstruktivnom stanju te da ih je potrebno obnoviti. Odgovor na više puta postavljeno pitanje zašto i pod kojim uvjetima se rekonstruiraju poslovni prostori koji su dijelom i u privatnom vlasništvu i na koji način njihovi vlasnici sudjeluju u financiranju radova Sanitat nikad nije dao. Sada je tim poslovnim prostorima čak i značajno povećana vrijednost. Postavljanjem staklene stjenke na vanjske rubove novo izgrađenih nosivih zidova značajno im je povećana površina, uklonjeni su pregradni nosivi zidovi pa je potpuno jasno da se kao što je slučaj s placom i više od 800.000 eura vrijednim krovom i poslovni prostori rekonstruiraju prema potrebama onih koji će prostor place u budućnosti koristiti kao javnu površina za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti.

Proizvođači i prodavači koji s nestrpljenjem čekaju povratak na placu sigurno nisu tražili ovakve preverzije, a iskreno se nadam da iste neće otplaćivati kroz povećanu cijenu zakupa svojih banaka", stoji u priopćenju gradskog vijećnika Mara Kristića.

Maro Kristić o gruškoj placi: Od rekonstrukcije place najviše koristi imati će budući zakupci poslovnih prostora u njenom sklopu

"Radovi na gruškoj placi bliže se kraju. Ako su najave točne uskoro će se započeti sa završnom fazom izvođenja radova, a to je postavljanje krova nad prostorom tržnice.

Odgovorni tvrde kako su nakon cijelog niza konzultacija došli do rješenja, a to je krov koji se zaokreće i štiti od padalina. Konstrukcije će biti čelične, prekrivene platnom koje propušta svjetlo. Sama konstrukcija će u sebi imati integrirano svjetlo koje će tijekom noći ujednačeno svijetliti na cijeloj tržnici s mogućnošću reguliranja.

Kada pročitate gornje retke, koji predstavljaju izjavu glavnog projektanta, potpuno je jasno da će od rekonstrukcije place najviše koristi imati budući zakupci poslovnih prostora u njenom sklopu.

Nakon cirkusa sa zajednicom ponuditelja i nakon što se procijenjena vrijednost radova nekim čudom gotovo udvostručila, naknadno je utvrđeno da su poslovni prostori u sklopu tržnice u izrazito lošem konstruktivnom stanju te da ih je potrebno obnoviti. Odgovor na više puta postavljeno pitanje zašto i pod kojim uvjetima se rekonstruiraju poslovni prostori koji su dijelom i u privatnom vlasništvu i na koji način njihovi vlasnici sudjeluju u financiranju radova Sanitat nikad nije dao. Sada je tim poslovnim prostorima čak i značajno povećana vrijednost. Postavljanjem staklene stjenke na vanjske rubove novo izgrađenih nosivih zidova značajno im je povećana površina, uklonjeni su pregradni nosivi zidovi pa je potpuno jasno da se kao što je slučaj s placom i više od 800.000 eura vrijednim krovom i poslovni prostori rekonstruiraju prema potrebama onih koji će prostor place u budućnosti koristiti kao javnu površina za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti.

Proizvođači i prodavači koji s nestrpljenjem čekaju povratak na placu sigurno nisu tražili ovakve preverzije, a iskreno se nadam da iste neće otplaćivati kroz povećanu cijenu zakupa svojih banaka", stoji u priopćenju gradskog vijećnika Mara Kristića.
