[alias] => izmjene-i-dopune-gup-a-strozi-uvjeti-gradnje-restrikcije-u-visini-uvjetima-gradnje-i-zonama [catid] => 357 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Nakon što je Grad Dubrovnik još u prosincu prošle godine pokrenuo izmjene i dopune svojih temeljnih prostornih planova, Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama i dopunama Odluke o izradi izmjena i dopuna Generalnog urbanističkog plana Grada Dubrovnika i Prostornog plana uređenja upućen je Gradskom vijeću na raspravu i donošenje na 32. sjednici, a koja će se održati u ponedjeljak, 14. rujna, javljaju iz Grada.
 
Izmjene i dopune Generalnog urbanističkog plana Grada Dubrovnika donose se iz više razloga, a najvažniji se svakako odnosi na propisivanje restriktivnijih i strožih uvjeta gradnje na cijelom administrativnom području Grada Dubrovnika, a u svrhu postizanja uravnotežene i skladne izgradnje novih i rekonstrukcije postojećih objekata te očuvanja ambijentalnih karakteristika prostora.
 
Restrikcije u gradnji u prvom redu tiču se dozvoljenih visina budućih građevina, koje se smanjuju, te uvjeta gradnje i rekonstrukcije u svim zonama, a dotiču se i broja odnosno vrsta funkcionalnih jedinica.
 
U procesu izrade Nacrta odluke stručne službe Upravnog odjela za urbanizam, prostorno planiranje i zaštitu okoliša i Upravnog odjela za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje proveli su niz konzultacija tijekom kojih su utvrđene sve one odredbe plana koje se mogu pokazati kao potencijalno problematične u provedbi te se potom djelovalo prema uklanjaju uočenih nedostataka i neusklađenosti.
 
Osim postroživanja uvjeta gradnje, postupci izmjena i dopuna PPU-a i GUP-a konkretno se odnose i na, između ostalog, dječji vrtić u Komolcu, na smještaj za liječnike unutar zone kompleksa Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, budući azil za napuštene životnije na području Grabovice, prihvatište za ranjive skupine na Kantafigu, rekonstrukciju prometnice do tvrđave Imperijal na Srđu, rekonstrukciju i nadogradnju prometne mreže na području Rijeke Dubrovačke te na javne garaže.
 
Po stupanju na snagu donesenih odluka na Gradskom vijeću, iste će se uputiti svim nadležnim javnopravnim tijelima na dostavu zahtjeva uz paralelni postupak usuglašavanja teksta Nacrta prijedloga. Prijedlog plana za javnu raspravu utvrđuje Gradonačelnik, a nakon same javne rasprave izrađuje se Izvješće o javnoj raspravi i Nacrt konačnog prijedloga. Nakon utvrđivanja Konačnog prijedloga planova isti se na mišljenje dostavljaju Zavodu za prostorno uređenje Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije odnosno Ministarstvu graditeljstva, prostornog uređenja i državne imovine Republike Hrvatske na suglasnosti. Posljednji korak je usvajanje planova na Gradskom vijeću, što je opravdano očekivati krajem ove godine, kada počinje i primjena novih odredbi GUP-a.

Izmjene i dopune Generalnog urbanističkog plana Grada Dubrovnika donose se iz više razloga, a najvažniji se svakako odnosi na propisivanje restriktivnijih i strožih uvjeta gradnje na cijelom administrativnom području Grada Dubrovnika, a u svrhu postizanja uravnotežene i skladne izgradnje novih i rekonstrukcije postojećih objekata te očuvanja ambijentalnih karakteristika prostora.
 
Restrikcije u gradnji u prvom redu tiču se dozvoljenih visina budućih građevina, koje se smanjuju, te uvjeta gradnje i rekonstrukcije u svim zonama, a dotiču se i broja odnosno vrsta funkcionalnih jedinica.
 
U procesu izrade Nacrta odluke stručne službe Upravnog odjela za urbanizam, prostorno planiranje i zaštitu okoliša i Upravnog odjela za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje proveli su niz konzultacija tijekom kojih su utvrđene sve one odredbe plana koje se mogu pokazati kao potencijalno problematične u provedbi te se potom djelovalo prema uklanjaju uočenih nedostataka i neusklađenosti.
 
Osim postroživanja uvjeta gradnje, postupci izmjena i dopuna PPU-a i GUP-a konkretno se odnose i na, između ostalog, dječji vrtić u Komolcu, na smještaj za liječnike unutar zone kompleksa Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, budući azil za napuštene životnije na području Grabovice, prihvatište za ranjive skupine na Kantafigu, rekonstrukciju prometnice do tvrđave Imperijal na Srđu, rekonstrukciju i nadogradnju prometne mreže na području Rijeke Dubrovačke te na javne garaže.
 
Po stupanju na snagu donesenih odluka na Gradskom vijeću, iste će se uputiti svim nadležnim javnopravnim tijelima na dostavu zahtjeva uz paralelni postupak usuglašavanja teksta Nacrta prijedloga. Prijedlog plana za javnu raspravu utvrđuje Gradonačelnik, a nakon same javne rasprave izrađuje se Izvješće o javnoj raspravi i Nacrt konačnog prijedloga. Nakon utvrđivanja Konačnog prijedloga planova isti se na mišljenje dostavljaju Zavodu za prostorno uređenje Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije odnosno Ministarstvu graditeljstva, prostornog uređenja i državne imovine Republike Hrvatske na suglasnosti. Posljednji korak je usvajanje planova na Gradskom vijeću, što je opravdano očekivati krajem ove godine, kada počinje i primjena novih odredbi GUP-a.

Izmjene i dopune GUP-a Grada Dubrovnika
Nakon što je Grad Dubrovnik još u prosincu prošle godine pokrenuo izmjene i dopune svojih temeljnih prostornih planova, Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama i dopunama Odluke o izradi izmjena i dopuna Generalnog urbanističkog plana Grada Dubrovnika i Prostornog plana uređenja upućen je Gradskom vijeću na raspravu i donošenje na 32. sjednici, a koja će se održati u ponedjeljak, 14. rujna, javljaju iz Grada.
 
Izmjene i dopune Generalnog urbanističkog plana Grada Dubrovnika donose se iz više razloga, a najvažniji se svakako odnosi na propisivanje restriktivnijih i strožih uvjeta gradnje na cijelom administrativnom području Grada Dubrovnika, a u svrhu postizanja uravnotežene i skladne izgradnje novih i rekonstrukcije postojećih objekata te očuvanja ambijentalnih karakteristika prostora.
 
Restrikcije u gradnji u prvom redu tiču se dozvoljenih visina budućih građevina, koje se smanjuju, te uvjeta gradnje i rekonstrukcije u svim zonama, a dotiču se i broja odnosno vrsta funkcionalnih jedinica.
 
U procesu izrade Nacrta odluke stručne službe Upravnog odjela za urbanizam, prostorno planiranje i zaštitu okoliša i Upravnog odjela za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje proveli su niz konzultacija tijekom kojih su utvrđene sve one odredbe plana koje se mogu pokazati kao potencijalno problematične u provedbi te se potom djelovalo prema uklanjaju uočenih nedostataka i neusklađenosti.
 
Osim postroživanja uvjeta gradnje, postupci izmjena i dopuna PPU-a i GUP-a konkretno se odnose i na, između ostalog, dječji vrtić u Komolcu, na smještaj za liječnike unutar zone kompleksa Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, budući azil za napuštene životnije na području Grabovice, prihvatište za ranjive skupine na Kantafigu, rekonstrukciju prometnice do tvrđave Imperijal na Srđu, rekonstrukciju i nadogradnju prometne mreže na području Rijeke Dubrovačke te na javne garaže.
 
Po stupanju na snagu donesenih odluka na Gradskom vijeću, iste će se uputiti svim nadležnim javnopravnim tijelima na dostavu zahtjeva uz paralelni postupak usuglašavanja teksta Nacrta prijedloga. Prijedlog plana za javnu raspravu utvrđuje Gradonačelnik, a nakon same javne rasprave izrađuje se Izvješće o javnoj raspravi i Nacrt konačnog prijedloga. Nakon utvrđivanja Konačnog prijedloga planova isti se na mišljenje dostavljaju Zavodu za prostorno uređenje Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije odnosno Ministarstvu graditeljstva, prostornog uređenja i državne imovine Republike Hrvatske na suglasnosti. Posljednji korak je usvajanje planova na Gradskom vijeću, što je opravdano očekivati krajem ove godine, kada počinje i primjena novih odredbi GUP-a.
