Hrvatska poduzeća koja žele sama proizvoditi više energije za vlastite potrebe koristeći obnovljive izvore energije od ponedjeljka se mogu natjecati za dodjelu sredstava namijenjenih u te svrhe. Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja predstavit će poziv Proizvodnja električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora u prerađivačkoj industriji i toplinarstvu, prvi iz Modernizacijskog fonda koji je uspostavljen u sklopu EU sustava trgovanja emisijama stakleničkih plinova.
U idućih sedam godina hrvatskim tvrtkama bit će na raspolaganju milijarda eura, a vrijednost ovog poziva iznosi 60 milijuna eura. Bespovratni iznos koji se može dodijeliti po projektu namijenjenom ulaganju u razvoj, podizanje konkurentnosti i zelenu tranziciju, kreće se od 100 tisuća do maksimalno dva milijuna eura. Kako navode iz Ministarstva gospodarstva, ovime se želi potaknuti poduzeća da sama proizvode energiju za vlastite potrebe i time, između ostaloga, smanje ovisnost nabave energije na tržištu i troškove energenata. Isto tako, dodaju, "poticanjem korištenja obnovljivih izvora energije Hrvatska čini još jedan korak prema klimatski neutralnom gospodarstvu i ostvarivanju ciljeva na koje se obvezala", a to su smanjenje emisije stakleničkih plinova, ušteda energije te povećanje proizvodnje iz obnovljivih izvora i kapaciteta skladištenja energije.
Investicije mogu biti namijenjene za gradnju integriranih i/ili neintegriranih fotonaponskih elektrana u mrežnom pogonu, gradnju elektrana na biomasu i bioplin, postavljanje sustava za skladištenje električne energije (baterije), projektantski i stručni nadzor građenja te koordinaciju zaštite na radu.
Za aktivnosti Modernizacijskog fonda u Hrvatskoj nadležno je Ministarstvo gospodarstva, a provedbeno tijelo je Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (FZOU). Nakon prvog, očekuje se i drugi poziv za dodjelu sredstava namijenjenih ulaganju u mjere energetske učinkovitosti i visokoučinkovite kogeneracije u prerađivačkoj industriji, a u Ministarstvu kažu da će mu ukupna vrijednosti biti 80 milijuna eura.

Pritom podsjećaju da su u tijeku drugi projekti FZOU-a i Agencije za ugljikovodike, kojima je cilj povećati energetsku neovisnost zemlje jer "to nije samo pitanje gospodarstva, već i jedan od stupova sigurnosti države". Uz ostalo, riječ je o projektu Solarni paneli x3, koji bi trebao osigurati veću samodostatnost kućanstava ulaganjem u vlastite fotonaponske elektrane. Do kraja ovog mjeseca očekuje se da će FZOU raspisati natječaj za kućne solare. Polovicu investicije od oko 15.000 eura financirat će država.
Prije nekoliko mjeseci Vlada je donijela uredbu o Zakonu o hitnoj intervenciji za rješavanje pitanja visokih cijena električne energije, kojom se prihod od prodaje ograničava na 180 eura po MWh. Cjelokupni višak prihoda potom se uplaćuje u FZOU koji onda ta ista sredstva koristi za isplatu poticaja građanima za ugradnju solarnih panela, subvencioniranih u iznosu od 50 posto, piše Jutarnji list
U tijeku je i natječaj Agencije za ugljikovodike za davanje koncesije za istraživanje geotermalnih voda u energetske svrhe, na šest prostora u četiri županije - Međimurskoj, Koprivničko-križevačkoj, Podravskoj i Osječko-baranjskoj. Natječaj je otvoren krajem prosinca, a krajnji rok za podnošenje ponuda je 1. lipnja. Očekivana vrijednost investicija iznosi oko 400 milijuna eura.

Hrvatska poduzeća koja žele sama proizvoditi više energije za vlastite potrebe koristeći obnovljive izvore energije od ponedjeljka se mogu natjecati za dodjelu sredstava namijenjenih u te svrhe. Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja predstavit će poziv Proizvodnja električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora u prerađivačkoj industriji i toplinarstvu, prvi iz Modernizacijskog fonda koji je uspostavljen u sklopu EU sustava trgovanja emisijama stakleničkih plinova.
U idućih sedam godina hrvatskim tvrtkama bit će na raspolaganju milijarda eura, a vrijednost ovog poziva iznosi 60 milijuna eura. Bespovratni iznos koji se može dodijeliti po projektu namijenjenom ulaganju u razvoj, podizanje konkurentnosti i zelenu tranziciju, kreće se od 100 tisuća do maksimalno dva milijuna eura. Kako navode iz Ministarstva gospodarstva, ovime se želi potaknuti poduzeća da sama proizvode energiju za vlastite potrebe i time, između ostaloga, smanje ovisnost nabave energije na tržištu i troškove energenata. Isto tako, dodaju, "poticanjem korištenja obnovljivih izvora energije Hrvatska čini još jedan korak prema klimatski neutralnom gospodarstvu i ostvarivanju ciljeva na koje se obvezala", a to su smanjenje emisije stakleničkih plinova, ušteda energije te povećanje proizvodnje iz obnovljivih izvora i kapaciteta skladištenja energije.
Investicije mogu biti namijenjene za gradnju integriranih i/ili neintegriranih fotonaponskih elektrana u mrežnom pogonu, gradnju elektrana na biomasu i bioplin, postavljanje sustava za skladištenje električne energije (baterije), projektantski i stručni nadzor građenja te koordinaciju zaštite na radu.
Za aktivnosti Modernizacijskog fonda u Hrvatskoj nadležno je Ministarstvo gospodarstva, a provedbeno tijelo je Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (FZOU). Nakon prvog, očekuje se i drugi poziv za dodjelu sredstava namijenjenih ulaganju u mjere energetske učinkovitosti i visokoučinkovite kogeneracije u prerađivačkoj industriji, a u Ministarstvu kažu da će mu ukupna vrijednosti biti 80 milijuna eura.

Pritom podsjećaju da su u tijeku drugi projekti FZOU-a i Agencije za ugljikovodike, kojima je cilj povećati energetsku neovisnost zemlje jer "to nije samo pitanje gospodarstva, već i jedan od stupova sigurnosti države". Uz ostalo, riječ je o projektu Solarni paneli x3, koji bi trebao osigurati veću samodostatnost kućanstava ulaganjem u vlastite fotonaponske elektrane. Do kraja ovog mjeseca očekuje se da će FZOU raspisati natječaj za kućne solare. Polovicu investicije od oko 15.000 eura financirat će država.
Prije nekoliko mjeseci Vlada je donijela uredbu o Zakonu o hitnoj intervenciji za rješavanje pitanja visokih cijena električne energije, kojom se prihod od prodaje ograničava na 180 eura po MWh. Cjelokupni višak prihoda potom se uplaćuje u FZOU koji onda ta ista sredstva koristi za isplatu poticaja građanima za ugradnju solarnih panela, subvencioniranih u iznosu od 50 posto, piše Jutarnji list
U tijeku je i natječaj Agencije za ugljikovodike za davanje koncesije za istraživanje geotermalnih voda u energetske svrhe, na šest prostora u četiri županije - Međimurskoj, Koprivničko-križevačkoj, Podravskoj i Osječko-baranjskoj. Natječaj je otvoren krajem prosinca, a krajnji rok za podnošenje ponuda je 1. lipnja. Očekivana vrijednost investicija iznosi oko 400 milijuna eura.
