Valamar će početkom srpnja svojim djelatnicima isplatiti nagradu za pripremu i otvorenje sezone 2021. u iznosu od 1.300 kuna, nastavlja sa programima nagrađivanja tokom ljeta te jamči minimalna neto primanja od 5.000 kuna.

Valamar je kroz krizno razdoblje od proljeća 2020. godine uspio očuvati radna mjesta kroz program “Pauza, Restart”, uz podršku sindikata, Vlade i državnih potpora, i tako spremno dočekao ljetnu sezonu.

U cilju pomoći djelatnicima koji su radili na pripremi sezone u otežanim uvjetima i čekali na posao tokom proljeća s umanjenim primanjima, Valamar je u dogovoru sa sindikatima odlučio otvoriti sezonu novčanom nagradom u iznosu od 1.300 kn neto koja će biti isplaćena u srpnju za stalne djelatnike, stalne sezonce i sezonce zaposlene do 31. svibnja 2021.

Svim ostalim sezonskim djelatnicima koji će se zaposliti tokom lipnja i srpnja te uspješno odraditi ljetnu sezonu, u rujnu će biti isplaćena nagrada za sezonski rad u iznosu od 1.000 kn neto.

Dodatno, kao treću ključnu mjeru Valamar je pokrenuo program nagrađivanja djelatnika tijekom srpnja i kolovoza u iznosu do 1.000 kn neto koji će se isplaćivati s obzirom na uspješnost i ostvareni turistički promet.

Valamar nastavlja s programom Valamar jamstvo koje garantira minimalnih 5.000 kuna neto primanja za sve djelatnike koji odrade puni kalendarski mjesec. Kao i prijašnjih godina, svim sezoncima koji dolaze raditi u Valamar destinacije osiguran je kvalitetan smještaj u Kući Valamar, prehrana te druge pogodnosti.

Valamar će početkom srpnja svojim djelatnicima isplatiti nagradu za pripremu i otvorenje sezone 2021. u iznosu od 1.300 kuna, nastavlja sa programima nagrađivanja tokom ljeta te jamči minimalna neto primanja od 5.000 kuna.

Valamar je kroz krizno razdoblje od proljeća 2020. godine uspio očuvati radna mjesta kroz program “Pauza, Restart”, uz podršku sindikata, Vlade i državnih potpora, i tako spremno dočekao ljetnu sezonu.

U cilju pomoći djelatnicima koji su radili na pripremi sezone u otežanim uvjetima i čekali na posao tokom proljeća s umanjenim primanjima, Valamar je u dogovoru sa sindikatima odlučio otvoriti sezonu novčanom nagradom u iznosu od 1.300 kn neto koja će biti isplaćena u srpnju za stalne djelatnike, stalne sezonce i sezonce zaposlene do 31. svibnja 2021.

Svim ostalim sezonskim djelatnicima koji će se zaposliti tokom lipnja i srpnja te uspješno odraditi ljetnu sezonu, u rujnu će biti isplaćena nagrada za sezonski rad u iznosu od 1.000 kn neto.

Dodatno, kao treću ključnu mjeru Valamar je pokrenuo program nagrađivanja djelatnika tijekom srpnja i kolovoza u iznosu do 1.000 kn neto koji će se isplaćivati s obzirom na uspješnost i ostvareni turistički promet.

Valamar nastavlja s programom Valamar jamstvo koje garantira minimalnih 5.000 kuna neto primanja za sve djelatnike koji odrade puni kalendarski mjesec. Kao i prijašnjih godina, svim sezoncima koji dolaze raditi u Valamar destinacije osiguran je kvalitetan smještaj u Kući Valamar, prehrana te druge pogodnosti.

Valamar će početkom srpnja svojim djelatnicima isplatiti nagradu za pripremu i otvorenje sezone 2021. u iznosu od 1.300 kuna, nastavlja sa programima nagrađivanja tokom ljeta te jamči minimalna neto primanja od 5.000 kuna.

Valamar je kroz krizno razdoblje od proljeća 2020. godine uspio očuvati radna mjesta kroz program “Pauza, Restart”, uz podršku sindikata, Vlade i državnih potpora, i tako spremno dočekao ljetnu sezonu.

U cilju pomoći djelatnicima koji su radili na pripremi sezone u otežanim uvjetima i čekali na posao tokom proljeća s umanjenim primanjima, Valamar je u dogovoru sa sindikatima odlučio otvoriti sezonu novčanom nagradom u iznosu od 1.300 kn neto koja će biti isplaćena u srpnju za stalne djelatnike, stalne sezonce i sezonce zaposlene do 31. svibnja 2021.

Svim ostalim sezonskim djelatnicima koji će se zaposliti tokom lipnja i srpnja te uspješno odraditi ljetnu sezonu, u rujnu će biti isplaćena nagrada za sezonski rad u iznosu od 1.000 kn neto.

Dodatno, kao treću ključnu mjeru Valamar je pokrenuo program nagrađivanja djelatnika tijekom srpnja i kolovoza u iznosu do 1.000 kn neto koji će se isplaćivati s obzirom na uspješnost i ostvareni turistički promet.

Valamar nastavlja s programom Valamar jamstvo koje garantira minimalnih 5.000 kuna neto primanja za sve djelatnike koji odrade puni kalendarski mjesec. Kao i prijašnjih godina, svim sezoncima koji dolaze raditi u Valamar destinacije osiguran je kvalitetan smještaj u Kući Valamar, prehrana te druge pogodnosti.
