Kakva je bila protekla godina u Lučkoj upravi Dubrovnik u poslovnom i financijskom smislu?

Posljednje dvije godine promet se pod utjecajem pandemije značajno smanjio, ali čak i u pandemijskom razdoblju Dubrovnik je potvrdio svoju poziciju kao jedne od najvažnijih destinacija na Mediteranu i najproaktivnije luke na Jadranu. Brojke o ostvarenom prometu su sve bolje. Tržište se polako, ali sigurno oporavlja, tako da je promet u luci Dubrovnik – Gruž u ovoj godini rastao po svim kategorijama putnika, a isto se očekuje prema najavama i u 2023. godini.

 

Iako se kruzing turizam još nije u potpunosti vratio, uplovljavanja je ipak bilo. Koliko ste zadovoljni ostvarenim?

U Lučkoj upravi Dubrovnik s radošću smo dočekali ovogodišnju turističku sezonu, a u 2022. godini u luci Dubrovnik – Gruž ostvareno je 314 dolazaka brodova i 377.005 putnika na kružnim putovanjima. S obzirom na još uvijek smanjeni COVID kapacitet putnika, popunjenost cruisera trenutno iznosi oko 75 posto. Raspored dolazaka je u potpunosti usklađen s planovima održivog razvoja kruzing turizma u destinaciji. Maksimalni broj putnika s brodova na kružnim putovanjima u Dubrovniku tijekom cijele 2022. godine i nadalje iznosi 4.000 putnika istovremeno, odnosno u prosjeku manje od dva broda na vezu.

Bilo je dosta prijepora oko prijevoza putnika od luke do Grada. Koliko učinkovit se pokazao prijevoz putnika s kruzera autobusima Libertasa?

U ovoj turističkoj sezoni ostvarena su značajna poboljšanja putem različitih mjera i aktivnosti projekta Respect the City te pažljivog planiranja dolazaka/odlazaka brodova na dnevnoj, tjednoj, mjesečnoj i godišnjoj razini. Ticanja su primjereno raspoređena tako da u prosjeku imamo 40 ticanja mjesečno. S obzirom na veliku dnevnu koncentraciju putnika na relativno ograničenom gradskom prostoru, ostvarena je bolja i konkretnija komunikacija i koordinacija s brodskim kompanijama čiji brodovi uplovljavaju u našu luku, organiziranost na terenu je bolja i učinkovitija, što za rezultat ima ravnomjerniji raspored ticanja brodova i kontrolirani protok turista u Gradu. U okviru navedenih mjera i aktivnosti, ostvarena je usluga prijevoza putnika autobusima gradskog prijevoznika Libertas Dubrovnik od luke Gruž do Pila, što predstavlja vrlo uspješno prometno rješenje budući da pridonosi smanjenju opterećenja prometnica na užem području Grada i poboljšanju kvalitete usluge svim posjetiteljima destinacije.

Slijedi rekonstrukcija i uređenje Batahovine. Koliko će to pridonijeti poslovanju? Koje investicije planirate u 2023. godini?

Projekt Batahovina 2 uključen je u Nacionalni plan razvoja luka od osobitog međunarodnoga gospodarskog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Lučka uprava Dubrovnik ishodila je pravomoćnu građevinsku dozvolu za projekt koji će u suradnji s Upravom za EU fondove biti prijavljen za sufinanciranje iz CEF programa, s ciljem izgradnje nove operativne obale u dužini od 426 metara s dvije trajektne rampe (ro-ro) na području Batahovine, čime će se omogućiti dodatni prijeko potrebni prihvatni kapaciteti za brodove u luci Dubrovnik – Gruž. Iznos investicije je oko 120 milijuna kuna, a očekivano trajanje projekta je 24 mjeseca. Razvoj trajektne putničke luke od velikog je značaja za ukupnu prometnu sliku Dubrovnika, a realizacijom ovog projekta će se osigurati bolja povezanost s otocima, veće mogućnosti prihvata malih domaćih brodova, izletničkih brodica i jahti, efikasnija usluga i operativna sposobnost na lučkom području te bolja integracija u prometni sustav.

Ostvareno 10 home port ticanja

Može li Luka Gruž postati home port za kruzere?

U ovoj godini ostvareno je u prosjeku 10 home port ticanja mjesečno, a do kraja sezone realizirano je ukupno 26 ticanja broda Marella Explorer 2 četvrtkom uz povećanje broja ukrcanih/iskrcanih putnika u odnosu na predpandemijsko razdoblje, s obzirom da se radi o brodu 30 posto većeg kapaciteta od prethodnog te 45 ticanja manjih kruzera koji su i ranije koristili luku Dubrovnik u home port aranžmanu. Daljnji razvoj Dubrovnika kao home port destinacije ima iznimnu važnost za destinaciju u cjelini.

Kakva je bila protekla godina u Lučkoj upravi Dubrovnik u poslovnom i financijskom smislu?

Posljednje dvije godine promet se pod utjecajem pandemije značajno smanjio, ali čak i u pandemijskom razdoblju Dubrovnik je potvrdio svoju poziciju kao jedne od najvažnijih destinacija na Mediteranu i najproaktivnije luke na Jadranu. Brojke o ostvarenom prometu su sve bolje. Tržište se polako, ali sigurno oporavlja, tako da je promet u luci Dubrovnik – Gruž u ovoj godini rastao po svim kategorijama putnika, a isto se očekuje prema najavama i u 2023. godini.

 

Iako se kruzing turizam još nije u potpunosti vratio, uplovljavanja je ipak bilo. Koliko ste zadovoljni ostvarenim?

U Lučkoj upravi Dubrovnik s radošću smo dočekali ovogodišnju turističku sezonu, a u 2022. godini u luci Dubrovnik – Gruž ostvareno je 314 dolazaka brodova i 377.005 putnika na kružnim putovanjima. S obzirom na još uvijek smanjeni COVID kapacitet putnika, popunjenost cruisera trenutno iznosi oko 75 posto. Raspored dolazaka je u potpunosti usklađen s planovima održivog razvoja kruzing turizma u destinaciji. Maksimalni broj putnika s brodova na kružnim putovanjima u Dubrovniku tijekom cijele 2022. godine i nadalje iznosi 4.000 putnika istovremeno, odnosno u prosjeku manje od dva broda na vezu.

Bilo je dosta prijepora oko prijevoza putnika od luke do Grada. Koliko učinkovit se pokazao prijevoz putnika s kruzera autobusima Libertasa?

U ovoj turističkoj sezoni ostvarena su značajna poboljšanja putem različitih mjera i aktivnosti projekta Respect the City te pažljivog planiranja dolazaka/odlazaka brodova na dnevnoj, tjednoj, mjesečnoj i godišnjoj razini. Ticanja su primjereno raspoređena tako da u prosjeku imamo 40 ticanja mjesečno. S obzirom na veliku dnevnu koncentraciju putnika na relativno ograničenom gradskom prostoru, ostvarena je bolja i konkretnija komunikacija i koordinacija s brodskim kompanijama čiji brodovi uplovljavaju u našu luku, organiziranost na terenu je bolja i učinkovitija, što za rezultat ima ravnomjerniji raspored ticanja brodova i kontrolirani protok turista u Gradu. U okviru navedenih mjera i aktivnosti, ostvarena je usluga prijevoza putnika autobusima gradskog prijevoznika Libertas Dubrovnik od luke Gruž do Pila, što predstavlja vrlo uspješno prometno rješenje budući da pridonosi smanjenju opterećenja prometnica na užem području Grada i poboljšanju kvalitete usluge svim posjetiteljima destinacije.

Slijedi rekonstrukcija i uređenje Batahovine. Koliko će to pridonijeti poslovanju? Koje investicije planirate u 2023. godini?

Projekt Batahovina 2 uključen je u Nacionalni plan razvoja luka od osobitog međunarodnoga gospodarskog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Lučka uprava Dubrovnik ishodila je pravomoćnu građevinsku dozvolu za projekt koji će u suradnji s Upravom za EU fondove biti prijavljen za sufinanciranje iz CEF programa, s ciljem izgradnje nove operativne obale u dužini od 426 metara s dvije trajektne rampe (ro-ro) na području Batahovine, čime će se omogućiti dodatni prijeko potrebni prihvatni kapaciteti za brodove u luci Dubrovnik – Gruž. Iznos investicije je oko 120 milijuna kuna, a očekivano trajanje projekta je 24 mjeseca. Razvoj trajektne putničke luke od velikog je značaja za ukupnu prometnu sliku Dubrovnika, a realizacijom ovog projekta će se osigurati bolja povezanost s otocima, veće mogućnosti prihvata malih domaćih brodova, izletničkih brodica i jahti, efikasnija usluga i operativna sposobnost na lučkom području te bolja integracija u prometni sustav.

Ostvareno 10 home port ticanja

Može li Luka Gruž postati home port za kruzere?

U ovoj godini ostvareno je u prosjeku 10 home port ticanja mjesečno, a do kraja sezone realizirano je ukupno 26 ticanja broda Marella Explorer 2 četvrtkom uz povećanje broja ukrcanih/iskrcanih putnika u odnosu na predpandemijsko razdoblje, s obzirom da se radi o brodu 30 posto većeg kapaciteta od prethodnog te 45 ticanja manjih kruzera koji su i ranije koristili luku Dubrovnik u home port aranžmanu. Daljnji razvoj Dubrovnika kao home port destinacije ima iznimnu važnost za destinaciju u cjelini.
