Odnosno, ti će rokovi početi curiti u roku od 30 dana nakon donošenja urbanističkog plana kada je investitor dužan potpisati ugovor s državom nakon čega će Ministarstvo državne imovine objaviti ime hotelskog operatera. A to je podatak koji javnost s nestrpljenjem iščekuje. Nije svejedno hoće li i koja hotelska grupacija upravljati uslugama resorta u najljepšem dijelu župske vale? Nakon usvajanja UPU Kupari i predstavnik investitora Luka Paladina, direktor Avenue ulaganja d.o.o. izvijestio je kako se radi o jednom od najcjenjenijih svjetskih brendova.

Ni za Dubrovački vjesnik nije želio otkriti ništa više, pa niti potvrditi kako je riječ lancu hotela Four Seasons, koji je za projekt Kupare pronađen nakon što su prekinuti pregovori s Merriot International Inc koji je bio dio ponude Avenue ulaganja za Kupare.

- Mogu reći da se radi o jednom od najpoznatijih i najcjenjenijih hotelskih operatera iz ultra-luksuznog tržišnog segmenta i njegov dolazak u Kupare je zasigurno od velikog značaja za Župu dubrovačku, Dubrovnik, ali i Republiku Hrvatsku i naš turizam u cjelini - kaže Luka Paladina. Sada investitor ima rok od dvije godine da ishodi dozvole za gradnju budućeg hotelskog kompleksa. - Naš je cilj da to napravimo i prije krajnjeg roka, kako bi tijekom 2021. godine započeli s izgradnjom budućeg hotelskog kompleksa, kakav još nije viđen na ovim prostorima - poručuje Paladina koji dodaje kako Avenue ulaganja planiraju početi uklanjati postojeće građevine već tijekom ove godine.

Prema do sada dostupnim informacijama, budući resort ipak će biti manjeg kapaciteta nego je planovima dozvoljeno, a javnosti je najzanimljivije da će većina javnog prostora Kupara i ostati u javnoj namjeni. Ne mijenja se status javnosti cesta, pa ni puta koji danas vodi do mora kroz sredinu Kupara, niti obalna šetnica. Postojat će i javni parking od 70-tak mjesta i javna garaža ispod sadašnjeg hotela Kupari. Budući hotel na tom mjestu imat će 130 soba, predviđenog standarda 48 četvornih metara. Hotel na mjestu Goričine imat će 40 luksuznih apartmana svih preko 100 četvornih metara površine.
Iako je arhitektonska struka tražila da se kao spomenik arhitekture u prostoru zadrži Hotel Pelegrin to se neće dogoditi. Nije to predviđeno niti prošloga tjedna usvojenim UPU-om Kupari I., a predstavnici investitora tvrde kako uništeni hotel nije ni bilo moguće zadržati u prostoru.

Od nekadašnjeg kompleksa zaštićen je jedino Hotel Grand kao spomenik kulture i za njega je raspisana i posebna koncesija. Grand će se obnoviti kao svojevrsni centar budućega resorta. Odnosno, ti će rokovi početi curiti u roku od 30 dana nakon donošenja urbanističkog plana kada je investitor dužan potpisati ugovor s državom nakon čega će Ministarstvo državne imovine objaviti ime hotelskog operatera. A to je podatak koji javnost s nestrpljenjem iščekuje. Nije svejedno hoće li i koja hotelska grupacija upravljati uslugama resorta u najljepšem dijelu župske vale? Nakon usvajanja UPU Kupari i predstavnik investitora Luka Paladina, direktor Avenue ulaganja d.o.o. izvijestio je kako se radi o jednom od najcjenjenijih svjetskih brendova.

Ni za Dubrovački vjesnik nije želio otkriti ništa više, pa niti potvrditi kako je riječ lancu hotela Four Seasons, koji je za projekt Kupare pronađen nakon što su prekinuti pregovori s Merriot International Inc koji je bio dio ponude Avenue ulaganja za Kupare.

- Mogu reći da se radi o jednom od najpoznatijih i najcjenjenijih hotelskih operatera iz ultra-luksuznog tržišnog segmenta i njegov dolazak u Kupare je zasigurno od velikog značaja za Župu dubrovačku, Dubrovnik, ali i Republiku Hrvatsku i naš turizam u cjelini - kaže Luka Paladina. Sada investitor ima rok od dvije godine da ishodi dozvole za gradnju budućeg hotelskog kompleksa. - Naš je cilj da to napravimo i prije krajnjeg roka, kako bi tijekom 2021. godine započeli s izgradnjom budućeg hotelskog kompleksa, kakav još nije viđen na ovim prostorima - poručuje Paladina koji dodaje kako Avenue ulaganja planiraju početi uklanjati postojeće građevine već tijekom ove godine.

Prema do sada dostupnim informacijama, budući resort ipak će biti manjeg kapaciteta nego je planovima dozvoljeno, a javnosti je najzanimljivije da će većina javnog prostora Kupara i ostati u javnoj namjeni. Ne mijenja se status javnosti cesta, pa ni puta koji danas vodi do mora kroz sredinu Kupara, niti obalna šetnica. Postojat će i javni parking od 70-tak mjesta i javna garaža ispod sadašnjeg hotela Kupari. Budući hotel na tom mjestu imat će 130 soba, predviđenog standarda 48 četvornih metara. Hotel na mjestu Goričine imat će 40 luksuznih apartmana svih preko 100 četvornih metara površine.
Iako je arhitektonska struka tražila da se kao spomenik arhitekture u prostoru zadrži Hotel Pelegrin to se neće dogoditi. Nije to predviđeno niti prošloga tjedna usvojenim UPU-om Kupari I., a predstavnici investitora tvrde kako uništeni hotel nije ni bilo moguće zadržati u prostoru.

Od nekadašnjeg kompleksa zaštićen je jedino Hotel Grand kao spomenik kulture i za njega je raspisana i posebna koncesija. Grand će se obnoviti kao svojevrsni centar budućega resorta. U prostoru negdasnjeg vojnog odmaralista Kupari u tijeku su radovi na ciscenju kompleksa u kojem ce uskoro otpoceti jedna od najvecih investicija u turizmu. Avenue grupa sa sjedistem u Becu iza koje stoji ruski kapital kompleks u Kuparima ce do 2020. pretvoriti u vrhunski resort za bogate goste iz cijelog svijeta.

Tek su od protekloga tjedna, odnosno donošenjem Urbanističkog plana uređenja Kupara počeli teći rokovi Avenue ulaganjima, koncesionaru dvaju koncesioniranih područja u Kuparima za izgradnju novog resorta. Odnosno, ti će rokovi početi curiti u roku od 30 dana nakon donošenja urbanističkog plana kada je investitor dužan potpisati ugovor s državom nakon čega će Ministarstvo državne imovine objaviti ime hotelskog operatera. A to je podatak koji javnost s nestrpljenjem iščekuje. Nije svejedno hoće li i koja hotelska grupacija upravljati uslugama resorta u najljepšem dijelu župske vale? Nakon usvajanja UPU Kupari i predstavnik investitora Luka Paladina, direktor Avenue ulaganja d.o.o. izvijestio je kako se radi o jednom od najcjenjenijih svjetskih brendova.
