Anđelko Glivar iz Donje Stubice preminuo je jutros u Općoj bolnici Zabok i bolnici hrvatskih veterana, javlja Zagorje.com.
Dr. Glivar dugo je godina bio ugledni liječnik obiteljske medicine u Domu zdravlja u Donjoj Stubici.
Tragično je preminuo od posljedica uboda ose koja ga je ubola prije više od mjesec dana, otkada je bio u komi.
Ovo su savjeti Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo SDŽ:
Unatoč tome što postoji više od milijun vrsta insekata, alergijske reakcije na ubod insekta u našim se krajevima najčešće javljaju nakon uboda pčela, osa, stršljena, bumbara i mrava. Kod uboda pčele u ranici ostaje žalac s mjehurićem otrova iz zatka, kojeg je potrebno što prije ukloniti. Za razliku od pčela i bumbara koji napadaju samo kad su uznemireni, stršljeni i ose su izrazito agresivni insekti, ne ostavljaju žalac i mogu ubosti nekoliko puta. Otrov stršljena i osa je toksičniji i alergijske reakcije na njihov ubod obično su teže i ozbiljnije naravi. Alergijske reakcije na ubod mrava znatno su rjeđe.
U kliničkoj slici na mjestu uboda u početku dominira crvenilo, oteklina i bol, koji nastaju kao rezultat djelovanja otrova. U određenom broju slučajeva javlja se sustavna alergijska reakcija koja se u prvom stupnju očituje kao urtikarija (koprivnjača). U drugom stupnju slijedi je pojava općih simptoma poput glavobolje, mučnine, povraćanja, proljeva i/ili nesvjestice. Treći stupanj karakteriziraju teži simptomi kao što su problemi s disanjem, bol u grudima, otežano gutanje i poremećaji svijesti. Četvrti, ujedno i najteži stupanj, očituje se potpunim kolabiranjem, uz gubitak svijesti, pad krvnog tlaka, modru boju kože i sluznica te nemogućnost zadržavanja mokraće i stolice. Važno je znati kako se alergijske reakcije mogu javiti odmah nakon prvog uboda, međutim, češće su u osoba koje su već prije doživjele 2 – 3 uboda (npr. kod pčelara).
Ako je reakcija na ubod insekta lokalizirana, potrebno je staviti hladni oblog na mjesto uboda, ali ako se oteklina i crvenilo nastave povećavati, potrebno je zatražiti pomoć liječnika koji najčešće propisuje kortikosteroidnu kremu i/ili antihistaminske lijekove.
U slučaju sustavne alergijske reakcije (anafilaktičkog šoka) potrebno je što hitnije zatražiti liječničku pomoć. Osim primjene adrenalina, antihistaminskih i kortikosterodinih lijekova, osobe s anafilaktičkom reakcijom potrebno je hospitalizirati, jednako kao i sve osobe koje su prethodno doživjele sustavnu alergijsku reakciju na ubod insekta, angioedem (oteklina mekih tkiva, osobito usnica, vjeđa ili sluznice usne šupljine) ili bronhospazam (otežano disanje). Sve osobe koje su već doživjele anafilaktičku reakciju na ubod insekta sa sobom trebaju nositi pribor za samopomoć (adrenalin koji se primjenjuje autoinjektorom, tablete antishistaminika i eventualno kortikosteroida), te što prije potražiti liječničku pomoć.
U cilju prevencije uboda potrebno je provesti neke opće mjere:
ne hodati bosonog;
izbjegavati odjeću jarkih boja i jake parfeme (jer privlače insekte);
izbjegavati brze pokrete poput mahanja rukama u blizini insekata (potiču agresivnost insekata);
ne jesti na otvorenom hranu jakog mirisa (slatko voće, salama i sl.);
pripaziti dok se piju sokovi intenzivnog mirisa ili boje (insekti često upadnu u čašu);
držati zatvorenima kante za smeće;
na prozore staviti mreže kako bi spriječili ulazak insekata, te
prilikom boravka u prirodi koristiti repelente (sredstava koja odbijaju insekte).

Anđelko Glivar iz Donje Stubice preminuo je jutros u Općoj bolnici Zabok i bolnici hrvatskih veterana, javlja Zagorje.com.
Dr. Glivar dugo je godina bio ugledni liječnik obiteljske medicine u Domu zdravlja u Donjoj Stubici.
Tragično je preminuo od posljedica uboda ose koja ga je ubola prije više od mjesec dana, otkada je bio u komi.
Ovo su savjeti Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo SDŽ:
Unatoč tome što postoji više od milijun vrsta insekata, alergijske reakcije na ubod insekta u našim se krajevima najčešće javljaju nakon uboda pčela, osa, stršljena, bumbara i mrava. Kod uboda pčele u ranici ostaje žalac s mjehurićem otrova iz zatka, kojeg je potrebno što prije ukloniti. Za razliku od pčela i bumbara koji napadaju samo kad su uznemireni, stršljeni i ose su izrazito agresivni insekti, ne ostavljaju žalac i mogu ubosti nekoliko puta. Otrov stršljena i osa je toksičniji i alergijske reakcije na njihov ubod obično su teže i ozbiljnije naravi. Alergijske reakcije na ubod mrava znatno su rjeđe.
U kliničkoj slici na mjestu uboda u početku dominira crvenilo, oteklina i bol, koji nastaju kao rezultat djelovanja otrova. U određenom broju slučajeva javlja se sustavna alergijska reakcija koja se u prvom stupnju očituje kao urtikarija (koprivnjača). U drugom stupnju slijedi je pojava općih simptoma poput glavobolje, mučnine, povraćanja, proljeva i/ili nesvjestice. Treći stupanj karakteriziraju teži simptomi kao što su problemi s disanjem, bol u grudima, otežano gutanje i poremećaji svijesti. Četvrti, ujedno i najteži stupanj, očituje se potpunim kolabiranjem, uz gubitak svijesti, pad krvnog tlaka, modru boju kože i sluznica te nemogućnost zadržavanja mokraće i stolice. Važno je znati kako se alergijske reakcije mogu javiti odmah nakon prvog uboda, međutim, češće su u osoba koje su već prije doživjele 2 – 3 uboda (npr. kod pčelara).
Ako je reakcija na ubod insekta lokalizirana, potrebno je staviti hladni oblog na mjesto uboda, ali ako se oteklina i crvenilo nastave povećavati, potrebno je zatražiti pomoć liječnika koji najčešće propisuje kortikosteroidnu kremu i/ili antihistaminske lijekove.
U slučaju sustavne alergijske reakcije (anafilaktičkog šoka) potrebno je što hitnije zatražiti liječničku pomoć. Osim primjene adrenalina, antihistaminskih i kortikosterodinih lijekova, osobe s anafilaktičkom reakcijom potrebno je hospitalizirati, jednako kao i sve osobe koje su prethodno doživjele sustavnu alergijsku reakciju na ubod insekta, angioedem (oteklina mekih tkiva, osobito usnica, vjeđa ili sluznice usne šupljine) ili bronhospazam (otežano disanje). Sve osobe koje su već doživjele anafilaktičku reakciju na ubod insekta sa sobom trebaju nositi pribor za samopomoć (adrenalin koji se primjenjuje autoinjektorom, tablete antishistaminika i eventualno kortikosteroida), te što prije potražiti liječničku pomoć.
U cilju prevencije uboda potrebno je provesti neke opće mjere:
ne hodati bosonog;
izbjegavati odjeću jarkih boja i jake parfeme (jer privlače insekte);
izbjegavati brze pokrete poput mahanja rukama u blizini insekata (potiču agresivnost insekata);
ne jesti na otvorenom hranu jakog mirisa (slatko voće, salama i sl.);
pripaziti dok se piju sokovi intenzivnog mirisa ili boje (insekti često upadnu u čašu);
držati zatvorenima kante za smeće;
na prozore staviti mreže kako bi spriječili ulazak insekata, te
prilikom boravka u prirodi koristiti repelente (sredstava koja odbijaju insekte).
