Grad Pariz priopćio je u četvrtak da će zabraniti nove apartmane profesionalnih iznajmljivača u zonama prevelike turističke koncentracije kako bi stalne stanovnike zaštitio od eksplozije rezervacija tipa Airbnb.

"U čitavim dijelovima Pariza bit će zabranjeno otvaranje novih apartmana jer mislimo da je ponuda veoma bogata", rekao je za medije Emmanuel Gregoire, prvi zamjenik pariške gradonačelnice.

Ta se mjera neće primjenjivati na vlasnike koji povremeno iznajmljuju svoju glavnu nekretninu ne dulje od 120 dana na godinu.
Francuski glavni grad koji službeno ima 43.000 turističkih apartmana - a gradska uprava misli da je taj broj uvelike podcijenjen - nada se skoroj zakonskoj regulativi o preuređenju ureda u turističke apartmane.

Dorine Bregman, dužnosnica u pariškoj gradskoj upravi, kaže da je od 2020. do 2022. svaka osma trgovina u središtu Pariza pretvorena u apartman.

Godine  2021. platforma Airbnb koju je gradska vlast tužila, osuđena je na 8 milijuna eura kazne jer je objavila tisuću oglasa bez registarskog broja.

Emmanuel Gregoire ističe da "regulacijski alati daju prve pozitivne rezultate" jer "pada broj prijavljenih apartmana za iznajmljivanje".

Grad Pariz priopćio je u četvrtak da će zabraniti nove apartmane profesionalnih iznajmljivača u zonama prevelike turističke koncentracije kako bi stalne stanovnike zaštitio od eksplozije rezervacija tipa Airbnb.

"U čitavim dijelovima Pariza bit će zabranjeno otvaranje novih apartmana jer mislimo da je ponuda veoma bogata", rekao je za medije Emmanuel Gregoire, prvi zamjenik pariške gradonačelnice.

Ta se mjera neće primjenjivati na vlasnike koji povremeno iznajmljuju svoju glavnu nekretninu ne dulje od 120 dana na godinu.
Francuski glavni grad koji službeno ima 43.000 turističkih apartmana - a gradska uprava misli da je taj broj uvelike podcijenjen - nada se skoroj zakonskoj regulativi o preuređenju ureda u turističke apartmane.

Dorine Bregman, dužnosnica u pariškoj gradskoj upravi, kaže da je od 2020. do 2022. svaka osma trgovina u središtu Pariza pretvorena u apartman.

Godine  2021. platforma Airbnb koju je gradska vlast tužila, osuđena je na 8 milijuna eura kazne jer je objavila tisuću oglasa bez registarskog broja.

Emmanuel Gregoire ističe da "regulacijski alati daju prve pozitivne rezultate" jer "pada broj prijavljenih apartmana za iznajmljivanje".

Grad Pariz priopćio je u četvrtak da će zabraniti nove apartmane profesionalnih iznajmljivača u zonama prevelike turističke koncentracije kako bi stalne stanovnike zaštitio od eksplozije rezervacija tipa Airbnb.

"U čitavim dijelovima Pariza bit će zabranjeno otvaranje novih apartmana jer mislimo da je ponuda veoma bogata", rekao je za medije Emmanuel Gregoire, prvi zamjenik pariške gradonačelnice.

Ta se mjera neće primjenjivati na vlasnike koji povremeno iznajmljuju svoju glavnu nekretninu ne dulje od 120 dana na godinu.
Francuski glavni grad koji službeno ima 43.000 turističkih apartmana - a gradska uprava misli da je taj broj uvelike podcijenjen - nada se skoroj zakonskoj regulativi o preuređenju ureda u turističke apartmane.

Dorine Bregman, dužnosnica u pariškoj gradskoj upravi, kaže da je od 2020. do 2022. svaka osma trgovina u središtu Pariza pretvorena u apartman.

Godine  2021. platforma Airbnb koju je gradska vlast tužila, osuđena je na 8 milijuna eura kazne jer je objavila tisuću oglasa bez registarskog broja.

Emmanuel Gregoire ističe da "regulacijski alati daju prve pozitivne rezultate" jer "pada broj prijavljenih apartmana za iznajmljivanje".
