Premijer Andrej Plenković u petak je najavio novčane kazne za poslovne subjekte koji ne budu poštovali vladin zaključak o vraćanju cijena na razinu od 31. prosinca, kao i mogućnost ukidanja subvencija za energente, ističući da će nadležne službe pojačati nadzor cijena.

Pomoćnica glavnog državnog inspektora Vedrana Filipović Grčić dala je informacije o praćenju kretanja cijena vezano za uvođenje eura. Inspektori su pratili jesu li do 11. siječnja cijene vraćene na razinu od prije 31. prosinca. Obavljeno je 696 nadzora, a u 178 slučajeva je utvrđeno neopravdano dizanje cijena od 1. siječnja, bilo proizvoda bilo usluga. 103 inspekcijska nadzora su u tijeku.

“Kod 30 posto subjekata je utvrđeno neopravdano dizanje cijena”, istaknula je, prenosi N1.

U nadzorima iz nadležnosti tržišne inspekcije utvrđen je 51 slučaj nepoštene trgovačke prakse. Povećanje cijena je u uslužnim djelatnostima najviše, potom pekarska djelatnost te trgovina na malo.

“U trgovini je više od 70 posto subjekata vratilo cijene na one od prije uvođenja eura. Kod frizerskih usluga, njege tijela došlo je u prosijeku do porasta cijena od 20 posto, no kod nekih je došlo i do rasta od 50 posto. Jednostavnim rječnikom, potrošač je od 1. siječnja neku uslugu trebao pratiti čak 50 posto više”, rekla je državna tajnica.

Kad je riječ o trgovini na malo, izdvojila je pekarske proizvode gdje je povećanje cijena oko 15 posto, no u pojedinim slučajevima ide i do 30 posto. Kad je riječ o ugostiteljstvu, obavljeno je 298 inspekcijskih nadzora, a u 127 je utvrđeno da su ugostitelji neopravdano povećali cijene. “Kada govorimo o prosječnom povećanju cijena, govorimo od 0,5 do 43 posto”, istaknula je.

Dalje slijedi poduzimanje prekršajnih mjera. Visina kazne je propisana do 26 tisuća eura za pravnu osoba dok je za fizičku osobu trgovca do 1090 eura.

“Svi poslovni subjekti koji su tijekom nadzora vratili cijene svojih proizvoda te činjenice će se uzeti u obzir prilikom odmjeravanja visine kazne. Svi oni koji su neopravdano povećali cijene, njima će se to uzeti kao otegotne okolnosti. Naše aktivnosti se nastavljaju”, poručila je državna tajnica, piše N1.

Šef Porezne uprave Božidar Kutleša izvijestio je o njihovim aktivnostima.

“Dosad je Porezna uprava provela 163 ciljana nadzora, a u dvije trećine slučajeva utvrđene su nepravilnosti. Utvrđeni su i planovi, imat ćemo najmanje 250 nadzora tjedno”, rekao je među ostalim dodajući da će na tjednoj bazi u provjerama sudjelovati najmanje sto inspektora.

Ravnatelj Carinske uprave Mario Demirović govorio je o njihovim aktivnostima.

Među ostalim je naglasio: “Cijene cigareta neopravdano su porasle. Radi se o prosječno porastu od 1,17 posto. Radi se o značajnom utjecaju na maloprodajno tržište. Održat ćemo sastanak s predstavnicima ovog sektora.

Ministar gospodarstva Davor Filipović objavio je nove cijene devet proizvoda koje su ograničili u rujnu prošle godine.

“U rujnu prošle godine donijeli smo odluku o ograničenju cijena devet proizvoda. Cijene su tad smanjene za skoro 30 posto. Prijedlog nove odluke ide u smjeru da se cijena ulja i mljevenog mesa smanji za dvije kune, tj 26 centi, a cijena šećera i svinjske lopatice poveća za dvije kune. Tako će i dalje cijene ovih devet proizvoda biti ograničene, a mjera će trajati do 31. ožujka ove godine”, rekao je ministar gospodarstva Davor Filipović.

Premijer Andrej Plenković u petak je najavio novčane kazne za poslovne subjekte koji ne budu poštovali vladin zaključak o vraćanju cijena na razinu od 31. prosinca, kao i mogućnost ukidanja subvencija za energente, ističući da će nadležne službe pojačati nadzor cijena.

Pomoćnica glavnog državnog inspektora Vedrana Filipović Grčić dala je informacije o praćenju kretanja cijena vezano za uvođenje eura. Inspektori su pratili jesu li do 11. siječnja cijene vraćene na razinu od prije 31. prosinca. Obavljeno je 696 nadzora, a u 178 slučajeva je utvrđeno neopravdano dizanje cijena od 1. siječnja, bilo proizvoda bilo usluga. 103 inspekcijska nadzora su u tijeku.

“Kod 30 posto subjekata je utvrđeno neopravdano dizanje cijena”, istaknula je, prenosi N1.

U nadzorima iz nadležnosti tržišne inspekcije utvrđen je 51 slučaj nepoštene trgovačke prakse. Povećanje cijena je u uslužnim djelatnostima najviše, potom pekarska djelatnost te trgovina na malo.

“U trgovini je više od 70 posto subjekata vratilo cijene na one od prije uvođenja eura. Kod frizerskih usluga, njege tijela došlo je u prosijeku do porasta cijena od 20 posto, no kod nekih je došlo i do rasta od 50 posto. Jednostavnim rječnikom, potrošač je od 1. siječnja neku uslugu trebao pratiti čak 50 posto više”, rekla je državna tajnica.

Kad je riječ o trgovini na malo, izdvojila je pekarske proizvode gdje je povećanje cijena oko 15 posto, no u pojedinim slučajevima ide i do 30 posto. Kad je riječ o ugostiteljstvu, obavljeno je 298 inspekcijskih nadzora, a u 127 je utvrđeno da su ugostitelji neopravdano povećali cijene. “Kada govorimo o prosječnom povećanju cijena, govorimo od 0,5 do 43 posto”, istaknula je.

Dalje slijedi poduzimanje prekršajnih mjera. Visina kazne je propisana do 26 tisuća eura za pravnu osoba dok je za fizičku osobu trgovca do 1090 eura.

“Svi poslovni subjekti koji su tijekom nadzora vratili cijene svojih proizvoda te činjenice će se uzeti u obzir prilikom odmjeravanja visine kazne. Svi oni koji su neopravdano povećali cijene, njima će se to uzeti kao otegotne okolnosti. Naše aktivnosti se nastavljaju”, poručila je državna tajnica, piše N1.

Šef Porezne uprave Božidar Kutleša izvijestio je o njihovim aktivnostima.

“Dosad je Porezna uprava provela 163 ciljana nadzora, a u dvije trećine slučajeva utvrđene su nepravilnosti. Utvrđeni su i planovi, imat ćemo najmanje 250 nadzora tjedno”, rekao je među ostalim dodajući da će na tjednoj bazi u provjerama sudjelovati najmanje sto inspektora.

Ravnatelj Carinske uprave Mario Demirović govorio je o njihovim aktivnostima.

Među ostalim je naglasio: “Cijene cigareta neopravdano su porasle. Radi se o prosječno porastu od 1,17 posto. Radi se o značajnom utjecaju na maloprodajno tržište. Održat ćemo sastanak s predstavnicima ovog sektora.

Ministar gospodarstva Davor Filipović objavio je nove cijene devet proizvoda koje su ograničili u rujnu prošle godine.

“U rujnu prošle godine donijeli smo odluku o ograničenju cijena devet proizvoda. Cijene su tad smanjene za skoro 30 posto. Prijedlog nove odluke ide u smjeru da se cijena ulja i mljevenog mesa smanji za dvije kune, tj 26 centi, a cijena šećera i svinjske lopatice poveća za dvije kune. Tako će i dalje cijene ovih devet proizvoda biti ograničene, a mjera će trajati do 31. ožujka ove godine”, rekao je ministar gospodarstva Davor Filipović.

Premijer Andrej Plenković u petak je najavio novčane kazne za poslovne subjekte koji ne budu poštovali vladin zaključak o vraćanju cijena na razinu od 31. prosinca, kao i mogućnost ukidanja subvencija za energente, ističući da će nadležne službe pojačati nadzor cijena.

Pomoćnica glavnog državnog inspektora Vedrana Filipović Grčić dala je informacije o praćenju kretanja cijena vezano za uvođenje eura. Inspektori su pratili jesu li do 11. siječnja cijene vraćene na razinu od prije 31. prosinca. Obavljeno je 696 nadzora, a u 178 slučajeva je utvrđeno neopravdano dizanje cijena od 1. siječnja, bilo proizvoda bilo usluga. 103 inspekcijska nadzora su u tijeku.

“Kod 30 posto subjekata je utvrđeno neopravdano dizanje cijena”, istaknula je, prenosi N1.

U nadzorima iz nadležnosti tržišne inspekcije utvrđen je 51 slučaj nepoštene trgovačke prakse. Povećanje cijena je u uslužnim djelatnostima najviše, potom pekarska djelatnost te trgovina na malo.

“U trgovini je više od 70 posto subjekata vratilo cijene na one od prije uvođenja eura. Kod frizerskih usluga, njege tijela došlo je u prosijeku do porasta cijena od 20 posto, no kod nekih je došlo i do rasta od 50 posto. Jednostavnim rječnikom, potrošač je od 1. siječnja neku uslugu trebao pratiti čak 50 posto više”, rekla je državna tajnica.

Kad je riječ o trgovini na malo, izdvojila je pekarske proizvode gdje je povećanje cijena oko 15 posto, no u pojedinim slučajevima ide i do 30 posto. Kad je riječ o ugostiteljstvu, obavljeno je 298 inspekcijskih nadzora, a u 127 je utvrđeno da su ugostitelji neopravdano povećali cijene. “Kada govorimo o prosječnom povećanju cijena, govorimo od 0,5 do 43 posto”, istaknula je.
