Brzi antigenski testovi, kojih se od ponedjeljka radi više, ne ulaze u statistiku pozitivnih dnevnih slučajeva zaraze koronom. Kako pojašnjava zamjenica ravnatelja HZJZ-a Ivana Pavić Šimetin, pravila Europskog centra za prevenciju i kontrolu bolesti kažu da se, iz svih zemalja EU, prikazuju samo pozitivni PCR testovi kako bi se države mogle uspoređivati, piše N1, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
Podsjetimo, od ponedjeljka je uveden i brzi antigenski test (BAT) kao ravnopravan PCR testu, što znači da, ako je netko pozitivan na brzom testiranju, više ne mora dijagnozu potvrđivati PCR-om. I antigenski je test sada dovoljan za izdavanje covid propusnice, no samo za domaće potrebe. Na temelju njega nije moguće dobiti EU Covid digitalnu putovnicu, koja jedina vrijedi za kretanje preko granice. Pacijent koji sumnja da je zaražen inzistira na PCR testu, ima pravo odbiti brzi antigenski test i od liječnika zatražiti uputnicu za PCR, objasnili su nam obiteljski liječnici. Kažu kako im se čini, međutim, da pacijenti još nisu shvatili da na temelju brzog antigenskog testa neće moći dobiti EU covid digitalnu putovnicu nego samo potvrdu liječnika da su preboljeli, s kojom će se moći slobodno kretati i ulaziti na događanja isključivo u Hrvatskoj. Ta će potvrda vrijediti koliko i EU digitalna putovnica. Ministar Vili Beroš nedavno je kazao kako nije siguran da će liječnici, koji sad i sami testiraju antigenskim testovima, pacijentu htjeti dati uputnicu za PCR.
“Normalno je da netko tko je zaražen, ima koronu, želi PCR test kako bi kasnije dobio i EU potvrdu, i ja mu uputnicu za PCR moram dati”, rekla je jedna zagrebačka liječnica za 24sata.
Dodaje kako zasad inzistiranja na PCR-u nema. HZZO potvrđuje da liječnik odlučuje o vrsti testa, uz napomenu kako je cilj da rezultati budu što prije, a HZZO te testove plaća.
HZZO nije nadležan za određivanje koju će vrstu testiranja izabrani doktor preporučiti svom pacijentu.
“Izabrani doktori primarne zdravstvene zaštite prema svojoj stručnoj procjeni i medicinskoj indikaciji odlučuju o vrsti testiranja za svoje pacijente, dok HZZO plaća testiranja koja je izabrani doktor učinio u svojoj ordinaciji ili je uputio osiguranu osobu na testiranje u neku od ugovornih zdravstvenih ustanova HZZO-a. Izabrani doktor trebao bi se voditi prije svega potrebom za pravovremenim postavljanjem dijagnoze kod pacijenta sa simptomima radi pravovremenog poduzimanja protuepidemijskih mjera”, kaže HZZO.
Podatak o tome koliko je od ponedjeljka smanjen broj PCR testova HZZO nema. Bit će, kažu, dostupan početkom veljače.

Brzi antigenski testovi, kojih se od ponedjeljka radi više, ne ulaze u statistiku pozitivnih dnevnih slučajeva zaraze koronom. Kako pojašnjava zamjenica ravnatelja HZJZ-a Ivana Pavić Šimetin, pravila Europskog centra za prevenciju i kontrolu bolesti kažu da se, iz svih zemalja EU, prikazuju samo pozitivni PCR testovi kako bi se države mogle uspoređivati, piše N1, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
Podsjetimo, od ponedjeljka je uveden i brzi antigenski test (BAT) kao ravnopravan PCR testu, što znači da, ako je netko pozitivan na brzom testiranju, više ne mora dijagnozu potvrđivati PCR-om. I antigenski je test sada dovoljan za izdavanje covid propusnice, no samo za domaće potrebe. Na temelju njega nije moguće dobiti EU Covid digitalnu putovnicu, koja jedina vrijedi za kretanje preko granice. Pacijent koji sumnja da je zaražen inzistira na PCR testu, ima pravo odbiti brzi antigenski test i od liječnika zatražiti uputnicu za PCR, objasnili su nam obiteljski liječnici. Kažu kako im se čini, međutim, da pacijenti još nisu shvatili da na temelju brzog antigenskog testa neće moći dobiti EU covid digitalnu putovnicu nego samo potvrdu liječnika da su preboljeli, s kojom će se moći slobodno kretati i ulaziti na događanja isključivo u Hrvatskoj. Ta će potvrda vrijediti koliko i EU digitalna putovnica. Ministar Vili Beroš nedavno je kazao kako nije siguran da će liječnici, koji sad i sami testiraju antigenskim testovima, pacijentu htjeti dati uputnicu za PCR.
“Normalno je da netko tko je zaražen, ima koronu, želi PCR test kako bi kasnije dobio i EU potvrdu, i ja mu uputnicu za PCR moram dati”, rekla je jedna zagrebačka liječnica za 24sata.
Dodaje kako zasad inzistiranja na PCR-u nema. HZZO potvrđuje da liječnik odlučuje o vrsti testa, uz napomenu kako je cilj da rezultati budu što prije, a HZZO te testove plaća.
HZZO nije nadležan za određivanje koju će vrstu testiranja izabrani doktor preporučiti svom pacijentu.
“Izabrani doktori primarne zdravstvene zaštite prema svojoj stručnoj procjeni i medicinskoj indikaciji odlučuju o vrsti testiranja za svoje pacijente, dok HZZO plaća testiranja koja je izabrani doktor učinio u svojoj ordinaciji ili je uputio osiguranu osobu na testiranje u neku od ugovornih zdravstvenih ustanova HZZO-a. Izabrani doktor trebao bi se voditi prije svega potrebom za pravovremenim postavljanjem dijagnoze kod pacijenta sa simptomima radi pravovremenog poduzimanja protuepidemijskih mjera”, kaže HZZO.
Podatak o tome koliko je od ponedjeljka smanjen broj PCR testova HZZO nema. Bit će, kažu, dostupan početkom veljače.
