Sud je odredio da svaki za slobodu mora položiti protuvrijednost od 1000 američkih dolara te da nakon što budu pušteni na slobodu do kraja postupka ne smiju napustiti Zambiju.

Dodatno, za njih trebaju garantirati dvije osobe iz Ndole, trebaju položiti putne isprave i redovito se javljati policiji.

Sljedeće ročište zakazano je za 23. siječnja, a tužiteljstvo za tu raspravu treba dovesti nove svjedoke ako ih ima.

11:59 - Na suđenju hrvatskim državljanima osumnjičeni za trgovanje djecom u pokušaju ispitane su djelatnice hotela u kojem su oni bili odsjeli. Hotel se zove Spree Guest House Kanshenshi u Ndoli, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Zambijski mediji objavili su kako je službeniku za imigraciju javljeno da su se u tom hotelu 6. prosinca prijavile tri bijele osobe s četvero tamnopute djece kongoanskog podrijetla. Službenici za imigraciju potom su u suradnji s policijom pratili hrvatske državljane i njihovu posvojenu djecu, a dan poslije, četiri para s četvero djece uhitili su u zračnoj luci u Ndoli prilikom check in-a.

9.50 - Nakon kratkog kašnjenja, jer je sudac David Makalicha bio spriječen, stranke su pozvane u sudnicu gdje će biti objavljena odluka o tome hoće li se hrvatskim parovima istražni zatvor produljiti do daljnjega ili će biti pušteni da se u predstojećem postupku brane sa slobode uz uplatu jamstva.

8.30 - Osmero hrvatskih državljana danas oko 8,30 sati po hrvatskome vremenu ponovno je pick-upovima dovedeno na kazneni sud u Ndoli gdje bi im je sudac David Makalicha trebao objavio svoju odluku. Dva dana ranije, u utorak, na ročištu pred istim sudom, odvjetnik uhićenih Hrvata predložio da im se ukine istražni zatvor, te da im se umjesto toga odredi jamčevina.

Osmero hrvatskih državljana koji se od 7. prosinca nalaze u istražnom zatvoru u Zambiji zbog sumnji na trgovanje djecom danas čekaju nastavak suđenja na kojem bi se trebalo saznati hoće li biti zadržani zatvoru ili će im se omogućiti obrana sa slobode.

Odluka je to koju bi sudac kaznenoga suda u zambijskoj Ndoli, David Makalicha, trebao objaviti danas.

Jedan od strateških poteza koji su dogovorili s odvjetničkim timom jest da se sudu dostave dokazi da su djeca posvojena u DR Kongu doista imala uvjete za posvojenje te da su se biološke majke doista odrekle roditeljske skrbi.

Na prošlom ročištu odvjetnik uhićenih hrvatskih državljana, imenovan po službenoj dužnosti, predložio je da se hrvatskim parovima istražni zatvor zamijeni plaćanjem jamčevine. Tome se usprotivio državni odvjetnik, a ključni argument tužiteljstva je opasnost od bijega. Šanse da bi im sud mogao odobriti jamstvo su male.

Premda je istražni zatvor samo mjera i nema veze s utvrđivanjem krivnje, s obzirom na uvjete u zambijskim zatvorima te činjenicu da uhićeni hrvatski državljani otežano komuniciraju s rodbinom, puštanje na slobodu, čak i privremeno, značilo bi puno.

12:54 Hrvatskim posvojiteljima je odobreno jamstvo, ali ostaju u pritvoru dok se ne ispune uvjeti koji su naloženi, doznaje Jutarnji.

Sud je odredio da svaki za slobodu mora položiti protuvrijednost od 1000 američkih dolara te da nakon što budu pušteni na slobodu do kraja postupka ne smiju napustiti Zambiju.

Dodatno, za njih trebaju garantirati dvije osobe iz Ndole, trebaju položiti putne isprave i redovito se javljati policiji.

Sljedeće ročište zakazano je za 23. siječnja, a tužiteljstvo za tu raspravu treba dovesti nove svjedoke ako ih ima.

12:02 - U tijeku je ispitivanje i treće djelatnice hotela.

11:59 - Na suđenju hrvatskim državljanima osumnjičeni za trgovanje djecom u pokušaju ispitane su djelatnice hotela u kojem su oni bili odsjeli. Hotel se zove Spree Guest House Kanshenshi u Ndoli, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Zambijski mediji objavili su kako je službeniku za imigraciju javljeno da su se u tom hotelu 6. prosinca prijavile tri bijele osobe s četvero tamnopute djece kongoanskog podrijetla. Službenici za imigraciju potom su u suradnji s policijom pratili hrvatske državljane i njihovu posvojenu djecu, a dan poslije, četiri para s četvero djece uhitili su u zračnoj luci u Ndoli prilikom check in-a.

8.30 - Osmero hrvatskih državljana danas oko 8,30 sati po hrvatskome vremenu ponovno je pick-upovima dovedeno na kazneni sud u Ndoli gdje bi im je sudac David Makalicha trebao objavio svoju odluku. Dva dana ranije, u utorak, na ročištu pred istim sudom, odvjetnik uhićenih Hrvata predložio da im se ukine istražni zatvor, te da im se umjesto toga odredi jamčevina.

Osmero hrvatskih državljana koji se od 7. prosinca nalaze u istražnom zatvoru u Zambiji zbog sumnji na trgovanje djecom danas čekaju nastavak suđenja na kojem bi se trebalo saznati hoće li biti zadržani zatvoru ili će im se omogućiti obrana sa slobode.

Odluka je to koju bi sudac kaznenoga suda u zambijskoj Ndoli, David Makalicha, trebao objaviti danas.

Jedan od strateških poteza koji su dogovorili s odvjetničkim timom jest da se sudu dostave dokazi da su djeca posvojena u DR Kongu doista imala uvjete za posvojenje te da su se biološke majke doista odrekle roditeljske skrbi.

Na prošlom ročištu odvjetnik uhićenih hrvatskih državljana, imenovan po službenoj dužnosti, predložio je da se hrvatskim parovima istražni zatvor zamijeni plaćanjem jamčevine. Tome se usprotivio državni odvjetnik, a ključni argument tužiteljstva je opasnost od bijega. Šanse da bi im sud mogao odobriti jamstvo su male.

Premda je istražni zatvor samo mjera i nema veze s utvrđivanjem krivnje, s obzirom na uvjete u zambijskim zatvorima te činjenicu da uhićeni hrvatski državljani otežano komuniciraju s rodbinom, puštanje na slobodu, čak i privremeno, značilo bi puno.
