Rukovoditelj Kaznenog odjela Višeg javnog tužiteljstva u Beogradu Nikola Uskoković rekao je za RTS da je optužnica protiv oca dječaka koji je 3. svibnja ove godine u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" u Beogradu ubio devet vršnjaka i čuvara, vrlo detaljna i sveobuhvatna, kao i da je napisana na 267 strana. Dječak će u postupku koji se vodi protiv njegovog oca imati status svjedoka, prenosi N1.

Poslije pet mjeseci rada na predmetu, saslušavanja svjedoka, prikupljanja dokaza, saslušanja oca i majke, samog počinitelja, podignuta je optužnica protiv oca Koste K. koji je 3. svibnja u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" ubio devet vršnjaka i čuvara.

Nikola Uskoković navodi da je dobivena jasna slika o tome što se dogodilo 3. svibnja u školi "Vladislav Ribnikar“, ali i što se i događalo u prethodnom periodu, godinu dana prije tog događaja.

"Toliko je, prema navodima optužnice koja je danas podnijeta, trajala ta neka vrsta obuke optuženog oca dječaka, koja je vršena prema njegovom sinu, maloljetnom dječaku, vezano za upotrebu oružja“, navodi Uskoković.

Na pitanje u kojoj mjeri će počinitelj ubojstva biti dio ovog procesa, Uskoković kaže da je već poznato javnosti da on nije kazneno odgovorna osoba.

"Nažalost, sve nas pogađa što on ne može imati procesnu ulogu koju bi trebao imati shodno onome što je učinio. Ono što je dobro poznato u javnosti to je da se radi o kazneno neodgovornoj osobi. On je u ovom postupku imao tijekom istrage status svjedoka, i taj status će imati i u daljnjem tijeku postupka, na glavnom pretresu. Dakle, u optužnici koja je podnijeta, on je predložen za ispitivanje u svojstvu svjedoka na glavnom pretresu“, naglasio je Uskoković.

Rukovoditelj Kaznenog odjela Višeg javnog tužiteljstva u Beogradu Nikola Uskoković rekao je za RTS da je optužnica protiv oca dječaka koji je 3. svibnja ove godine u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" u Beogradu ubio devet vršnjaka i čuvara, vrlo detaljna i sveobuhvatna, kao i da je napisana na 267 strana. Dječak će u postupku koji se vodi protiv njegovog oca imati status svjedoka, prenosi N1.

Poslije pet mjeseci rada na predmetu, saslušavanja svjedoka, prikupljanja dokaza, saslušanja oca i majke, samog počinitelja, podignuta je optužnica protiv oca Koste K. koji je 3. svibnja u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" ubio devet vršnjaka i čuvara.

Nikola Uskoković navodi da je dobivena jasna slika o tome što se dogodilo 3. svibnja u školi "Vladislav Ribnikar“, ali i što se i događalo u prethodnom periodu, godinu dana prije tog događaja.

"Toliko je, prema navodima optužnice koja je danas podnijeta, trajala ta neka vrsta obuke optuženog oca dječaka, koja je vršena prema njegovom sinu, maloljetnom dječaku, vezano za upotrebu oružja“, navodi Uskoković.

Na pitanje u kojoj mjeri će počinitelj ubojstva biti dio ovog procesa, Uskoković kaže da je već poznato javnosti da on nije kazneno odgovorna osoba.

"Nažalost, sve nas pogađa što on ne može imati procesnu ulogu koju bi trebao imati shodno onome što je učinio. Ono što je dobro poznato u javnosti to je da se radi o kazneno neodgovornoj osobi. On je u ovom postupku imao tijekom istrage status svjedoka, i taj status će imati i u daljnjem tijeku postupka, na glavnom pretresu. Dakle, u optužnici koja je podnijeta, on je predložen za ispitivanje u svojstvu svjedoka na glavnom pretresu“, naglasio je Uskoković.

Kosta K. bit će svjedok u postupku protiv svog oca: Isplivalo još detalja sa suđenja za masakr u beogradskoj školi

Rukovoditelj Kaznenog odjela Višeg javnog tužiteljstva u Beogradu Nikola Uskoković rekao je za RTS da je optužnica protiv oca dječaka koji je 3. svibnja ove godine u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" u Beogradu ubio devet vršnjaka i čuvara, vrlo detaljna i sveobuhvatna, kao i da je napisana na 267 strana. Dječak će u postupku koji se vodi protiv njegovog oca imati status svjedoka, prenosi N1.

Poslije pet mjeseci rada na predmetu, saslušavanja svjedoka, prikupljanja dokaza, saslušanja oca i majke, samog počinitelja, podignuta je optužnica protiv oca Koste K. koji je 3. svibnja u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" ubio devet vršnjaka i čuvara.

Nikola Uskoković navodi da je dobivena jasna slika o tome što se dogodilo 3. svibnja u školi "Vladislav Ribnikar“, ali i što se i događalo u prethodnom periodu, godinu dana prije tog događaja.

"Toliko je, prema navodima optužnice koja je danas podnijeta, trajala ta neka vrsta obuke optuženog oca dječaka, koja je vršena prema njegovom sinu, maloljetnom dječaku, vezano za upotrebu oružja“, navodi Uskoković.

Na pitanje u kojoj mjeri će počinitelj ubojstva biti dio ovog procesa, Uskoković kaže da je već poznato javnosti da on nije kazneno odgovorna osoba.

"Nažalost, sve nas pogađa što on ne može imati procesnu ulogu koju bi trebao imati shodno onome što je učinio. Ono što je dobro poznato u javnosti to je da se radi o kazneno neodgovornoj osobi. On je u ovom postupku imao tijekom istrage status svjedoka, i taj status će imati i u daljnjem tijeku postupka, na glavnom pretresu. Dakle, u optužnici koja je podnijeta, on je predložen za ispitivanje u svojstvu svjedoka na glavnom pretresu“, naglasio je Uskoković.
