Bivši ministar gospodarstva i poduzetnik Davor Štern prokomentirao je Vladino 'odmrzavanje' cijena goriva, čime je cijena benzina i dizela pala, benzin je pojeftinio za 28 lipa po litri, dok je dizel jeftiniji tek tri lipe po litri.

Naime, Vlada je 14. listopada donijela uredbu prema kojoj trgovci naftnim derivatima u sljedećih 30 dana mogu prodavati Eurosuper BS 95, Eurosuper BS 98 i Eurosuper BS 100 po cijeni od 11.10 kuna po litri, dok je za Eurodizel BS određena maksimalna cijena od 11 kuna po litri. Vlada je 11. studenoga produljila trajanje uredbe za još 30 dana, ali samo za naftne derivate bez dodatnih multifunkcionalnih aditiva.

- Ne mogu im govoriti što da rade, ali nije prava riječ niti 'zamrzavanje' niti 'odmrzavanje', po meni su oni bili postavili maksimalnu granicu preko koje cijene ne smiju ići i ukoliko opet dođe do tendencije porasta cijena, to bi opet vrijedilo. Time su donijeli odluku o maksimalnim iznosima koji se mogu naplaćivati na benzinskim postajama za određene vrste goriva. Kako je ta odluka bila formulirana, to bi automatski značilo da, kad padne cijena, automatski moraju spustiti cijene, a opet ako dođe do porasta cijena, ne moraju ponovo donositi odluku nego ova 'stara' vrijedi. Razlog što gorivo više nije pojeftinilo u tome je što su trgovci kupovali zalihe po višim cijenama. Ne može on skinuti cijene zato što je na svjetskom tržištu pala cijena. Trgovac je kupio po visokoj cijeni pa po visokoj cijeni mora i prodati, ne smije sebi činiti gubitke, to je čista trgovačka logika koja vrijedi za sve, ne samo za naftne derivate, komentira Štern.

Na pitanje što misli, kako će se cijene kretati u budućnosti, Štern odgovara:

- Kad mi netko kaže kako će ići stanje s pandemijom, onda ću odgovoriti na to pitanje. Ove sadašnje poteškoće su uzrokovane prvenstveno tom nesretnom pandemijom, jasno, ima tu i političkih problema, Rusije, Ukrajine, Europe, Amerike, ali prvenstveno je pandemija uzrok ovim naglim kretanjima. Kad se stvari normaliziraju, kad se države prestanu zatvarati, kad se stabilizira industrijska proizvodnja i život u većim zemljama koje kreiraju svjetsko tržište, doći će i do stabilizacije cijena. Uvijek će biti prisutan ovaj geopolitički moment, svađe, OPEC, Bliski istok, Rusija.... To ne možemo nikako otkloniti, ali ovaj sadašnji poremećaj je nastao radi pandemije i trajat će u takvom obliku dok i ona traje, napominje sugovornik.

Komentirao je i odnos prema Europskoj uniji.

- Mi smo 2014. imali formulu za određivanje cijena. Svi se pozivamo na to da Europska unija ima direktive, ali se tih direktiva nitko ne pridržava. Ne vidim razlog zašto bismo se mi jedini na njih pozivali. Bili smo prva zemlja koja je odredila maksimalnu cijenu, onda su se druge zemlje za nama povele. Ako ima nešto logično i pametno u nekom potezu, zašto ga ne predložiti Europi?! A ne da se vučemo za njima i činimo sve što nam govore. Moramo brinuti za sebe, za svoje gospodarstvo, naš standard nije jednak standardima drugih zemalja u Europi, imamo pravo na određene razlike i odmake. Kod donošenja direktiva naš glas mora biti jači, treba se udružiti s ostalim zemljama koje su nam slične i utjecati na to da direktive budu prihvatljivije za sve članice, a ne samo za one razvijene, upozorava Štern.

Bivši ministar gospodarstva i poduzetnik Davor Štern prokomentirao je Vladino 'odmrzavanje' cijena goriva, čime je cijena benzina i dizela pala, benzin je pojeftinio za 28 lipa po litri, dok je dizel jeftiniji tek tri lipe po litri.

Naime, Vlada je 14. listopada donijela uredbu prema kojoj trgovci naftnim derivatima u sljedećih 30 dana mogu prodavati Eurosuper BS 95, Eurosuper BS 98 i Eurosuper BS 100 po cijeni od 11.10 kuna po litri, dok je za Eurodizel BS određena maksimalna cijena od 11 kuna po litri. Vlada je 11. studenoga produljila trajanje uredbe za još 30 dana, ali samo za naftne derivate bez dodatnih multifunkcionalnih aditiva.

- Ne mogu im govoriti što da rade, ali nije prava riječ niti 'zamrzavanje' niti 'odmrzavanje', po meni su oni bili postavili maksimalnu granicu preko koje cijene ne smiju ići i ukoliko opet dođe do tendencije porasta cijena, to bi opet vrijedilo. Time su donijeli odluku o maksimalnim iznosima koji se mogu naplaćivati na benzinskim postajama za određene vrste goriva. Kako je ta odluka bila formulirana, to bi automatski značilo da, kad padne cijena, automatski moraju spustiti cijene, a opet ako dođe do porasta cijena, ne moraju ponovo donositi odluku nego ova 'stara' vrijedi. Razlog što gorivo više nije pojeftinilo u tome je što su trgovci kupovali zalihe po višim cijenama. Ne može on skinuti cijene zato što je na svjetskom tržištu pala cijena. Trgovac je kupio po visokoj cijeni pa po visokoj cijeni mora i prodati, ne smije sebi činiti gubitke, to je čista trgovačka logika koja vrijedi za sve, ne samo za naftne derivate, komentira Štern.

Na pitanje što misli, kako će se cijene kretati u budućnosti, Štern odgovara:

- Kad mi netko kaže kako će ići stanje s pandemijom, onda ću odgovoriti na to pitanje. Ove sadašnje poteškoće su uzrokovane prvenstveno tom nesretnom pandemijom, jasno, ima tu i političkih problema, Rusije, Ukrajine, Europe, Amerike, ali prvenstveno je pandemija uzrok ovim naglim kretanjima. Kad se stvari normaliziraju, kad se države prestanu zatvarati, kad se stabilizira industrijska proizvodnja i život u većim zemljama koje kreiraju svjetsko tržište, doći će i do stabilizacije cijena. Uvijek će biti prisutan ovaj geopolitički moment, svađe, OPEC, Bliski istok, Rusija.... To ne možemo nikako otkloniti, ali ovaj sadašnji poremećaj je nastao radi pandemije i trajat će u takvom obliku dok i ona traje, napominje sugovornik.

Komentirao je i odnos prema Europskoj uniji.

- Mi smo 2014. imali formulu za određivanje cijena. Svi se pozivamo na to da Europska unija ima direktive, ali se tih direktiva nitko ne pridržava. Ne vidim razlog zašto bismo se mi jedini na njih pozivali. Bili smo prva zemlja koja je odredila maksimalnu cijenu, onda su se druge zemlje za nama povele. Ako ima nešto logično i pametno u nekom potezu, zašto ga ne predložiti Europi?! A ne da se vučemo za njima i činimo sve što nam govore. Moramo brinuti za sebe, za svoje gospodarstvo, naš standard nije jednak standardima drugih zemalja u Europi, imamo pravo na određene razlike i odmake. Kod donošenja direktiva naš glas mora biti jači, treba se udružiti s ostalim zemljama koje su nam slične i utjecati na to da direktive budu prihvatljivije za sve članice, a ne samo za one razvijene, upozorava Štern.
