Crnogorski premijer Dritan Abazović najavio je da će sadašnju ploču u Morinju zamijeniti novom na kojoj će činjenično biti navedeno tko je odgovoran za ratni zločin počinjen na mjestu nekadašnjeg vojnog objekta.
Kako navode vijesti.me, Abazović tvrdi da Vlada nije bila upoznata sa tim da će ploča biti postavljena i odbacuje interpretacije da je protiv obilježavanja zločina postavljanjem ploče.

- Mi smo za to da se ploča postavi u skladu sa zakonom, ovo što je sad postavljeno, postavljeno je suprotno zakonu bez znanja Vlade i Opštine Kotor i suglasnosti Ministarstva kulture. Ljudi (bivši ministri vanjskih poslova Ranko Krivokapić i odbrane Raško Konjević) počinili su krivično djelo. Imali su politički interes i učinili su takvu stvar”, kazao je Abazović za “Vijesti”.
Spomen obilježje je, pišu Vijesti, postavljeno u znak sjećanja na činjenicu da je u Morinju 1991-92. nekoliko mjeseci funkcionirao tzv. Sabirni centar za ratne zarobljenike s dubrovačkog ratišta u kojem su bili zatočeni brojni zarobljeni pripadnici hrvatskih snaga koje su branile Konavle i Dubrovnik od pljačkaškog naleta crnogorskih rezervista u uniformama JNA, kao i mnogi hrvatski civili s tog teritorija.
Crnogorsko pravosuđe je prije nekoliko godina donijelo više osuđujućih presuda protiv bivših stražara u tom Sabirnom centru, konstatirajući da su oni počinili kaznena djela ratnih zločina jer su tukli i zlostavljali zatočenike.

- Ne možemo s tekstom koji su oni (Krivokapić i Konjević) tu postavili amnestirati tadašnju vlast u Crnoj Gori. Ne možemo stavljati da je to radio neko u ime Crne Gore, a da Crna Gora o tome nije imala pojma, to je taj narativ. Tako se falsificira povijest. Treba činjenično navesti tko je odgovoran i zamijeniti tablu. Crnogorski premijer Dritan Abazović najavio je da će sadašnju ploču u Morinju zamijeniti novom na kojoj će činjenično biti navedeno tko je odgovoran za ratni zločin počinjen na mjestu nekadašnjeg vojnog objekta.
Kako navode vijesti.me, Abazović tvrdi da Vlada nije bila upoznata sa tim da će ploča biti postavljena i odbacuje interpretacije da je protiv obilježavanja zločina postavljanjem ploče.

- Mi smo za to da se ploča postavi u skladu sa zakonom, ovo što je sad postavljeno, postavljeno je suprotno zakonu bez znanja Vlade i Opštine Kotor i suglasnosti Ministarstva kulture. Ljudi (bivši ministri vanjskih poslova Ranko Krivokapić i odbrane Raško Konjević) počinili su krivično djelo. Imali su politički interes i učinili su takvu stvar”, kazao je Abazović za “Vijesti”.
Spomen obilježje je, pišu Vijesti, postavljeno u znak sjećanja na činjenicu da je u Morinju 1991-92. nekoliko mjeseci funkcionirao tzv. Sabirni centar za ratne zarobljenike s dubrovačkog ratišta u kojem su bili zatočeni brojni zarobljeni pripadnici hrvatskih snaga koje su branile Konavle i Dubrovnik od pljačkaškog naleta crnogorskih rezervista u uniformama JNA, kao i mnogi hrvatski civili s tog teritorija.
Crnogorsko pravosuđe je prije nekoliko godina donijelo više osuđujućih presuda protiv bivših stražara u tom Sabirnom centru, konstatirajući da su oni počinili kaznena djela ratnih zločina jer su tukli i zlostavljali zatočenike.

- Ne možemo s tekstom koji su oni (Krivokapić i Konjević) tu postavili amnestirati tadašnju vlast u Crnoj Gori. Ne možemo stavljati da je to radio neko u ime Crne Gore, a da Crna Gora o tome nije imala pojma, to je taj narativ. Tako se falsificira povijest. Treba činjenično navesti tko je odgovoran i zamijeniti tablu.
