Doktor Dragan Primorac gostovao je u RTL Direktu gdje je prokomentirao najnoviji soj COVIDA-19, omikron, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

On kaže da prvi rezultati koji dolaze pokazuju kako još uvijek nije jasno omogućuje li brže širenje ova varijanta. "Najvažnija vijest kojoj svjedoče kolege iz Kalifornije, kažu da je više manje blaža klinička slika, a isto je bilo u Južnoafričkoj Republici. Uvijek je dobro držati jednu vrstu optimizma", navodi. 

Iznio je potom nekoliko dobrih vijesti što se tiče protutijela koja su se pokazala djelotvornima i protiv ovog soja, a ističe i kako je Novavax izjavio da ima jedno posebno cjepivo bazirano na proteinskom cjepivu. "U siječnju kreću s tim cjepivom koje iznimno učinkovito djeluje na ovu varijantu. Puno je više razloga za optimizam nego negativne emocije", govori.  

Primorac kaže i da nema dovoljno podataka da cjepivo ne djeluje na ovaj soj. Upitan o stavovima da je omikron zapravo naš spasitelj kaže: "Ako govorimo o ovih 50 mutacija, da je njih 30 na šiljku, još nitko nije govorio o nečemu iznimno značajnom, mi imamo jedan protein koji ima iznimno važnu ulogu u zavaravanju organizma da prepozna virus i da nam neutralizira imunosni sustav. Nevjerojatan je podatak da postoji gubitak tog virusnog materijala i da on ne može proizvesti taj protein što je olakšalo stanici da uništi protein i da ga pohrani u stanično smeće. I to je jedna pozitivna vijest stara tek nekoliko sati.

Govoreći o booster dozi, Primorac smatra kako bi prije iste bilo pametno provjeriti staničnu imunosti.

"Imate vodeće časopise koji kažu da je razina protutijela uopće ne mogu pokazati snagu vaše stanične imunosti. U prvom kontaktu s virusom razvijate protutijela koja neutraliziraju virus i onemogućuju da ude u stanicu. Druga shema, kad pogledate taj virus, on mora biti proždran, pojeden od strane posebnih stanica, antigen-predočne stranice. One ga razmrve i prikažu tu stranu supstancu i mi stvorimo tu posebnu rekao bih grupaciju aktivnih stanica koje idu uz pomoć memorijskih pomoćnika i stvaraju memorijske stanice. Te memorijske stanice svaki put kada su u kontaktu s virusom će se aktivirati, proizvodit će interferon koji će zaustaviti replikaciju virusa, ili ako su to druge molekule, prirodno ubilački limfociti, moći će uništiti virus", tvrdi pa dodje kako 90 posto sustava kaže da nema snažnog staničnog odgovora bez stanične imunosti.

Osvrnuo se potom na 2003. godinu, za vrijeme starijeg brata SARS CoV, a tada su serumi ispitanika, 17 godina od tog trenutka svi imaju razvijenu staničnu imunost i o tome je jasno koliko je ona važna za našu obranu od ponovne reinfekcije virusom. 

"Ako je razina niža, vi imate pravo na booster dozu. Staničnu imunost ne možete dobiti ako niste cijepljeni ili preboljeli", kaže, a upitan i je li to rekao samo zato jer je njegova klinika jedina koja nudi tu uslugum kaže da nije te kako se takvi testovi koriste u nizu država u svijetu. 

Govorio je i o nuspojavama na cjepivo pa zaključio da ne postoji dokaz da je u RH itko umro od cjepiva. "Veliki hendikep je redukcija broja obdukcija ljudi koji su umrli od COVIDA pa ne možete otkriti je li netko umro od cijepljenja ili ne", kaže. 

Upitan o tome treba li cjepivo biti obaveza, navodi kako mu je kolega rekao kako mi u Hrvatskoj nismo svjesni koliko smo sretni jer smo otvoreni, jer možemo u restoran, gdje gospodarstvo funkcionira. "Treba pratiti iskustva drugih", zaključuje. 

Naposljeku, kada će pandemiaj biti gotova, govori: "Najlošije su prolazili znanstvenici koji predviđaju. Ako gledate 2003. tada je epidemija trajala dvije godine, ja sam pun optimizma za sljedeće ljeto, radimo jedan od znanstvenih događaja i dolaze nam gosti iz 40-ak država, Nobelovci i nitko nam nije otkazao. Ako oni vjeruju da će situacija biti bolja, onda nema sumnje", rekao je dr. Primorac u RTL Direktu.

Doktor Dragan Primorac gostovao je u RTL Direktu gdje je prokomentirao najnoviji soj COVIDA-19, omikron, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

On kaže da prvi rezultati koji dolaze pokazuju kako još uvijek nije jasno omogućuje li brže širenje ova varijanta. "Najvažnija vijest kojoj svjedoče kolege iz Kalifornije, kažu da je više manje blaža klinička slika, a isto je bilo u Južnoafričkoj Republici. Uvijek je dobro držati jednu vrstu optimizma", navodi. 

Iznio je potom nekoliko dobrih vijesti što se tiče protutijela koja su se pokazala djelotvornima i protiv ovog soja, a ističe i kako je Novavax izjavio da ima jedno posebno cjepivo bazirano na proteinskom cjepivu. "U siječnju kreću s tim cjepivom koje iznimno učinkovito djeluje na ovu varijantu. Puno je više razloga za optimizam nego negativne emocije", govori.  

Primorac kaže i da nema dovoljno podataka da cjepivo ne djeluje na ovaj soj. Upitan o stavovima da je omikron zapravo naš spasitelj kaže: "Ako govorimo o ovih 50 mutacija, da je njih 30 na šiljku, još nitko nije govorio o nečemu iznimno značajnom, mi imamo jedan protein koji ima iznimno važnu ulogu u zavaravanju organizma da prepozna virus i da nam neutralizira imunosni sustav. Nevjerojatan je podatak da postoji gubitak tog virusnog materijala i da on ne može proizvesti taj protein što je olakšalo stanici da uništi protein i da ga pohrani u stanično smeće. I to je jedna pozitivna vijest stara tek nekoliko sati.

Govoreći o booster dozi, Primorac smatra kako bi prije iste bilo pametno provjeriti staničnu imunosti.

"Imate vodeće časopise koji kažu da je razina protutijela uopće ne mogu pokazati snagu vaše stanične imunosti. U prvom kontaktu s virusom razvijate protutijela koja neutraliziraju virus i onemogućuju da ude u stanicu. Te memorijske stanice svaki put kada su u kontaktu s virusom će se aktivirati, proizvodit će interferon koji će zaustaviti replikaciju virusa, ili ako su to druge molekule, prirodno ubilački limfociti, moći će uništiti virus", tvrdi pa dodje kako 90 posto sustava kaže da nema snažnog staničnog odgovora bez stanične imunosti.

Osvrnuo se potom na 2003. godinu, za vrijeme starijeg brata SARS CoV, a tada su serumi ispitanika, 17 godina od tog trenutka svi imaju razvijenu staničnu imunost i o tome je jasno koliko je ona važna za našu obranu od ponovne reinfekcije virusom. 

"Ako je razina niža, vi imate pravo na booster dozu. Staničnu imunost ne možete dobiti ako niste cijepljeni ili preboljeli", kaže, a upitan i je li to rekao samo zato jer je njegova klinika jedina koja nudi tu uslugum kaže da nije te kako se takvi testovi koriste u nizu država u svijetu. 

Govorio je i o nuspojavama na cjepivo pa zaključio da ne postoji dokaz da je u RH itko umro od cjepiva. "Veliki hendikep je redukcija broja obdukcija ljudi koji su umrli od COVIDA pa ne možete otkriti je li netko umro od cijepljenja ili ne", kaže. 

Upitan o tome treba li cjepivo biti obaveza, navodi kako mu je kolega rekao kako mi u Hrvatskoj nismo svjesni koliko smo sretni jer smo otvoreni, jer možemo u restoran, gdje gospodarstvo funkcionira. "Treba pratiti iskustva drugih", zaključuje. 

Naposljeku, kada će pandemiaj biti gotova, govori: "Najlošije su prolazili znanstvenici koji predviđaju. Ako gledate 2003. tada je epidemija trajala dvije godine, ja sam pun optimizma za sljedeće ljeto, radimo jedan od znanstvenih događaja i dolaze nam gosti iz 40-ak država, Nobelovci i nitko nam nije otkazao. Ako oni vjeruju da će situacija biti bolja, onda nema sumnje", rekao je dr. Primorac u RTL Direktu.

Dragan Primorac: Kad će pandemija biti gotova? Pun sam optimizma za sljedeće ljeto, a evo i zašto. Potvrde stižu sa svih strana

Doktor Dragan Primorac gostovao je u RTL Direktu gdje je prokomentirao najnoviji soj COVIDA-19, omikron, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

On kaže da prvi rezultati koji dolaze pokazuju kako još uvijek nije jasno omogućuje li brže širenje ova varijanta. "Najvažnija vijest kojoj svjedoče kolege iz Kalifornije, kažu da je više manje blaža klinička slika, a isto je bilo u Južnoafričkoj Republici. Uvijek je dobro držati jednu vrstu optimizma", navodi. 

Iznio je potom nekoliko dobrih vijesti što se tiče protutijela koja su se pokazala djelotvornima i protiv ovog soja, a ističe i kako je Novavax izjavio da ima jedno posebno cjepivo bazirano na proteinskom cjepivu. "U siječnju kreću s tim cjepivom koje iznimno učinkovito djeluje na ovu varijantu. Puno je više razloga za optimizam nego negativne emocije", govori.  

Primorac kaže i da nema dovoljno podataka da cjepivo ne djeluje na ovaj soj. Upitan o stavovima da je omikron zapravo naš spasitelj kaže: "Ako govorimo o ovih 50 mutacija, da je njih 30 na šiljku, još nitko nije govorio o nečemu iznimno značajnom, mi imamo jedan protein koji ima iznimno važnu ulogu u zavaravanju organizma da prepozna virus i da nam neutralizira imunosni sustav. Nevjerojatan je podatak da postoji gubitak tog virusnog materijala i da on ne može proizvesti taj protein što je olakšalo stanici da uništi protein i da ga pohrani u stanično smeće. I to je jedna pozitivna vijest stara tek nekoliko sati.

"Imate vodeće časopise koji kažu da je razina protutijela uopće ne mogu pokazati snagu vaše stanične imunosti. U prvom kontaktu s virusom razvijate protutijela koja neutraliziraju virus i onemogućuju da ude u stanicu.
