U poslijepodnevnim satima jučer, 2. rujna, koordiniranim radom policijskih službenika za zaštitu državne granice PGP Metković i policijskih službenika Mobilne jedinice granične policije – Jug na makadamskom putu u blizini mjesta Pojezerje uočili su osobno vozilo ukrajinskih registarskih oznaka u koje se ukrcalo više osoba za koje se posumnjalo da su nezakoniti migranti.

Vozilo je uskoro zaustavljeno, kada je utvrđeno da njime upravlja 50-godišnji ukrajinski državljanin i da se u vozilu nalazi ukupno osam stranih državljana koji su prethodno nezakonito ušli u RH iz pravca BiH.

Nedugo nakon toga na istom mjestu uočili su drugo osobno vozilo, njemačkih registarskih oznaka, pored kojih su zatečene tri osobe koje su prethodno nezakonito prešle državnu granicu.

Utvrđeno je da vozilom upravlja 51-godišnjak, također državljanin Ukrajine, koji je uhićen zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela.

Sve spomenute osobe su dovedene u prostorije policije na kriminalističko istraživanje kojim je utvrđeno da su ukrajinski državljani, prema prethodnom dogovoru, imali namjeru strane državljane prebaciti prema zemljama Zapadne Europe, za što su dobili novčanu naknadu.

Zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo "Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u RH, drugoj državi članici EU ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma" vozači su kazneno prijavljeni i predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a prema stranim državljanima proveo se postupak sukladno Zakonu o strancima.

U poslijepodnevnim satima jučer, 2. rujna, koordiniranim radom policijskih službenika za zaštitu državne granice PGP Metković i policijskih službenika Mobilne jedinice granične policije – Jug na makadamskom putu u blizini mjesta Pojezerje uočili su osobno vozilo ukrajinskih registarskih oznaka u koje se ukrcalo više osoba za koje se posumnjalo da su nezakoniti migranti.

Vozilo je uskoro zaustavljeno, kada je utvrđeno da njime upravlja 50-godišnji ukrajinski državljanin i da se u vozilu nalazi ukupno osam stranih državljana koji su prethodno nezakonito ušli u RH iz pravca BiH.

Nedugo nakon toga na istom mjestu uočili su drugo osobno vozilo, njemačkih registarskih oznaka, pored kojih su zatečene tri osobe koje su prethodno nezakonito prešle državnu granicu.

Utvrđeno je da vozilom upravlja 51-godišnjak, također državljanin Ukrajine, koji je uhićen zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela.

Sve spomenute osobe su dovedene u prostorije policije na kriminalističko istraživanje kojim je utvrđeno da su ukrajinski državljani, prema prethodnom dogovoru, imali namjeru strane državljane prebaciti prema zemljama Zapadne Europe, za što su dobili novčanu naknadu.

Zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo "Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u RH, drugoj državi članici EU ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma" vozači su kazneno prijavljeni i predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a prema stranim državljanima proveo se postupak sukladno Zakonu o strancima.

U blizini Pojezerja Ukrajinci pokušali u Hrvatsku prokrijumčariti 8 imigranata

U poslijepodnevnim satima jučer, 2. rujna, koordiniranim radom policijskih službenika za zaštitu državne granice PGP Metković i policijskih službenika Mobilne jedinice granične policije – Jug na makadamskom putu u blizini mjesta Pojezerje uočili su osobno vozilo ukrajinskih registarskih oznaka u koje se ukrcalo više osoba za koje se posumnjalo da su nezakoniti migranti.

Vozilo je uskoro zaustavljeno, kada je utvrđeno da njime upravlja 50-godišnji ukrajinski državljanin i da se u vozilu nalazi ukupno osam stranih državljana koji su prethodno nezakonito ušli u RH iz pravca BiH.

Nedugo nakon toga na istom mjestu uočili su drugo osobno vozilo, njemačkih registarskih oznaka, pored kojih su zatečene tri osobe koje su prethodno nezakonito prešle državnu granicu.

Utvrđeno je da vozilom upravlja 51-godišnjak, također državljanin Ukrajine, koji je uhićen zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela.

Sve spomenute osobe su dovedene u prostorije policije na kriminalističko istraživanje kojim je utvrđeno da su ukrajinski državljani, prema prethodnom dogovoru, imali namjeru strane državljane prebaciti prema zemljama Zapadne Europe, za što su dobili novčanu naknadu.

Zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo "Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u RH, drugoj državi članici EU ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma" vozači su kazneno prijavljeni i predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a prema stranim državljanima proveo se postupak sukladno Zakonu o strancima.
