Zbog nasilja u obitelji i nanošenja teških ozljeda nedavno je optužen 22-godišnjak rodom iz Sjeverne Makedonije koji je svoju partnericu, s kojom je živio u Zagrebu, par godina zlostavljao.

Tek sada je optužen jer se žrtva, kako je rekla istražiteljima, bojala prijaviti nasilje. Uz to, nadala se da će se njezin partner promijeniti. No, stalno je dobivala nove batine.

Prema optužnici nasilje je počelo u jesen 2020. te je trajalo do 27. kolovoza 2022. kada je mlada žena konačno sve prijavila. Par se upoznao preko Instagrama, doznaje N1.

Detalji mučnih optužbi

Muškarcu se na teret stavlja da je svojoj partnerici govorio da je glupa, da je ku*va.

Prvi fizički napad dogodio se u jesen 2020. kada ju je nakon salvi uvreda uhvatio za vrat i stiskao ju. Isto se ponovilo i tijekom proljeća 2021. godine. I tada ju je tijekom svađe zgrabio za vrat vičući joj: "Ku*vo pokvarena, j…š se s drugima!"

Nekoliko mjeseci kasnije, kada je primijetio da se dopisuje s drugim muškarcem ponovno je pobjesnio.

Nasilna svađa nakon izlaska

Svađe i napadi nastavili su se i u kolovozu prošle godine, a sve je kulminiralo 22. kolovoza. Na povratku iz noćnog izlaska posvađali su se u autmobilu.

"Zamjerila sam mu što mi laže i optužila ga da je uzimao drogu. On se počeo derati na mene i govoriti mi da izmišljam. Onda me opet uhvatio za vrat, ali sam se uspjela istrgnuti i istrčati iz automobila", ispričala je istražiteljima.

No brzo ju se sustigao i udario po licu rukom na kojoj je imao gips. Nagnječio joj je lice. Puca joj usnica i počinje joj teći krv.

Batine, strah, sram, poniženje

Iako je djevojka nazvala prijateljicu i molila ju da ju odveze na Hitnu, nasilnik to nije dopustio već ju je odveo u svoj stan. Na kraju je prijateljica ipak došla po nju i prevezla ju k liječnicima.

"Bojala sam ga se, ali nisam sve to više mogla trpjeti pa sam ga prijavila policiji", rekla je na kraju svog svjedočenja.

Osim što ju je pretukao, nasilnik je svoju djevojku i ponizio. Izazvao je kod nje osjećaj bespomoćnosti i straha, te je zbog svega prijavljen za nasilje u obitelji. Optužnicom mu se na teret stavlja i nanošenje teških ozljeda, a tužiteljstvo predlaže da ga se kazni s godinu i pol zatvora.

Nasilnik: ‘Sama se ozlijedila‘

Od suda je tužiteljstvo zatražilo i da okrivljenom produlji mjeru zabrane približavanja žrtvi. On sve poriče, te čak tvrdi da s djevojkom koja ga je prijavila nije bio u ljubavnoj vezi.

"Nisam ju ozlijedio, već sam se samo branio od njezinih udaraca. Vjerojatno se i ozlijedila kada je zamahivala prema meni", naveo je tijekom ispitivanja, odnosi N1.

Zbog nasilja u obitelji i nanošenja teških ozljeda nedavno je optužen 22-godišnjak rodom iz Sjeverne Makedonije koji je svoju partnericu, s kojom je živio u Zagrebu, par godina zlostavljao.

Tek sada je optužen jer se žrtva, kako je rekla istražiteljima, bojala prijaviti nasilje. Uz to, nadala se da će se njezin partner promijeniti. No, stalno je dobivala nove batine.

Prema optužnici nasilje je počelo u jesen 2020. te je trajalo do 27. kolovoza 2022. kada je mlada žena konačno sve prijavila. Par se upoznao preko Instagrama, doznaje N1.

Detalji mučnih optužbi

Muškarcu se na teret stavlja da je svojoj partnerici govorio da je glupa, da je ku*va.

Prvi fizički napad dogodio se u jesen 2020. kada ju je nakon salvi uvreda uhvatio za vrat i stiskao ju. Isto se ponovilo i tijekom proljeća 2021. godine. I tada ju je tijekom svađe zgrabio za vrat vičući joj: "Ku*vo pokvarena, j…š se s drugima!"

Nekoliko mjeseci kasnije, kada je primijetio da se dopisuje s drugim muškarcem ponovno je pobjesnio.

Nasilna svađa nakon izlaska

Svađe i napadi nastavili su se i u kolovozu prošle godine, a sve je kulminiralo 22. kolovoza. Na povratku iz noćnog izlaska posvađali su se u autmobilu.

"Zamjerila sam mu što mi laže i optužila ga da je uzimao drogu. On se počeo derati na mene i govoriti mi da izmišljam. Onda me opet uhvatio za vrat, ali sam se uspjela istrgnuti i istrčati iz automobila", ispričala je istražiteljima.

No brzo ju se sustigao i udario po licu rukom na kojoj je imao gips. Nagnječio joj je lice. Puca joj usnica i počinje joj teći krv.

Batine, strah, sram, poniženje

Iako je djevojka nazvala prijateljicu i molila ju da ju odveze na Hitnu, nasilnik to nije dopustio već ju je odveo u svoj stan. Na kraju je prijateljica ipak došla po nju i prevezla ju k liječnicima.

"Bojala sam ga se, ali nisam sve to više mogla trpjeti pa sam ga prijavila policiji", rekla je na kraju svog svjedočenja.

Osim što ju je pretukao, nasilnik je svoju djevojku i ponizio. Izazvao je kod nje osjećaj bespomoćnosti i straha, te je zbog svega prijavljen za nasilje u obitelji. Optužnicom mu se na teret stavlja i nanošenje teških ozljeda, a tužiteljstvo predlaže da ga se kazni s godinu i pol zatvora.

Nasilnik: ‘Sama se ozlijedila‘

Od suda je tužiteljstvo zatražilo i da okrivljenom produlji mjeru zabrane približavanja žrtvi. On sve poriče, te čak tvrdi da s djevojkom koja ga je prijavila nije bio u ljubavnoj vezi.

"Nisam ju ozlijedio, već sam se samo branio od njezinih udaraca. Vjerojatno se i ozlijedila kada je zamahivala prema meni", naveo je tijekom ispitivanja, odnosi N1.
