Prvog je Dubrovčanin s Barcelonom osvojio 2014. godine. U velikom finalu španjolskog prvenstva Barceloni će suparnik biti Baskonija, koja je sa 75:73 dobila u drugom polufinalu Valenciju, domačina turnira. Finale, koje se kao i cijeli završni turnir igra bez gledatelja, na rasporedu je u utorak, 30. lipnja. Barcelona i Baskonija su bili suparnici u skupini. Barcelona je prije sedam dana bila bolja s 81:75.

Barcelona je do finala stigla osvajanjem prvog mjesta u skupini 'A', te pobjedom 98:84 u polufinalu protiv Burgosa, najugodnijeg iznenađenja završnog turnira, koji je u skupini 'B' dobio između ostalog Real Madrid, te branitelja naslova i najuspješniji klub u povijesti španjolskog prvenstva ostavio nakon 14 godina bez polufinala doigravanja te prekinuo njegov niz od osam uzastopnih finala.

Polufinale je Barcelona otvorila odlično. Tomič je pogađao za 2:0 te 7:0, Nikola Mirotić je između dva ubačaja kapetana za dva stavio tricu za 5:0, a Adam Hanga prvo od dva slobodna bacanja za 8:0. Burgos je uzvratio na isti način. Mirotić je pogodivši četiri od pet bacanja zaustavio niz suparnika te počeo novu seriju Barcelone – 11:0 za 17:8. Victor Clavert je pogodio tricu za prvu dvoznamenkastu prednost Barcelone (20:10 u 8. minuti). Na kraju prve četvrtine bilo je 23:17, a nakon pet minute druge četvrtine plus 16 (12:2 za Barcelonu na početku druge, ukupno 35:19). Međutim, ne predaje se Burgos. Četiri sekunde prije kraja druge četvrtine izjednačio na je na 41:41. Ipak, uspjela je Barcelona otići s prednošću na odmor (43:41). Mirotić, koji je sa zvukom sirene ubacio za dva, postigao je u prvom poluvremenu najviše - 10 koševa. Tomić je s 8 koševa bio drugi strijelac Barcelone.

Nastavak je opet bolje otvorila Barcelona. Vrlo brzo je stekla dvoznamenkastu prednost kojoj je Tomić doprinio asistencijama, krađom lopti, zatvorivši sve prilaze svom košu. Burgos se nije uspio i treći put vratiti 'iz mrtvih'. U posljednjoj četvrtini bilo je i 19 koševa viška (83:64) za sastav iz Blaugrane. aktualnog doprvaka.

Barcelona je do finala stigla osvajanjem prvog mjesta u skupini 'A', te pobjedom 98:84 u polufinalu protiv Burgosa, najugodnijeg iznenađenja završnog turnira, koji je u skupini 'B' dobio između ostalog Real Madrid, te branitelja naslova i najuspješniji klub u povijesti španjolskog prvenstva ostavio nakon 14 godina bez polufinala doigravanja te prekinuo njegov niz od osam uzastopnih finala.

Polufinale je Barcelona otvorila odlično. Tomič je pogađao za 2:0 te 7:0, Nikola Mirotić je između dva ubačaja kapetana za dva stavio tricu za 5:0, a Adam Hanga prvo od dva slobodna bacanja za 8:0. Burgos je uzvratio na isti način. Mirotić je pogodivši četiri od pet bacanja zaustavio niz suparnika te počeo novu seriju Barcelone – 11:0 za 17:8. Victor Clavert je pogodio tricu za prvu dvoznamenkastu prednost Barcelone (20:10 u 8. minuti). Na kraju prve četvrtine bilo je 23:17, a nakon pet minute druge četvrtine plus 16 (12:2 za Barcelonu na početku druge, ukupno 35:19). Međutim, ne predaje se Burgos. Četiri sekunde prije kraja druge četvrtine izjednačio na je na 41:41. Ipak, uspjela je Barcelona otići s prednošću na odmor (43:41). BARCELONA U VELIKOM FINALU Dubrovčanin stigao na korak do naslova prvaka! Hoće li Tomić u utorak prvi podići ‘kantu‘?

Ante Tomić je na korak do svog drugog naslova prvaka Španjolske, a njegova Barcelona do devetnaestog. Prvog je Dubrovčanin s Barcelonom osvojio 2014. godine. U velikom finalu španjolskog prvenstva Barceloni će suparnik biti Baskonija, koja je sa 75:73 dobila u drugom polufinalu Valenciju, domačina turnira. Finale, koje se kao i cijeli završni turnir igra bez gledatelja, na rasporedu je u utorak, 30. lipnja. Barcelona i Baskonija su bili suparnici u skupini. Barcelona je prije sedam dana bila bolja s 81:75.

Barcelona je do finala stigla osvajanjem prvog mjesta u skupini 'A', te pobjedom 98:84 u polufinalu protiv Burgosa, najugodnijeg iznenađenja završnog turnira, koji je u skupini 'B' dobio između ostalog Real Madrid, te branitelja naslova i najuspješniji klub u povijesti španjolskog prvenstva ostavio nakon 14 godina bez polufinala doigravanja te prekinuo njegov niz od osam uzastopnih finala.

Polufinale je Barcelona otvorila odlično. Tomič je pogađao za 2:0 te 7:0, Nikola Mirotić je između dva ubačaja kapetana za dva stavio tricu za 5:0, a Adam Hanga prvo od dva slobodna bacanja za 8:0. Burgos je uzvratio na isti način. Mirotić je pogodivši četiri od pet bacanja zaustavio niz suparnika te počeo novu seriju Barcelone – 11:0 za 17:8. Victor Clavert je pogodio tricu za prvu dvoznamenkastu prednost Barcelone (20:10 u 8. minuti). Na kraju prve četvrtine bilo je 23:17, a nakon pet minute druge četvrtine plus 16 (12:2 za Barcelonu na početku druge, ukupno 35:19). Međutim, ne predaje se Burgos. Četiri sekunde prije kraja druge četvrtine izjednačio na je na 41:41. Ipak, uspjela je Barcelona otići s prednošću na odmor (43:41). Mirotić, koji je sa zvukom sirene ubacio za dva, postigao je u prvom poluvremenu najviše - 10 koševa. Tomić je s 8 koševa bio drugi strijelac Barcelone.

Nastavak je opet bolje otvorila Barcelona. Vrlo brzo je stekla dvoznamenkastu prednost kojoj je Tomić doprinio asistencijama, krađom lopti, zatvorivši sve prilaze svom košu. Burgos se nije uspio i treći put vratiti 'iz mrtvih'. U posljednjoj četvrtini bilo je i 19 koševa viška (83:64) za sastav iz Blaugrane. aktualnog doprvaka.

Svetislav Pešić, trener Barcelone, uspio je u nastavku utakmice čak odmoriti udarne igrače.

Mirotić je s 18 koševa bio prvi strijelac Barcelone. Thomas Huertel je ostvario 'double double' (14 koševa i 11 asistencija, najbolja valorizacija – 20), dok je 33-godišnji Dubrovčanin za 18 minutu igre u polufinalu ubacio 8 koševa, pogodio 4 od 6 šuteva iz igre (sve u prvom poluvremenu), imao 4 skoka, 2 asistencije, osvojenu loptu, valorizacija 13.
