San je iznimno važan za naše zdravlje, a između ostaloga utječe i na želju za hranom. Premalo sna može dovesti do smanjene razine hormona leptina koji je odgovoran za suzbijanje gladi, a u isto vrijeme, dovesti do povećanja drugog hormona, grelina, koji stimulira vaš apetit.

Niste usredotočeni na jelo

Osjećaju gladi može pridonijeti i činjenica da tijekom jela niste usredotočeni na samu hranu, već zaokupljeni drugim stvarima iz okoline. Nutricionistica savjetuje da ne smijete jesti prebrzo niti biti rastreseni tijekom jela, objavio je Index.

Žeđ

Hipotalamus je dio mozga koji regulira i glad i žeđ. Mnogi ljudi pogrešno misle da žeđ možemo zamijeniti s glađu jer hipotalamus kontrolira oboje. Kako tvrdi Denner, ovo vjerovanje nije točno i nijedno istraživanje dosad nije uspjelo potvrditi ovu tvrdnju. Upravo suprotno, žeđ može rezultirati time da ljudi manje žele određenu hranu. Ali žeđ može utjecati na kognitivne i fizičke sposobnosti te vas tako navesti da žudite za jelom kao zamjenom za odmor, piše Index.

Društvene mreže

Čak i ako niste fizički gladni, vaše će tijelo poslati signal mozgu da želite jesti ako vidite slike hrane na društvenim mrežama. Provedena istraživanja pokazala su da sam pogled na hranu može uzrokovati glad, iako uopće niste gladni. Stoga takve objave ili izbjegavajte ili ih kad ih sljedeći put vidite- pokušajte doživjeti kao umjetnost.

Preskakanje obroka

Istraživanja su pokazala da upravo preskakanje obroka povećava osjećaj gladi i navodi vas da jedete više nego uobičajeno. Kad tijelu ne damo hranu, ono će potaknuti gomilanje hormona gladi i time povećati vaš apetit, tvrdi nutricionistica.

Stoga jedite redovito i ne preskačite obroke.

Premalo sna

San je iznimno važan za naše zdravlje, a između ostaloga utječe i na želju za hranom. Premalo sna može dovesti do smanjene razine hormona leptina koji je odgovoran za suzbijanje gladi, a u isto vrijeme, dovesti do povećanja drugog hormona, grelina, koji stimulira vaš apetit.

Niste usredotočeni na jelo

Osjećaju gladi može pridonijeti i činjenica da tijekom jela niste usredotočeni na samu hranu, već zaokupljeni drugim stvarima iz okoline. Nutricionistica savjetuje da ne smijete jesti prebrzo niti biti rastreseni tijekom jela, objavio je Index.

Primjećujete li da ste prečesto gladni, nekad čak i nakon što ste jeli, evo što nutricionistica Julia Denner misli da sve dovodi do pretjerane gladi, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Žeđ

Hipotalamus je dio mozga koji regulira i glad i žeđ. Mnogi ljudi pogrešno misle da žeđ možemo zamijeniti s glađu jer hipotalamus kontrolira oboje. Kako tvrdi Denner, ovo vjerovanje nije točno i nijedno istraživanje dosad nije uspjelo potvrditi ovu tvrdnju. Upravo suprotno, žeđ može rezultirati time da ljudi manje žele određenu hranu. Ali žeđ može utjecati na kognitivne i fizičke sposobnosti te vas tako navesti da žudite za jelom kao zamjenom za odmor, piše Index.

Društvene mreže

Čak i ako niste fizički gladni, vaše će tijelo poslati signal mozgu da želite jesti ako vidite slike hrane na društvenim mrežama. Provedena istraživanja pokazala su da sam pogled na hranu može uzrokovati glad, iako uopće niste gladni. Stoga takve objave ili izbjegavajte ili ih kad ih sljedeći put vidite- pokušajte doživjeti kao umjetnost.

Preskakanje obroka

Istraživanja su pokazala da upravo preskakanje obroka povećava osjećaj gladi i navodi vas da jedete više nego uobičajeno. Kad tijelu ne damo hranu, ono će potaknuti gomilanje hormona gladi i time povećati vaš apetit, tvrdi nutricionistica.

Stoga jedite redovito i ne preskačite obroke.

Premalo sna

San je iznimno važan za naše zdravlje, a između ostaloga utječe i na želju za hranom. Premalo sna može dovesti do smanjene razine hormona leptina koji je odgovoran za suzbijanje gladi, a u isto vrijeme, dovesti do povećanja drugog hormona, grelina, koji stimulira vaš apetit.

Niste usredotočeni na jelo

Osjećaju gladi može pridonijeti i činjenica da tijekom jela niste usredotočeni na samu hranu, već zaokupljeni drugim stvarima iz okoline. Nutricionistica savjetuje da ne smijete jesti prebrzo niti biti rastreseni tijekom jela, objavio je Index.
